I brought my camper here to get inspected and new tires mounted. They were easy to work with when scheduling and coordinating the drop off and pick up. Would recommend.
Very helpful and beneficial when I needed a good alternative for car repair on my high mileage Dodge. At some point the dealshiip could not help me based on their model of how repairs are scheduled and planned, older cars usually don't get proactive help, have to wait to see what happens and then you are stuck with repairs that could have been preventable. However on my first repair Forrest offered some insight int on what can and should be address next, on addition to the better pricing. Their were quick as could be and thorough. I am thus far very happy and satisfied.
Had something break on my Chevy Impala that GM stopped making over a decade ago. Forrest scoured the internet for the part and was able to find something suitable to replace. They kept me in the loop. The work was excellent and it was a fair price. Can’t recommend them enough
Firstly, I was contacted very quickly and given a diagnosis for my truck. They called me before the repairs were done for my consent and from that point on they called me back within hours to pick my truck up. They gave me a warranty on the repairs, I’m very happy and will recommend them to anyone needing their services

First time using Forest Auto. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a state safety inspection done with no issues and at $89.00 the dealer estimate was $175.00. I definitely will be using Forest again in the future for mirror glass replacement, lighting and any mechanical issue that may come up. 5 Star all the way.
Needed state inspection. They were able to get me in the quickest and then competed the work ahead of schedule. They were also the least expensive of any of their competitors. Would 100% recommend them and will use them again for all my repair needs.

Great experience with Forrest Automotive. I needed a Maryland State car inspection. They were able to schefule me next day, completed the service faster than expected, and their price was the best in the area.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOREST AUTOMOTIVE... I was visiting from out of town and had a seven hour drive home. My dashboard started lighting up (on Sunday) the day before I was to leave. It was a holiday week. The local dealership was booked. Forest Automotive squeezed me in. They did a complete evaluation and emailed me a detailed description of what they did to identify the problems and a quote for the recommended repair. They had my car for half a day and it was ready when they said it would be. CUSTOMER SERVICE (EXCELLENT) - the front office staff were friendly and ready to help. REPAIR SERVICE (EXCELLENT) - the mechanics were knowledgeable and thorough. PRICING (EXCELLENT) - the job was fairly priced and they did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. OVERALL EXPERIENCE (EXCELLENT) - my dealership at home is hard to beat. Forest Automotive comes close.

This place is amazing! The lobby is clean with a variety of snacks, drinks and coffee. Their restroom is super clean!. The staff is welcoming and they are pretty honest about any repairs that need to be made. I've been coming to this place for years now and I don't trust any other place except Forrest Automotive!!

Ang & Jessie are both amicable and professional at Forrest Automotive. Of all the mechanic gin joints in all the world, you would be doing yourself a disservice going anywhere else.
So....this place is GEM. I had the pleasure of meeting Bill because I needed a tow; my car would not start :( . He diagnosed my issue on the spot and provided the necessary follow-up instructions to avoid the problem....there's so much other stuff he could have done, but instead he decided to be a blessing - thank you SO much!!!! I will be heading to them for auto care needs moving forward.
The team at Forrest Automotive were awesome. My son’s car was having engine issues but we weren’t sure what was causing the problem. They were able to get us in the next day. Our mechanic, Jesse, found the problem with the car and provided us with a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and the breakdown of all costs. He fixed the car and it’s running like new … and the costs ended up being slightly less than estimated! It can be difficult to find a good mechanic at a reasonable cost that you can trust, but we have found them. Forrest Automotive will be our go-to for all our vehicles in the future.
As a first time customer. These guys fixed the issue I brought my car in for. They also took the time to resolve a none related, one off issue that came up post repair @ No Charge. I'd say the the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I'll be back!
Overall, great job and fair price. The only criticism is that when another issue was found on my truck when installing the component, they told me they needed to do more troubleshooting, which was fine. However, I wished they had given me a follow-up on how they resolved the issue after installing the component and the receptionist handing over the keys. Instead, I was just told it was fixed. It would’ve been a simple peace of mind to know if this issue would or would not be an issue in the future and to know what to look out for.
First time visiting. Had a rim replaced and tires balanced & rotated. Discuss another issue. Will fix that soon Everything i needed was done. Quick service. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend them to anyone that wants honest service
While on vacation a thousand miles from home my car broke down. Within 6 hours I was back on the road. Everyone from the owners, receptionist and mechanic treated me courteously and professionally. I highly recommend Forrest automotive. Honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Hard finding that in your hometown let alone on the road !
Not only Jessie & Ang, but also the mechanics themselves go above and beyond to provide a phenomenal service. I bring my vehicle in monthly on the first of the month and have always been treated insatiably well.

I brought my car here after driving over two hours because it had previously been inspected at this location. Since the staff seemed friendly and the car had some history here, I figured it would be a good place to service it.
Unfortunately, I’ve had nothing but issues since. Mainly tire pressure dropping and getting flat tires — problems I didn’t have before. I know my tires were properly inflated above 32 PSI, and now the car doesn’t ride as smoothly either.
I also noticed three large scratches on my car after the service. I had done a full walk-around inspection of my vehicle before even stepping inside, and there were no scratches at that time. The car was practically brand new to me — I had just gotten it in December as a rebuild — and had been extremely careful with it.
While there, they also pushed to replace the cabin filter, even though it had already been checked and was in good condition. They recommended an engine flush or a brake fluid flush (I can’t remember exactly which one), but it always seemed like they were trying to find something else to charge for, even when it wasn’t necessary.
It’s disappointing because I only went in for an oil change and basic maintenance. Honestly, I could’ve just gone to a Jiffy Lube around the corner and avoided all of these problems.
The staff is nice and welcoming, and if you’re local you might have a different experience — but based on my situation, I can’t say I’d trust my vehicle with them again.
