I recently had the engine and catalytic converter replaced on my 2008 Land Rover Range Rover HSE at Brandywine Auto Parts & Installation in Brandywine, MD, and the service was outstanding!

They do great work, but are always booked to compacity. I try to think, good things come to those who wait. With no question, the job these professionals do, needs to be commended. I was told by the sales person that my car would be ready in a week I called back after not hearing from them by Wednesday to find out that it won't be ready for 6-8 weeks. It is ridiculous and very inconvenient

My experience was awesome from beginning to end. The parts salesman is a lifesaver. He located the exact part my truck needed and offer a price break. The installation team were amazing as well. They took $2500 from me for installing an engine and new radiator (at their recommendation). Car ran horribly and two days later it wouldn't start. Called manager and he hung up on me. First they said it wasn't engine it was a bad catalytic converter and they would void warranty if I drove it. So I got 22nd opinion and was told catalytic converter was good and it was poorly installed engine. Then Brandywine said it needed a tuneup and they would void warranty if I didn't get tuneup. They sold me a new radiator which I didn't need but didn't tell me I needed a tuneup when they installed an engine. They refused to fix my car and just took my money.
The sales lady is very unprofessional, and has no regard for the customers. and also they said 2 weeks it took a month and half plus all the extra parts they dont tell you about that you will have to pay extra for.
They put a engine in my 2005 Altima. It 3 tries to get it right. My car was gone for a minute. They kept us updated on each engine process. Everything is fine with my car. So far. I want to thank everyone at Brandywine?
So I call on a Friday wanting to get something installed next day and spoke to a guy named Tony who gave me all types of incorrect information. He stated there weren’t any appointments necessary just walk in at 2pm Saturday. Called the next day to verify and was confirmed by another employee the information was wrong and I could not get my vehicle worked on the day I was informed by Tony to come in. Spoke with Henry who is the manager and he didn’t empathize or even remotely try to accommodate me after being informed all this incorrect info from his employee. If your looking for good customer service look elsewhere
Needed a transmission for my caravan. They answered all my question professionally. Work was done in a timely manner. Lori and her team Jerry, Adam and all the rest who I didn't speak with but hurry to fix my van ROCK!!!!
Terrible experience!!!!!!! WARNING!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A USED ENGINE FROM THEM. They are not tested for any defects. I bought a used engine for $2991.00 in May 2016. By Jan 2017 the engine had gone bad.
