Raya and Antoine at autozone in temple hills were the best. Had a variety of issues with my hyndai. They helped me scan and find all the codes for the parts I needed and even helped to replace my battery before the store closed. I would definitely recommend this store and will be back in the future whenever I have another automotive need ....5 stars

Allentown Road Autozone helped me find the right Ignition coils so, didn't need to get the same work multiple times. They even made sure I got deals I didn't know about. 10/10 I recommend!

I had a great experience at the AutoZone on Allentown Road. The workers are extremely professional and provide excellent customer service with genuine care. They always take their time to help and truly try their best to find the best deals for your purchases. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and makes the whole process easy and stress-free. On December 18, 2025, I called AutoZone, 4803 Allentown Rd Ste A, Suitland, MD 20746, and spoke with John, technician, explaining that my elderly mother will be brining her van to his store location to purchase and replace the battery later today. I called this AutoZone a second time and talked to Jay, store manager, explaining that my elderly mother was en route and that I was not available to accompany her and I requested that he provide gentle service to better support my mother during her battery purchase and installation. Both John and Jay provided superior customer service from start to finish. My mother is absolutely pleased and grateful for her new battery and the high quality service AutoZone workers, John and Jay, provided! Highly recommend!
John Michael was an amazing, patient, hard working person to work with. He changed my battery out, mid-winter with a smile on his face. God bless him and the store full of knowledgeable and kind people
I went in and was greeted by a very nice manager (female, don’t remember the name). She helped me get the part, informed me of the warranty, and was kind the whole time. I used to work for Autozone and alot of the time, the employees are either rude or don’t know what they’re doing, but the customer service was amazing here. I definitely recommend this location.
I didn’t catch their name, but the store associates were very attentive and helpful, providing great customer service. I gave her the part number for my car’s oil filter and although they didn’t have it on stock she quickly provided me a different oil filter that fits my car. I would return here again.
I visited this store as I need some parts and my car is due for an oil change. I'm surprise and wow as this store is clean, organize and the staff and the Store Manager here are pleasant and assisted me very well compared to other stores I visited. Very nice! I hope other stores are also clean and have good employees.
