So, we’ve had a winter in S MD. I split my wood and use my BFF my Tractor to run the wood round to the back. Unfortunately Kubota you make it very difficult for a girl, who isn’t mechanically inclined to do her own servicing. All I will say. Ultimately it was a blessing!
I chose to go with PJ’s Towing because of Shirley! She could keep anyone calm, and she told me about Atlantic Tractor 20 min away. In all fairness to S MD towing, they were cheaper, but couldn’t tow her till the next day and couldn’t care less where I was towing her. That was my
Shirley at PJ’s went out of her way to question why I was towing her all the way to Faulkner. Because that’s where we bought her? Isn’t Atlantic Tractor in Mechanicsville closer? Is there a Kabota Service in Mechanicsville? All I had to do was talk to George and then Kelly at Atlantic Tractor Mechanicsville to know it was a better fit.
PJ’s also sent two Tow trucks and Drivers, AND THEY COULDN’T FIND THE STUPID DIP STICK EITHER (Kubota), I felt so much better! Paint in orange please. The transmission fluid cap says “oil”, what is with Kubota?
They took out 3 QTS oil, started right up. I still wanted her flushed and checked.
Sometimes you need people to come along side you, listen to everything that’s happened and tell you what to do. Shirley at PJ’s just knew, I couldn’t think so she did for me. It was up to me to make the right choices, I did.
I had PJ’s do the Tow, and I took her to George and Kelly at Atlantic Tractor. Highly recommend PJ’s Towing, for a secure, and save Tow, and Shirley who did my thinkin’ for me!
I have required the services of PJs towing on multiple occasions. They have always been prompt and courteous. Communication has been fantastic. Shirley has always kept me informed on when to expect them and the status of delivery. Thanks for always being there when you're needed.
I have had all my trucks towed by this company and each time I have the dispatcher has been a pleasure. Her name is Shirley and she has made each time a breeze. She takes her time to make you feel like a weight has been lifted of your shoulders when speaking to her She is great at customer service I won't call any other company!
Had a vehicle issue this morning on the way to work (and a new job interview). Made it to PJ's expecting just a tow to a shop. The ladies inside introduced me to the mechanic from J&M and my vehicle is being worked on as I write this. In addition, Theresa offered to drive me to my house so I could get another vehicle. In this day and age, the kind of professional and personal service I received is rare and refreshing! PJ's Towing has owned my respect and all my future business!
Mike picked me and my car up this morning. He saved me a TON of money. I originally was going to go pep boys in Waldorf for a same day replacement. $700+ they quoted me for two tires. I had a nail and it wasn’t even flat. Mike saved me by calling a buddy of his at Granados they quoted me me $400ish assuming that it was flat and unrepairable. We got to the shop TJ saw that the tire was repairable and quoted me $40ish for the repair. Thank you Mike and TJ bc this single mom did not have $700+ for tires that didn’t need to be replaced.
Also give Mike a raise immediately. He even took me to BK so I could grab some breakfast before heading to the shop. I demand this man get a raise!!! Or I ride at dawn.
My brother used PJs towing today after hydroplaning into a ditch. Billy came to the rescue with a customer friendly attitude, trying his best to wedge the vehicle out of the embankment without further damaging the car. After the vehicle was pulled from the ditch, Billy helped my brother put his fender back on to make the car drivable. We were very impressed with our first experience at PJs. Thank you Billy!
My truck Recently caught on fire and I called Pjs Towing to pick it up. The driver Billy called me to let me know his Eta and let me know when he picked the truck up as well. Once everything settled down I went to the yard to grab some belongings out of my truck and met the receptionist Shirley who has been a great pleasure to work with through out this whole ordeal. She even dealt with my insurance company so I didn’t have too.
I signed some papers with a lady in the back office and asked some questions unrelated to my truck and she was more than pleased to answer those questions even offering assistance with it in the future. I couldn’t recommend the ENTIRE Company as whole enough.

PJ's Towing Service saved me from my own stupidity tonight. I managed to get my truck stuck in a ditch in the most awkward position imaginable and had to give them a call. Theresa was so sweet over the phone taking my information and dispatching the driver, even checking on me while I waited. I knew I was in good hands. When the driver showed up, he was amazed at my ingenuity! We walked down, talked about some solutions and got to work. With how quickly he got everything hooked up and how careful he was pulling me out, you know he's been through this before. He got me out not long after and I couldn't be happier with the price. I'd describe him as a quiet professional, hard working and knowledgeable. I'm so grateful for PJ's Towing Service!
Needed a lockout service. The guy they sent was amazing!!! My Freightliner worked hard to stay locked but this guy got the job done!! Kudos to PJ's!!!!

I had the privilege to have Chad as my towing provider. He was very respectful and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. When I informed him that I trapped my phone in my engine bay, *don’t ask why* , he helped me take off my tire and retrieve the phone.
All in all I enjoyed working with Chad, and his colleagues are a great team.

Words can not express my gratitude for Mr. Bill who has assisted me on more than one occasion. Each time he has shown an abundance of professionalism, patience, and knowledge. But tonight, I am most grateful to him for the assistance he provided my very nervous teenaged daughter who was stranded at night in an empty parking lot.
He arrived to help her within 30 minutes and was able to make her first experience with roadside as comfortable, pleasant, and easy as possible.

I have had my car and seen other cars and trucks towed from Sparks Pax River Apartments by a company called J&J. It isn't a company that you would want to use. I'm sure they did a lot of damage to a lot of cars by the way they drug them out of their.
PJ's towing will be the only company that I will use if, I ever need to have my car towed again.
Mr.Bill was THE BEST tow guy I've ever had! He was SO KIND & caring to my autistic child who was apart of this. He literally made his night and showed him what it takes to be a tow truck driver when he grows up! Definitely an experience he won't forget. He was also very informative on what could be the issue with my car not starting. He made sure he handled my car with care and parked it to perfection in my desired spot. We called PJ’s Towing Service to move a shipping container we purchased at an auction. They were able to pickup and drop off within 48 hours and the drop off was seamless. PJ has rescued us so many times I’ve lost count. When are daughter was stranded on the side of a dangerous highway, he was there in less than 20 minutes! Huge relief for a parent. PJs drivers are super careful loading and unloading; great customer service: his team makes a bad day not so bad! We had some real trouble finding anyone in the area that could haul a 35ft motorhome, and PJ's was up to the challenge! however, it was not a challenge for Caleb at all... I wanted to give him a special shout out because he was extremely personable, knew exactly what he was doing, and got the job done quick! I highly recommend PJ's for any towing job :)
As usual we only need a tow truck in an urgent situation so when the level headed, helpful and kind Shirley answered the phone I was instantly at ease. She sent Caleb to load my daughter's car on the flatbed within an hour, it was delivered safely and professionally and between the 2 of them all of my questions were answered they even helped with referrals and suggestions. I ended up canceling my tow with their service as another company had drivers available sooner, but everyone needs to know how great Theresa was in being of assistance to me. I’m so very grateful for how willing she was to see that I get a tow. My car stalled late at nite, and my insurance and none of the 24hrs tow services seemed to have drivers. My car stalling a was the capstone of a bad day for me. People nowadays don’t realize how just being nice and wanting to help can turn everything around when everything seems like it’s going to Hell.
