Allstate Roadside Assistance sent them. The dispatcher was very nice, sorry I don't remember her name, and they arrived within a half hour of my request. Tow truck driver, also don't remember his name, I'm terrible with names, got my truck to Ford quickly and with no issues. Thank you.

Micheal drives this wrecker like he’s been doing it his whole life and double checked everything at every stop we made to make sure everything was good to keep going. Today I had the pleasure of receiving service from PJ's Towing & Recovery, and I will say that Mike (Driver) was the best, as well as the dispatcher (person who scheduled my tow). This was an insurance call/claim where PJ's was assigned to tow my vehicle to the stated location and Mike arrived timely, called as requested, and took great care of moving the non-drivable vehicle onto the flat-bed. Mike was talkative and personable and added a sense of humor to the messed up circumstances of the situation. I'd love to have Mike and PJ's tow me anywhere! Fast service, reliable, funny af, with professionalism sprinkled in (lol)….Recommend Mike for any and all tow jobs, and hope to employ their services again. Thanks!

I had the unfortunate need to have my truck towed today but I am so thankful for the team from PJ’s. They were very prompt to call me and verify all of the logistics and talked me through everything (I may have sounded a little nervous haha). They got to me in less than a half hour at that! I hope I never need a tow again in the future but I would for sure feel comfortable calling them again!

The tow truck driver, Joseph, aka Mr Joe, was extremely nice to me and was a very avid listener as I trauma dumped my rough morning on him. He made a bad day easier to deal with just by listening to me when I needed it. I would definitely use this tow company again! (But hopefully I won’t have to!)

The ABSOLUTE BEST Service ever! I don’t do a lot of reviews online, but I consider it an honor to post this one. I wish I had the space here to tell the whole story of my sudden tire blowout on busy 3 Notch Rd during one of the busiest times, but since I don’t, I will just tell you hands-down Chet and the Crew at PJ’s not only came to my rescue but did so with some of the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! Not only did he ensure I was safe but gave me a great referral in my County for replacement tires. Even the receptionist/dispatcher with her lightheartedness & humor truly blessed my day. Needless to say I have PJ’s Towing locked into my contacts w/Chet’s name! There were a couple of citizens that stopped to ensure I was safe, & just in case any of you are reading this, “Thank You”! Fast, reliable, and professional service from this towing company. They were able to assist me quickly when I was in a jam on the side of the road. Much better than other towing companies I have used in the past. Highly recommend!

This afternoon In haste I locked both sets of keys to my car in the car. Called Buick roadside assistance and was told me it would be two hours plus. Called Aaa directly (member ) for roadside AAA assistance and received some automated response line .Frustrated I called PJs towing and recovery directly. The woman was so kind and even went the extra mile with a three way call with AAA to insure I was taken care of locally not regionally . bottom line PJ’s towing and recovery personal customer service was fantastic. They know the true meaning of the age old expression” the customer comes first “ in this day and age of automated systems the onus is always on the customer NOT TODAY Many thanks to PJ‘s towing and recovery. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I’ve been waiting since 7:30 AM EST super patiently (it is now 11:20AM) for someone to come tow my car. They extended the time THREE times. No updates from them, had to keep calling them. If you guys were gonna waste my time you shouldn’t have accepted this in the first place. I also missed my appointment to get my car fixed. Thanks for your inconvenience

I had accidentally locked my keys in my car. PJ’s Towing & Recovery came within the timeframe they said they would arrive to assist me. He tried repeatedly to unlock my car but the anti-theft device would immediately lock the doors again. With a special device he was able to access my keys which were attached to the outside of my purse which was on the seat inside the car. He was able to push the “unlock” button on the key and unlock the door. It took awhile to unlock the doors but he patiently and skillfully accomplished it. Thank you so much for taking care of that situation and getting me back on the road.

Was so embarrassed I locked my keys in my car! I Called PJ's an spoke to the nicest guy! He scheduled me in at 9:30pm, for 10:00pm. The driver was at my truck in 15-20mins! He was Fast- and Most importantly, He didn't make me feel dumb! Lol. . . Great service, nice guys, did awesome work! I know who to call if I lock my keys in the car again!

Maddy was our point of contact over the phone and she was super pleasant and knowledgeable. She kept us informed as our hyandai was being picked up and dropped off. They move pretty quickly which was a plus seeing as most tow places take FOREVER! The driver in the tow truck was also SUPER nice and very well mannered. Most towing companies come with attitudes 🙄 and smart aleck remarks but not this company. They communicate well with each other and the costumers so we all know what's going on. 10/10 would recommend 👌!

The sun was in my eyes and I accidentally hit (and jumped) a curb. My two tires on the passenger side went flat. I called AAA and they sent PJ’s Towing. The ETA was 4:58. They arrived at 5:15 (not bad. Only a few minutes late so no problem). Their dispatch had called me after I spoke with AAA to get greater details. So I explained my situation. I also asked if I could ride with the tow driver because I had no other way home. I told him how I had a mask and I’m fully vaccinated. He stated that I could. When the driver arrived, he asked how I was getting home and I told him that dispatch stated I could ride with him. He stated I couldn’t due to the pandemic. I had to call the dispatch back and he called the driver. They allowed me to ride home with the driver and we both wore masks. The dispatch stated they would do it only that time though. I really appreciated that. Since I had no way home at the time. Yes, it was an inconvenience to initially be told one thing by dispatch and another thing by the Driver, but it worked out so I was happy with the service.

PJ's has towed my vehicles several times. Doesn't matter who the driver is, they are always fast, friendly, and understanding. They make not so great experiences into experiences that are at least a little easier to deal with. Every driver I've had has been nice to deal with and a couple have gone out of their way to help me get my cars dropped off for repairs, battery jumped, and they can also help change a tire and probably more. They dispatchers are also great to deal with. Everyone is very professional and easy to talk to. I don't want to have my car towed again, but if I have to, PJ's are the best in the business.

TERRIBLE ! Never using again. Only reason I gave one star is because Google doesnt allow zero star. Needed a tow last night around 7 pm. They said they didnt have a driver right now but they could deliver it in the morning around 7 or 8. I agreed since i had already paid. It is 12 pm and the car JUST got delivered. After multiple times calling the front desk lady was rude and said sent a boot legged receipt that looks like it was just typed. Very unprofessional. I used them since my insurance company sent them out through the roadside assistance I pay. Usually on the Allstate app , the map shows where the driver is and the car and how long it will take. They took off the location so I was not able to see where my car was. They had the audacity to give me an attitude just because I kept calling about my car. Obviously I kept calling because my car was left unattended with the keys inside as they suggested. Horrible experience. Waited almost all day. Never again will use them.

Sudden problem with our alternator after Saturday night dinner at Marie's diner Referred to PJ's by state farm - Tony arrived promptly....and in good spirits Friendly. Helpful. Efficient. And nice - to me and my son - On a rainy night. We were grateful This is a class act. All the way around. Dispatcher incredibly friendly too. Their level of service stood out as excellent - in a world gone mad. Highly recommended.
