I called in advance and asked for a new battery & would they install it, I was told yes, I get there 30 minutes later only to be told they can’t do it because they don’t have enough coverage, yet I noticed at least 5 workers in the store, & I was 1 of 2 people in the store. Poor customer service, I’m never going to that location again. I received better customer service & quickness at the Jiffy Lube right up the street from them.

Excellent service. I had to get the windshield wipers on my 2020 Toyota Prius replaced and Jaylen and Jonathan were both very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select the correct wipers and install them. Recommend this location for excellent customer service.

I’m extremely disappointed and angry about my experience at AutoZone today. The employee named Rozel was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. When I asked a simple question, he started yelling at me and said, “I don’t know, go ask someone else.” That’s completely unacceptable! I came there for help, not to be treated like that. If this is how AutoZone allows their employees to act, I’ll take my business somewhere else

We had to get the old battery changed in our 2002 Ford Explorer and the staff member from AutoZone, Jonathan B., had a TIME getting that battery out! The battery connector cables were badly rusted and the old battery rubber cover was blocking the process but he handled it with patience, expertise and wonderful customer service that was EXTRA & BEYOND! He helped us with the new battery selection and installation. Thank you so much Jonathan! What a credit he is to the Auto Zone expert staff!💪🏾💕 Y'all look for him at Auto Zone in Oxon Hill😊👍🏽

Tonight I received some tremendous help from an employee here named Tony Keels-Mozon. Even though the store had closed. He helped me finish installing my battery. He exceeded my expectations and I hope he is compensated well. If I was the owner, I would want to make sure he stays around. 11/10 service.

I'll go to a different location from now on smh. Called twice to be put on a "brief" hold, 1st time I held for 7 mins, 2nd time I held for 10 mins smh. Finally got to speak to a person and all I could hear in the background was another employee hollering profanities.

The service and the staff are been really good, the place always looks clean. But the store Managment doesn’t honor the opening and closing time posted on the door. I came last night at 8:55pm when closing at 9pm and it was already close but I was like maybe there wasn’t enough customers coming in, it’s fine but now I’m back at 7:25am when the store opens at 7:30am and as right now it’s 8:01am and the store is still closed and there is a lot of people coming and leaving. I called corporate office and they just told me that the store supposed to be open and that’s it.

The manager on duty at 1:35pm (eastern time) on 6/20/1025, is very rude, disrespectful and will treat you like trash. You can ask him for help or information because he will refuse and will start disrespecting you. I was trying to get the oil/filter deal, but the system wasn't giving it to me. So, I asked him to let me know why my order didn't qualify for the deal. He told me to go look at the paper. I asked him what paper, and he brought me to the flyer. I looked at the flyer l, but I still didn't know why the items didn't qualify and he refused to explain. I went and grab a different oil brand to see if that was the problem, and I was still not getting the deal. At that time, I asked him to double check and explain why I wasn't getting the deal. He told me to calm down, when I was completely calm but just inquiring about the deal. He continued to tell me to calm down. He said, "control your emotions because men down work off emotions". At that time, I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. He was wearing a gray shirt. He then, call another customer representative who was wearing a red shirt to assist me. The representative was very courteous and helpful. He asked what was my question, and I told him I was asking the manager why I wasnt getting the deal. The manager was standing next to him, and said to stop bring him to the conversation. Then, the representative was about to tell me that I didn't qualify for the deal because I was picking a 10w-30 oil and not a 5w-20. I said, "thanks for explaining the deal, now I know why I didn't qualify in first place," and decided to pay the full price. Think twice before dealing with this manager; otherwise, he will ruin your day.

The auto zone in Oxon hill on Oxon hill rd will always have me as a customer ! Paulina is the store manager and I see why! She is impeccably knowledgeable and she quickly tested my battery and put it back on! She tested my alternator ! Sheesh! All in less than 3 minutes! Thank you publicly Paulina !!!! LAERIA DID AN AMAZING JOB! SHE PUT IN A BATTERY I BOUGHT FROM YOUR STORE ON HER BREAK! SHE WAS SUPER PATIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!

Wanted to get my battery tested in order to purchase a new one possibly and was told by manager that he couldn’t do it because it was dark outside . The shopping center is very well lit. Additionally, it’s autozone. Why wouldn’t you have flashlight.

This location requires immediate inspection by the health department. Rats are visibly present on the floor near lower shelves in the aisles and rat droppings are apparent in customer-accessible areas. It is advisable to avoid shopping at this location unless you wish to risk transporting rodents into your home.

I have had consistently positive experiences at the Oxon Hill location, and I am particularly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Robin, who went above and beyond to assist me with a battery replacement. While the task presented some initial challenges, Robin handled it with remarkable professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude. She maintained a smile throughout the process, demonstrating both her technical expertise and outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate Robin's attentiveness and willingness to assist, making what could have been a stressful situation an enjoyable experience. Her kindness and dedication are truly commendable!

Though this store hasn’t been open for long, it’s clear that there’s room for improvement. While the service is prompt, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the store seem to be low on the priority list. A clean, organized space is just as important as fast service. Additionally, the choice of background music—Notorious B.I.G.—doesn’t seem to align with the vibe that would suit the store's atmosphere. I hope they can make these adjustments to ensure a better overall experience for customers in the future

Walked into your store wanting to purchase a battery , I waited in line as one should , there was another customer behind me , the young lady at the register said next which was me , when I said I wanted a battery she said to the gentleman behind me I’ll help U and the other gentleman at the register told me to go to the batteries and get my own . Now mind you there are over 30 batteries to look thru, the gentleman could have looked in the computer and found the battery I needed within minutes .Customer service is surely lacking in this store and it wasn’t busy , needless to say I didn’t stand there and look thru every battery to find mine , in addition to teaching your folks alittle customer service when needed , maybe sweep outside trash it’s disgusting .

Left me on the phone for over 10 minutes asked me what I wanted. What kind of car I had and when I told him the part that I needed, he tried to correct the part and I told him the cart was incorrect that he was saying he placed me on hold again And when I called back to let them know that they kept me on hold he said so what he has other things to do. I will never call there again for assistance.

Omg I had a wonderful experience at this location. Amazing customer service to say the least. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by a handsome fella, Mr. Terrell. This man was very friendly, knowledgable, and attentive. He assisted me with everything I needed. Not only that, this man is fine as hell! He definitely could get it, lol. Terrell is the man, he’ll get you right! Overall, I recommend this location to anyone. Respectfully, ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

Terrell was amazing. I came in today needing my battery disconnected. He showed me how to do it and recommend the correct tool for me to purchase in case I have to disconnect my battery again. Excellent customer service.

This AutoZone Store should be the standard for what the other AutoZone stores in this area should be! The staff has no problem with greeting the customers as they come in to the store with a friendly tone and a smiley face, they pay attention to the customers and let them know that someone will assist you in a moment, they take their time to explain what parts do you need for your vehicle, their battery testing equipment is functioning properly and available for the staff to assist the customers with their vehicle. I appreciate the staff for being attentive, helpful, patient and friendly. This store was clean and seems reasonable stocked.

Stopped in to get windshield wipers during a downpour. The sales rep (I'm sad I didn't ask her name) bent over backwards to find the right fit for my car and helped install them....IN THE RAIN!!!! Amazing customer service. Kudos!

Husband returned Motorcycle Battery with Store Manager at Reg#34 at Store #6477 Transaction #062864 Male Worker behind register is very unprofessional and rude. He asked my husband to bring his 2 batteries down: Terrance told him the batteries are already sitting at register while we were awaiting next turn in line. Immediately “TERRELL said; I don’t have time for this Bull???? and that he’s not making time for attitudes? No conversation were exchanged with he or my husband until Terrell said to my husband: all those MUSCLES YOU HAVE, you can’t bring the batteries down to me! He left us just standing there and Store Mang’r helped return items for replacement. We asked for angry workers name and walked out to our vehicle. Terrell came towards our vehicle asking is there something we wanted to say to him? My husband responded: in the future if you have a dissatisfied customer…please RISE ABOVE THE NEGATIVITY without assuming the next customer (us) is upset or mad and continue to give good service rendering professionalism at all times( especially when we walked in with him having attitude with previous person in line) Will not be returning to this location ***PS*** Terrell turn your hat around “forward” instead of backwards. Coming out of store to give threats just because we asked Manager for your name was not a intelligent thing to do.👎🏾 Instead of saying harmful words we are giving your department this survey.😞 Please exemplify PROFESSIONAL SERVICE if you want customers to return to this location! I just want to say that I had a great experience at this location. They have good costumer service. Very friendly and helpful. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by one of their staff members. If I remember correctly, i think his name was Terrell. He assisted me with everything I needed and were looking for. I would recommend to this location to anyone. ONE SATISFIED COSTUMER.

The staff is a mix badge of trained and knowledgeable members and some kids that can even provide you with 10 seconds of attention. The inventory is somewhat limited and as pointed out some staff members will go the extra mile to help while others will pass you by like you are not there. You also have to constantly remember them about the military discount. This Auto Zone needs help! A phenomenal store nevertheless.
