I had an excellent experience today, my Mercedes wouldn’t go in neutral so I needed a wheel lift truck and someone who would handle my car with care. I highly recommend this company and the driver’s name is Sebastian! He gave me real time updates, as I was not at my vehicle and nervous of how my car would be handled. I was very impressed with his personality, professionalism and timing, along with attention to detail. When my car was dropped off I was sent pictures as well. I have there number now saved in my phone. Highly Recommend!

Excellent customer service, very professional. The driver communicated effectively throughout the process and informed me prior his arrival and drop-off. I would highly recommend TOP US Auto tow. Unfortunately, I can’t recall the Drivers name. In addition, the Dispatcher was just as pleasant and professional to work with through the process. He asked great clarifying questions.

Called AAA for a dead battery service and a technician from this company came to my rescue. They arrived promptly, were very courteous and friendly, and got me going quickly. Great service!

We had a very good experience yesterday with Chris and Troy. My wife’s car would not start and she called AAA and within the hour they came. Both Chris and Troy arrived and were very professional and knowledgeable about the situation. After a few quick tests they were able to confirm it was definitely the Battery. The great thing was, we were able to buy the new battery on the spot, and within minutes the car was ready to drive. Thank you Chris and Troy for your excellent service

Fantastic service! The tech's name was David Sutherland. AAA called Top Auto and he arrived promptly. My front bumper was dislodged and dragging. He towed me to the nearby AAA center. Since they do not do body work, he personally zip wired the bumper so I could get to a body shop safely. What service. He is highly intelligent and service oriented. Thank you!

I called AAA about a flat tire & Troy from Top US Auto Germantown arrived in 30 minutes. He quickly fixed my flat tire ( it had a nail in it ). Very impressed with the quick service & definitive repair.

They were wonderful. Very patient, understanding, and helpful. Came out to look at my tires and helped make sure they were safe to drive!

Outstanding service! AAA dispatched help and Rodney arrived in just 11 minutes. He was personable, professional, and worked quickly so I could get back on the road. Instead of just putting on a spare, Rodney actually fixed my flat tire, saving me a trip to a shop and a lot of extra time. Truly above-and-beyond service. Highly recommend!

I’ve had AAA for many years now, and had a battery issue with my newest vehicle. Two AAA service agents came within 10 mins. of the call, tested, and changed the battery, helped me with the interior light settings so that the the lights do not accidentally stay on again. They even attempted to help me with Apple car play, since it is a new feature for me and was not in my last car. I appreciate all the assistance and responsiveness - Definitely reinforced the value of having AAA, Thank you!

OMG, my tow driver Travis is a saint! He quickly came to assist me with gas when I ran out I happened to be stuck at my job. He went above and beyond his job to help me out. From a person that's in the customer service field, the tow truck driver that I had today went above the call of duty. I had a rough day and was just waiting to get back home on Thanksgiving Eve. I was able to meet Brent. When I tell you that he was probably one of the nicest people that I've ever encountered that would be an understatement. Not only was he professional but he made a day that was bad for me turn into actually a good day. I hope that he is able to be promoted and only good things comes his way as well as the company. I will certainly recommend this company to anybody that may need help.

Great experience with AAA and US top auto today. Old tire in the front of the car blew out on 495 and had to go to the shoulder to call AAA. Everything on the App was easy and I got a tow truck from US Top Auto in less than half an hour. Hector and Sal were great! Sal set up the car skillfully and safely (still in training Hector told me). And we all got on the tow truck on the way to the car shop. These two are not only great at their work but fun to be around too. Made this depressing and scary morning a bit more cheerful. I’ll probably upgrade my AAA membership because of the good experience. Stuff like this doesn’t happen often but when it does having some “insurance” makes all the difference in the world.

I wanted to call but, wasn't sure which location this gentlemen worked at but, I certainly hope this gentlemen’s management can awknowledge what Juan did for our family. We are AAA members and Juan’s company was sent out to help tow our vehicle in a rather low clearance parking garage. This car was on the third floor and my husband and I were in shambles on how to remove this car as our leasing office needed the vehicle moved. Juan arrived much earlier than the ETA and was incredibly understanding that my husband would need a few minutes to meet him down there. I just had a biopsy done on my arm and have a little infant. So, I was not much help being on bed rest. Only cleared to care for baby. He was so understanding and patient. He was very creative and helpful with troubleshooting getting the car out of the space and out of the garage. It was a blessing to get the “car is out of the garage” text. Juan, by just doing his job with compassion took so much stress and weight off my shoulders and certainly my husband’s. He was so personable and made probably one of the most stressful adulthood experiences, effortless. My husband is military so needless to say, this was not how we expected our day to go. But, thanks to Juan. This didn't take away from a day to spent with our family. I genuinely hope he gets to spend plenty of time with his. Juan, thank you so much! I genuinely hope the company awknowledges your hard work and the empathy you give to those in stressful situations. Your kindness is so very needed in the world today and we are forever grateful.

I called AAA for a tow and they sent Top Us towing. The driver was Mak and he did a wonderful job. He called when he was on his way and was quick and efficient. Very friendly to deal with. He towed my car to my repair shop. He even offered to take me home which was close. I had a ride so I didn’t need him to do that but it was nice of him to offer. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best. I've used them several times to assist with tows and I'm never disappointed. Today, Mak helped me and was quick, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend. And it helps that they accept my AAA!

Top notch! A call to AAA had Top US Auto to us in under 30 minutes for a unfixable tire. Our driver, Sherral, was amazing! Efficient & courteous, we thoroughly enjoyed the 92 mile trip home! That alone is priceless!

It was late at night and I was in an area where there were no lights. Daniel showed up with his truck within 35 minutes and quickly got me to the gas station. The best part was that he waited until my Uber driver showed up. Thank you, Daniel for making what could’ve been an awful experience so much better.

My car overheated on my way to work, But I’m glad it wasn’t a big headache because I was able to call AAA and they sent out a team, top US auto, that was able to help me in about 30 minutes, honestly expected longer especially since this was around 8am I had this issue but they was quick and no scratches on the car Thank God. I really appreciate it!
