I bought 2 used tires. $100 each. Had to take off work that night due to the tire being flat, I went back the next day, they charged me $50 for a stem. I work in VA. But live in MD. I got stuck at work because the tire went flat again. I had to call AAA. They checked the tire it had a nail in it. I had to drive an hour over an back to MD. They plugged the tire after I told them it had a nail in it. I will never go there again.

A little while back they change my Impala engine on my 2012 Chevy Impala excellent job I went to them for everything when I lived in DC or MD they are awesome official legit professional Auto mechanics

The old owner Khan moved to a new location at 6101 Livingston Road, Oxon Hill, MD at Temple Hill Tire Center Oxon Hill! Khan is still around after 45 years at that location! Check out the sales by searching for the website for Temple Hill Tire Center Oxon Hill. I saw the comment that said someone or something changed and they hadn't seen the male owner. It's because he moved in 2010 to the new location and has been there ever since! It is 2025!

My husband has to keep taking his car back. They put faulty parts on, bungy cords, wrong wires, wrong parts, etc. And we've spent plenty money here. I will say they use to be one of the best places to go. Don't know what happened. But something or someone changed. I have noticed the male owner is absent. The female owner is very pleasant

They had plugged my daughter’s tire when we were headed out of town in June 2023. That’s when I first met Omar. I had an accident coming off Temple Hills Rd onto St. Barnabas Rd a few months later. I rear ended a vehicle. I had gotten a flat tire from the accident. I slowly drove to the tire shop. My vehicle was still drivable. I see Omar again. He told me he did bodywork as well. He fixed my tire and I made arrangements to bring my vehicle back for the body work. Took my vehicle to Caliber per my insurance. I took my vehicle and the estimate to Omar. He check their estimate and saw they left off quite a bit. (Probably mad because they didn’t get my money) Omar was very professional and did an excellent job on the bodywork. He and his men took great care of me. On top of that, he made sure my car was cleaned inside and out when I went to pick up my car. I now have my own mechanic. I will continue to take my vehicle there for all work and will recommend them to all my friends.

Upon referral, I took my car here for an alignment on a Saturday morning. The owner/manager was super nice and knowledgeable and my car was serviced right away. It was put on an electronic alignment machine and it was completed in less than an hour. I went back and told the gentleman (not the owner/manager) who did the alignment it was still pulling and I had to make the car steer straight. He called me a “liar” and was very rude to me, saying I did something to the car. He performed another alignment to fix the problem and returned the car to me when done. However, when driving off, the car still pulled and I still had to make the car steer straight. Rather than go back, I called my mechanic and he referred me to his alignment person. I went right away and it was done. My car drive like its brand new. He said even though it might have been done twice by Temple Hills Tire & Auto, the person obviously did not know what they were doing. Beware

Worst service to get here. Very rude employees, overcharge, racists and damaged my car! Do not get your vehicle serviced here! My tire sensors were damaged and the manager proceeded to mock me when I told them what they did. They do not use the correct tools for the vehicles. Customer service is horrible. I highly do not recommend.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! THE WORKERS THERE DAMAGED MY TIRES AND DID NOT PUT MY HUBCAP BACK ON PROPERLY WHEN ASKED FOR THE SUPERVISORS NAME AND NUMBER THE MANGER CALLED POLICE LYING STATING I WAS HARASSING HIM JUST FOR ASKING FOR THE EMPLOYEE AND SUPERVISORS NAME WHO WORKED ON MY CAR. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! THE MANAGER ALSO ASSUMED MY RACE BY CALLING ME A INDIAN WOMEN WEARING PAJAMA WHEN I WAS NOT. STATING I WAS BOTHERING HIM. RACISTS BY ALL MEANS AND VERY RUDE.

I got all my tires changed here, I came in and they gave me my options with different prices. I chose the one that fit my budget and was told to leave the car for a couple of hours (there were cars ahead of me) or bring it the next day if I need it done quicker. I came the next morning and they did it in under an hour. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the service and the experience. I highly recommend them they are nice and professional.

They put the wrong sized tire on my car, I had another flat in 2 months, I understood it was a recycled tire but the fact of the wrong size could have caused me to have an accident! I will report him to the Better Business Bureau and never suggest anyone go to him for service!

Went here to get pricing for a used tire the man took one look at me, not even the tire and immediately gave me a price of $75. No thankyou when the tire is $50 across the street and i have a 2004 car ..

Horrible customer service. Make up prices as they go. Put tires on my vehicle, charged me for new. After explaining I didn't want new, refused to sell me used tires. Saying they didn't have any. 195/65/15. Lies, because its the most common tire size any shop has a plethora of. Horrible customer service. They only want your money, and have no care whether your satisfied or not. They will rip you off if you let them. There are plenty of shops in the area that are more reasonable and put their customers first. Horrible customer service.

Do not go here!!....they might as well be straight up crooks....I paid $740 towards work that was never completed and I was told they ordered parts and they said the part conveniently totaled more than what I paid and I offered to pay the difference and now its impossible for them to refund me knowing they did NO work on my car....Omar wanted me to go through my insurance and more than likely increase the price tag.....dont waste your time they are full of it and have poor business practices !!

Great experience, had my tire I was in and out in 10 minutes. Staff is helpful finding anything and everything you need would recommend 100%.

Bad Services. Over priced. They wanted to charge me $530 for a repair service but I went right next door and got it done and tire rotation all for $315. Smh they should be ashamed to be in business. (They do not even deserve one star but I had to do it in order to post this).

Gave me great service on a sunday. The female manager/ associate was very well informed and made staff stay until my car was serviced even tho I arrived after their scheduled expired. Great experience and I'd recommend this tire place to anyone. And my 535i BMW tire was hard to find everywhere else at that! Way to go THTC THANKS AGAIN MAM AND CREW

BEFORE TODAY I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 4 STARS. BUT AFTER THE SMART MOUTH FROM ONE OF THE MECHANICS I'M NOT FEELING THEM ANYMORE. I GOT WORK TO BE DONE NEXT WEEK THEN I'M OUT !!!!! THEY LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER TODAY !!!!

I had the worst experience ever with this place. I went in because my car has a slight vibration. I was told i need a tune-up. I had the work done for $700. I told the guy at the front desk that the car still has a vibration. He told me I needed a tune-up anyway and didnt attempt to fix the car. On the way home the brake light came on didnt even bother going back

This place is horrible. They don't listen, I had to bring back 1 tire only to get mismatched tired. I came back and told them the tires run funny and they broke my tire pressure sensor and denied it. I had no problems with my sensor. If I had a flat tire or need another tire, I rather ride slowly pass this business and not get help. There is a lady that may own the place, when I explained the situation, she wanted to fuss. The customer is not right at this business.

Bought a used tire for$50 n later that day couldn’t pass inspection n had less than required tread n went few hours later confronted them about tire n they wanted to charge me an extra $20 4 a diff tire wit more tread they’re unprofessional wasn’t trying 2help or exchange tire n they new that I was just there at 9am they didn’t want to take credit cards only cash, 3customers b4 me wanted 2use their cards because they didn’t have change n owner wanted to go across the st n ice cold weather to get change n make customers wait After each transaction just to get cash!! The worst I’ll drive my car miles away 4better service next time!!

Excellent prices and excellent service. They do it all from tires, alignment, and the mechanical work on your vehicle. One stop auto shop.

If I can give no stars I would . Unprofessional, tactless, lack of ppl skills, etc list go on how this business need to be shutdown. Poor customer services . IF YOU CANT RUN A BUSINESS WHERE YOU CAN TALK TO ANOTHER HUMAN WITH RESPECT, NEED ANOTHER LINE OF PROFESSIN . The racial slurs I heard from ADEELA AHMAD is beyond mortifying towards Blk Americans .

Came here for the cheap price. Found honest hard working mechanics, straight forward clear communications and excellent customer service! No haggling over prices needed before I even ask discounts were offered to me and not just me other customers were treated the same. Im not saying this place is perfect. I got quoted a price of $115 over the phone by one person then another person told me $125 in person. Once I told him the price I was quoted it was dropped back to $115 no attitude or problems after that.

Save yourself time,money and headache. The price they quote will not be same once they start working on your car. They kept asking for more money and held my car for extra days then said it was ready. The car still was not fix right. I wish I can give them no stars because they dont know what they doing. They just want your money. You will regret going here.

Bad customer service. Quote you one price and once your vehicle is taken apart and up in the air they give you another price. Bad business and dirty tactics, wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

I drove to this place accidentally - thinking it was a different shop. But luckily, this place had a great tire that fit my car. Price was lower than I expected. Service was professional. I've already recommended this shop.

They nickle and dime you about the price. They quoted one price to fix the engine and once they found out that we wanted the parts back, they changed the price. I felt that they should have told us that up front instead of changing the price three times. I spoke with the manager/owner who is Adella who wouldn't give her last name said too bad. Adella was very rude and has a lot of foolery with her shop. She over talks her customers. Then she tried to tell me that the work that was done was not needed and then with the same breath changed her story again and said that the work was needed and we needed a new transmission as well. Take your vehicle here at your own risk, the prices are not set and she will try to get every dime out of you that she can.
