I had a very disappointing experience with this place. The customer service was extremely disrespectful, and the pricing felt completely unfair. It honestly seems like they pick and choose who they want to answer the phone for—if they don’t know you, good luck getting basic communication.
What bothered me most is how overpriced everything was. I felt like my car (Infiniti g37x & G35x ) was intentionally priced higher just so they could make more profit, not only off the service but off the situation itself. Instead of being transparent and professional, it felt like they were trying to take advantage of customers.
I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for honesty, fair pricing, or respect. There are too many other shops out here to deal with being overcharged and treated poorly.
BE careful, the manager Dave scammed me. I got an oil change in June 24. And for some reason I always get a second check on any repairs because mechanics lie to woman especially. So I got an oil change in june, only to find out that by aug 24, he over charged me for a oil change. And never change the filter. I text him about it and he ignored my request for an explanation. So check your stuff thoroughly b4 leaving. I've known him for 10yrs and never thought. Scamming business practice. Don't trust this business.
Great service. Had a tire leaking air! 3 humongous bolt nails. They had a tire in my size to replace since the cost of plugging would exceed a replacement tire cost.
Renee has always been able to handle any and all tire needs. With alignment, balancing, and mounting. I have been coming here for over 15 years and have always gotten great service at a reasonable price!
Renee, Mr. B is really good. Have you ever known someone who can talk to tires? Mr. B talk to tires and they back. You know your good when here because a good set of tires are begging to get on your ride. Trust me I know.......
I've been coming to this place for 20 years and the services and prices are bar none. Bth tires is the best tire shop in the DMV and high prices and service can not be beat.
This place is the absolute worse. Paid $600 to get my car fixed and come to find out, nothing was done on it. I still have the same problems with my car and have been getting the run around on what’s wrong with it. Please rethink going to this place to get your car fixed, it’s not worth the headache or hassle.
I’ve been here about 6 times. 3out of the 6 I had to come back the next day because the work wasn’t properly done. Now I’ve been calling all morning..Mind you it’s Monday at 3:04...I haven’t gotten an answer still....I get that there not open on Sundays but why can’t I get an answer today....my car has a pit of oil below it ...I’m just so sick of this place....they need to do better...it never fails
If I could give this place less than a 1 I would. They are a rip off .... I had some other work done but when they did the work insisted it was still another part needed after replacing the original part and it still didn’t work. Oh but wait they still charged me for the work that still isn’t working but called the local advanced auto parts across the street who works directly with them in scamming women to make up some bogus price but because I’m not dumb I left called a different auto parts store found that the $160 work they was trying to charge me for replacing a light was only $80 at a way better establishment plus parts included, a part the lead mechanic it seemed gave me was $40 come to find out on my own found it to be $7.49?? Really?! They are scammers and only get over when they can on the women I urge you to not go here and do the research on these snakes. And BTH and Elite work together don’t believe the lies, the same guy who tried to scam me was giving tire quotes as well on the tire side.. Issa family of scammers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really like the quality of service. The tires are good quality. And, the service is fast. The workers are friendly. I also needed mechanic work done to my car, and the mechanic did a very awesome job repairing my car for a reasonable price. I don’t really get my car repair a lot because it’s very expensive, but I will keep coming here from now on because the service and price are of good quality. Very pleased and impressed.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Horrible customer service. I’ve been getting the run around over a part that was suppose to have been ordered to fix my car for 2 months now. Every time I call my calls never get returned and when I visit there’s a constant lie on the status of my part. Very unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere.
Staff was friendly however, I was terribly over charged! Bumper cover part-119.00..LABOR 118.50. HEADLIGHT..14.99 LABOR 39.95. WIPER BLADES 29.90 LABOR 19.95. TINT REMOVED LABOR 79.00..THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I Will Not Ever return to them. I was truly trying to find a mechanic here and im truly dissapointed that it wasnt them especially since they are so close to my home.
This is a good used tire shop they were willing to locate the tire and rim I needed and then contacted me back before I got ho,e . Came back for service and was gone with 30 minutes for a front rim and tire at a very low price compared to what new would've cost me. I'm a long time customer from back when they were in Forestville MD . I believe the address was 8207 parson drive yet that's it. So yes don't let what 1 persons mishap discourage you they're good people and I've seen where people didn't have enough money for the tires and they lowers a low price waiving mounting or balance so yeah they're superb thanks BTH
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I bought my 2013 dodge charger here for them to place a new tire on the right rear. Two days later i have a flat tire and when i took it back the manager Dave said that the repairs are on me. I have referred many people here. That will not happen again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION. I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT
Terrible experience I drop my car off at 12pm for ALIGNMENT and my car was not ready till 630pm. They rather stand outside and talk then doing work. Terrible place very slow! I'M never going
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THEY were willing to find my special tires, I'd recommend this place as the quality of their used tires is great and for fair price
Extremely poor customer service and appears that they would rather talk and gossip than actually doing work. Take your car down the street to A & K used tires, where staff are actually willing to help you.
