My truck broke down in downtown DC and these guys saved my night. I had had two other tow companies canceled on me and Triaging Toeing called me and was communicative the entire way. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to and took my car exactly where they needed to. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Absolutely stellar service! I was stranded with a completely dead battery during the latest snow/ice storm. My insurance company sent TriGun Towing and they dispatched a technician immediately. He arrived in less than 60 minutes, was extremely professional, and had my car jumped and running in under five minutes. I was able to take my car and do a night drop for repair services in the morning. I highly recommend them to anyone in a jam!
I called this company to tow my bus while I waited on the parents to pick their children up from a safe location. The tow truck driver came and continuously made inappropriate comments and gestures to the children. I called to report the driver and the person who refused to give me their name said that "doesn't sounding something his brother would do and told me if I called again he'd block me and hold me vehilce" he did block me. Spreading awareness because we deserve to be safe
Dontay was highly professional driver and provided an excellent towing service. Having your car break down is a stressful thing, but he made the experience better by being very diligent and making sure my car arrived to its destination on time.

TriGun Towing really helped me out in a pinch. My car wouldn’t start after I got back from a trip and it was stuck in the parking garage at DCA. After calling many companies that either flat out refused to come to the parking garage or wanted an exorbitant price, TriGun came to my rescue and got me to a mechanic.
My daughter’s car needed to be towed due to overheating issues. I called a couple of tow companies and Mr. Pena answered the call and we arranged for the tow the same day. Prompt service and decent price. I asked for his card bc I will definitely recommend his company to everyone I know.
I needed my car towed quickly and for a reasonable price. I called, and not only were they attentive and polite, but they were also quick, too. They picked my car up and dropped off within the hour from MD to VA. I would recommend this place because I know from being a PG native that it's hard to find quality care, respectful people, and reasonable price tow companies.

I normally don’t write reviews but it’s a must I do this one. I was in a bind where my insurance wouldn’t pay for my tow since i didn’t get repairs done. I’m not lying I called over 20 tow trucks and everyone was busy or had no drivers. Called Trigun and he told me he was on a job but will call me back in 45. He called me back in 30, picked up the car and dropped it off within an hour. Kept me updated they whole way and also charged me a very decent rate. Highly recommend them, will send all family to them for sure

Edwin provided me with his eta throughout his trip and was amazingly so kind to check why my vehicle broke down in the first place to see if it was an easy fix and fixed it on the spot. You do not find people out here like this to often, I am lucky to have came across this company. Will definitely recommend and call again if ever need to!
My experience was great, they arrived well before the stated time. Ritter was professional and considerate in dealing with my car. He provided pictures of the car at it's final destination as I did not accompany the car on it's journey. Ritter, made me feel as if the car was in good hands, I would recommend TriGun again based on my experience.
I found myself with two flat tires at the side on the road on an early Saturday evening. After calling around, I managed to reach Edwin. He arrived with a flatbed truck right at the promised ETA. I was going to have him tow me home since the tire shops were closed. He recommended a 24/7 tire shop in DC if I wanted. After calling and confirming they had my tires, Edwin took me there. They replaced my tires and I was back on the road in a couple hours on a Saturday night, saving me time and money to get it sorted during the week. This is absolutely the best and fastest response towing service we have ever experienced. A tow truck was at our home in less than 15 minutes after I spoke to Mr. Ritter. I requested the wrong service and needed a flatbed instead of a conventional tow. Although the conventional truck was en-route, Mr. Ritter sent a flat bed which arrived shortly after the regular tow truck. The drivers were very professional and performed the task with skill and efficiency. I highly recommend TriGun Towing LLC for any towing requirements you may have. These guys are awesome, just as all the other reviews say! BIG ED saved the day, he was professional, kind, knowledgeable and efficient! He saved the day when my insurance company kept trying to get me a tow for 6 hrs and no one would show up from other companies. These guys took the call immediately and dispatched someone ASAP.
