I really wanted to support this buisness, however the woman working there refuse to call her supervisor for clarification even with the car dealership rep on the phone encouraging her to do the same. She declined, and bided me a good day. I took the same documents to the DMV with no problem. I told them what I just experienced at this place and she told me she didnt know why and the person should have called a supervisor if she wasnt sure. Everything they needed was right there. Needless to say the DMV got that $1000 I wanted to keep in the community. Please note: she was not rude or disrespectful. She was pleasant however if a manager or supervisor is requested please get one.
We needed to get some documents notarized asap and the bank sent us to this company. There was no line and the rep was friendly and efficient. Every time I go to the bank to get something notarized, I would have to wait at least 20 minutes to get seen. We were in and out in about 5 min and the price was great too. I will definitely go here to save time! No complaints and now I know where to go or where to send someone if I need something notarized.
Super helpful staff. Went to drop off my tags so I could get a receipt, and not have to deal with the MVA. Took 5 minutes from handing them over to getting my receipt. They were also super up front that I would be charged if I dropped them off here vs it being free if I went to the MVA directly. I was expecting the charge, but it was nice they didn’t try to hide the fact you could get it done free elsewhere.

The service was very very fast and I’m glad I decided to come here instead of going to the MVA. I called to inquire about how much everything would cost after explaining what I had and what I needed and I was given an estimate that was very close to what I actually paid I 100% recommended them the name is on point with the service
Great experience here. Called the number a guy answered the phone answered all my questions professionally, so I went in. Got temporary tags and registration and was on my way within like 10 minutes. Superb, super simple, and straight to the point…came in, got what I needed, paid for it, and they gave it to me expeditiously. Painless, I usually go to the MVA but why when this was so easy and not as crowded as an MVA. They earned my business and I happily recommend!
Called them multiple times saying I would be there before they closed. Said ok, I get there 5 minutes and they locked the doors. AWFUL SERVICE, go somewhere else.
Terrible. Went to this location 2 days in a row to get a document notarized. First day went at 630pm second day went at around 5pm. Both days, they had a young women working that apparently did not have the notary credentials and I question if she was even able to tag and title if needed. Just ridiculous. She couldn’t even answer the question of WHEN will someone be available to do the notary (at this point I’m not even sure if they have an authorized notary public available). I dealt with this place last year and never had an issue for notary and tag/title, they ALWAYS had someone available to complete all services advertised for the business. Plain and simple: I would call before going to the location since the authorized individuals that can actually complete ALL services provided obviously leave at a certain time and leave “a worker” at the business just to say they’re open.
I am generally not comfortable coming in to places like this to get your title or other mva services, but they were extremely helpful, professional and nice about everything, I would rather pay more and come in here than wait 1 month in the MVA to get help. 100% recommended.

The customer service was excellent! The rep. was very informative. She even had useful items for me and my car just doing business with the shop. It DOES NOT get better than this place. It was the absolute best customer service that I have received in a very long time.
When you’re stressed out because of the pandemic and then you suddenly lose a loved one, the last thing you need is a hassle over your tag renewal. We’re grateful they were there when we needed them most.They lifted a weight off our shoulders all while providing quality customer service. We will definitely use their service from now on!

The customer service was transparent and quick. They help me resolve a problem that was created at another tag and title company even though the problem was not theirs to solve . They also educated me on my ability to register a car in my business. I will be sending everyone I know here.
I felt good about supporting a black business but after someone there gave my son the run around about something that got taken care of someplace else I 15 minutes make you think twice about doing it.After paying $240 dollars for tags there my son went back to this place 3 times to get his sticker and was told he had to go to the DMV.Someone even told him they sent a email to the DMV and haven’t heard back from them.The issue was I turned the old tags in somewhere else and apparently my sons current tags was deleted from the system,ok that’s not their fault I understand.But I went back to where I turned the old tags in and was able to get the sticker for my son in 15 minutes.He made 3 visits to this place,they supposedly sent a email to the DMV for something that got taken car of in 15 minutes someplace else
Very friendly and professional. Will go the extra mile to keep customers happy. Turn over was super quick even on a salvage title, will be recommending and returning.
Ordered new tags and title from here. Process was quick, took no more than 15 min tops. Highly recommended, they are professional and will make sure everything is taken care to your preference.
This was the worst customer service I've ever had they are fast far as getting it done but service is bad please ask as many questions as possible they leave you in the blind and the 2 owners were not on the same page and gave me wrong information about my tags and then he got mad because he found out to be wrong it was just horrible
