This Advance Auto Parts is amazing! All the staff are courteous and extremely helpful. They consistently asked if I needed help. Steven helped with every one of my questions and even assisted me when I needed it. They made sure I had everything I needed before I left. World come back again and again.
I went in to have my battery tested. I was a little hesitant to have them change it, because of people's lack of customer service. I was wrong. Stephen W was on top of his game. He had patience and took every piece off my car w the smoothness. His customer service was through the roof. Thx Stephen!!!
Worst staff of any Advance Auto I have been to. I come in with receipt to exchange wiper blades that I purchased that didn't have all the included mounting brackets. As soon as I walked in the short black female rolled her eyes and walked away from the counter. I wait for the male cashier to finish with his customer. Then she walks up with an extremely nasty rude attitude and demeanor. I explained that all the pieces were not included, she said take it back to Greenbelt it's nothing I can do with it. I said this is Advance Auto correct. She said it's nothing I can do with it and again rolled her eyes.
I went to get the even exchange and the customer behind me had a similar encounter with the same female. He asked her why she was so rude and he walked out saying he shouldn't have to deal with this.
This is by far someone that doesn't need to work in any type of customer service position. She is a poor example for this or any business. I can 1000% say I will never spend money at Advance Auto again and I will encourage anyone that will listen not to shop there.
I will update this with her name and photo soon but I can describe her as a short black female with short hair like a male haircut. She appears to be possibly in the LGBT lifestyle, nothing wrong with that, it's just to describe her.
I will follow up with the corporate office and I don't even do stuff like this but this lady is such a horrible representation of Advance Auto I have to address her.
And then when I had to do my own even exchange she decided to record me on her phone and follow me out to my vehicle to record. If only she put as much effort in providing decent customer service as she did recording me then maybe I wouldn't be writing the long negative review.
On 2/11/23- Staff will not open door @7:35am & store suppose to open at 7:30a. A common courtesy would be nice to say give us a few mins.if they needed it
This place is terrible,service really bad they don't accept returns,aren't wy and is rude when you try return something.,they say NO accepting nothing.
They take your phone number with every purchase, but will cheat you out of money. If you buy a part from them make sure you get a receipt or they’ll deny your return!!!!
Terrible run place. They sold me brakes that dont fit my vechicle. I lost the receipt and they would not replace them. Cashier kept telling me my vechicle had two sets of brakes listed. I replied I don't care what's on the computer I have the wrong ones. Manager over heard the conversation and said you are not listening. He repeated we have 2 sets listed in the computer. I replied again I still have the wrong brakes and showed it to him. He then replied get out of my store since you wont listen. I was glad to leave. Beware of doing business there.
Now this is an establishment that knows cars all the products offered are great this is a auto parts store that is for TrueCar lovers unlike the very commercialized mainstream stores this place is great and the employees have a great wealth of knowledge of cars there's honestly nothing that you cannot find in the store and if need be they will order it for you and even those prices are great sometimes I go here just to buy a part for a car that may not even be of need just because of all the parts that are available.
