I stopped by Sam’s Auto Service to get my brakes fixed, and I’m really pleased with the service I received. The team was friendly, explained everything clearly, and had my car ready sooner than expected. I appreciate the honesty and quality of their work.
Sam's Auto Services were very nice and fast! They got me right in and taken care of! I recommend them for your auto services, including inspections. They have a waiting area as well which is nice!

I was referred to Sam’s by my sister who has taken her car there before so I figured they would fix my car no I toke my car there at 9:30 this morning 7/29/2025 to get my a/c fixed he told me he would fix it he had two cars in front of me to give him a hour and half so I left my car there went home gave home more than enough time to look at my car called him 2 hours later for him to tell me to come get the car he will be finished with it in 20-30 mins I get there a hour later and he never touched my car looked at it then proceeded to lie and tell me he said he would get to it that it’s hot outside which is unacceptable for my car to have been sitting at his shop for
Called Sam’s around 3 pm on a Friday to ask if I could get a MD inspection and to my surprise he said I could come in 20 minutes! Got my vehicle inspected and repaired all before closing at 6. Prices were as expected and the service was great, as everyone there is pleasant and welcoming. I will be returning for future needs and I highly recommend this shop!
If I could, I would give it zero stars. It made me waste my time and money. I would never go back to a Hispanic place. They always want to take advantage of you more if you are a woman because they think you don't know anything. I fixed the problem and you told me I have to take a gain inspection and have to pay gain I prefer to go a different place
Th The best mechanic I’ve ever been to he’s honest and show you all the work that he’s done. He calls you before the work before he does the work to make sure it’s OK the best.
Sam seems to always have an attitude lately and no customer service. First vehicle there and could not wait for him to check my truck to see what was going on before I left. He wanted me to leave and said I couldn't stay. I understand COVID is here but if I'm the only customer, there should be no problem with me waiting to see what was wrong in case I need to purchase a part. Also his prices have gotten ridiculous.

Sam's Auto was really fair and understanding when some unforeseen repairs needed to be done on my car. They gave me time to order the parts and they did great work with my suspension system. I would recommend Sam's auto they saved me $1000s off of what I would have paid had I went to the dealer for these repairs.
STAY AWAY!! I took my wife’s Acura 07 TL to Sams today and they told me I needed a timing belt. Only problem with that is they just replaced the timing belt 20,000 miles previously. Acura 07 TL timing belts are supposed to be changed every 60,000 miles. Once I told them that I was told the warranty is 90 days 4,000 miles which doesn't make sense for the replacement of a timing belt. Stay away; take your car to a more reputable place.
I've been going to Sam's Auto for over 10 years and for the most part, Mr. Sam is a good guy, however. Over the last year, he has hired another guy in which he answers the phone and is very rude. Multiple times I've called and there is no customer service what so ever. Another issue is Mr. Sam will quote me one price and once I come in, the new guy increases the amount in which Mr. Sam had to straighten out. I called this week to check labor price for my moms breaks. He quoted me a price range on Monday as he was busy. Tuesday he gave me another price range.
So today, Thursday, I called and when I asked about the price, I guess he remembered me from the car model and asked did I call yesterday. I told him yes, and he asked why am I calling again. I told him because you gave me different prices. He hung up on me and when I called back the phone went straight to voicemail. Several members of my family has decided it's time to find another mechanic if Mr. Sam cannot provide the service he once provided.
Sam and his associates are good and honest mechanics. That's so rare these days. I have been taking my car to Sam's Shop for a long time now. The prices are fair. The guys there know we have kids and are always keeping in mind there saftey. I drive 30 - 45 minutes to get my car worked on because I know they won't cheat me out of my money. Thanks to all of you guys that worked so hard on my car.
