I stopped in with a request for some specialized service that I frankly didn’t expect them to do, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was Glenn able to do the work, he did it while I waited. It felt like being in a small town shop where people cared and took pride in their business. I’m hoping to never need them for a car repair, but if I’m ever in an accident, it’s where I’ll be going.

I had taken my car to Mullinix to fix an accident related damage. Mr. Mike was very helpful in guiding me through the insurance process, and the whole repair process. The car came back looking like a new car, and it was done in a very short time frame. If you are ever looking for body work on your car, please call Mullinix.

Another body shop estimated it would take over 4 months to get to our job. A call to Mike at Mullinix and under two weeks later our work was completed. Great communication along the way and the truck came back looking like new. They washed the interior and exterior too - nice touch!

Had a wonderful experience with Mike and Jen at Mullinix. They were communicative throughout the process. They worked well with the insurance company and helped me to get everything resolved quickly. I really felt they valued me as a customer. When there was an issue that I hadn't noticed when I originally picked up the car, they were quick to remedy the situation with no issues whatsoever. I really feel they went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful to have found them.

Rude and unprofessional. Tried calling shown on Google and the number said unavailable. Booked an appointment online to get an estimate and received confirmation of the appointment and all. Their hours on Google also showed them as open. Showed up and was told "no one pays attention to the online booking, you have to call". Explained that the number said unavailable and got nothing but more rude responses about the number always being the same. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for the help Glenn. Glad I figured out early on to not use your company.

Warm/ Friendly/ Free Advice/Years of experience/Very thorough> ....Please stop over to Mike at Mullinex....State Farm were giving me the run around when a deer jumped on my car. Even though he didn't have to speak with State Farm to explain the situation of it being one incident and not two, he spoke with them to clear that up. Mike was very honest looking at my car showing me the biggest damage was underneath. He calculated the repair cost before State Farm gave him the OK to do an estimate, then submitted a detailed estimate to them and emailed me a copy....Car was totaled, but if Mike hadn't taken the time to do a detailed write up on the damage.... I would have been wasting my time looking for another body shop...

Jen, the receptionist was very courteous & professional need more like her and the mechanics that worked on my jeep compass was quick, efficient and explained the overall process. Just to sum it up, Mullinex has gained a customer for a very long-time! Thank you again Mullinex for Great Service!

Excellent service, very reasonable price, timely and professional- the staff went out of their way to provide quality service. They worked to meet my needs and got the job done quickly. They offered to pick me up when I needed a ride. They cleaned my car prior to delivery. Very friendly front desk. They replaced the fender and it looks marvelous. I really appreciate Mullinex for high quality service.

My girlfriends black 2010 Toyota Corolla basically didn’t have a front body part that wasn’t destroyed. Mullinix auto body fixed it all up for her and the estimate was fair and accurate I highly recommend using this repair shop! Tom (the estimator) was kind and gave all the information we needed in order to get the car fixed. It was totaled but we couldn’t let go of it yet because it holds so many memories. Even with all that and the car was repaired in just a few weeks! I will always come to mullinix because the offer expert quality service.

The customer service from the store manager/ the person handling my claim was horrible. He did not give me a copy of my estimate or any contract. He only gave it to the insurance company and when i asked questions and asked for clarification about it he gave one response and then became very defensive if i made any further comment or asked any questions. He told me that the shop was not going to handle the repairs and that i needed to have my car towed even though i did not tow my car into the shop. I drove it there. They dismantled the front bumper and headlights of it and then said that it would be a liability if they reassembled the parts. When I asked to see in writing anything about tear down situations, he told me to go ask a lawyer instead of providing customer service and explaining. He responded "I don't know what you don't comprehend" and cut me off when I continued to ask questions and asks for explanations. He then accused me of lying about the situation of my car. He didn't have any interest in explain things to me or answering any of my questions. Not completing the work is fine but the way the situation was handled from a customer service point of view was very impatient and inconsiderate. The lady reception was attempted to answer my questions and provide clarification. She was at least trying to be understanding.

I just had my 2022 Highlander in there for repair of a deep scratch on the driver's side panel, from just before the gas tank door all the way to, and including a cracked tail light. They had my vehicle for less than a week, and did an amazing job. I will definitely use them for repair work again.

I have been there several times over the years usually with great results. But not this last time. Other than the lady running the front desk, everyone else I dealt with was a disaster. Estimator was difficult to communicate with. My original date for work, per the estimator, was never booked so the work started a week late. After a week of the car actually being at Mullinix, I had to go in person to get their attention and get an update. Car was not ready on the day it was estimated to be done. When the work on the doors was completed, paint on the hood was damaged. They asked what they could do to make me happy, but at that point I did not trust them. Every step of the process with Mullinix was a struggle. Hours are not customer friendly. Half of the time I had to bug them for info. First verbal dollar estimate was way off the final bill to insurance. I don't think the hood damage will rust, so I paid my deductible and will never go back. EDIT: I got a very nice email from this vendor regarding changes they are making. Maybe it will help them.

The technician and front desk staff I talked to were incredibly nice! They gave me a pretty fair price for replacing the exterior door handles of my vehicle and completed the job within 30 minutes. Overall a great experience, I definitely would go back again.

Took my daughters SUV to repair damage from being hit by a bus. James did a great job of keeping us informed of the progress and interfacing with the insurance adjusters. We picked up her car and were very impressed with the quality of the workmanship. Very happy and will use again. Thanks!

I went here after another body shop was too busy to work on my car. The other shop did however refer me to them. The manager spent over one hour helping me figure out what was wrong with my hood. He even helped me troubleshoot the issue with my alarm. He was most helpful and kind. My car is old but is very special to me and I’m not ready to get rid of it despite some of its problems. He explained the problems with the hood and I am waiting for his estimate so that I can begin the repair. . He did not charge me anything for his time and expertise .

I know it is a body shop, but... I don't know how they managed, my 2010 Ridgeline drives better. Holds true, etc.they buffed out scratches totally unrelated to the accident. I can't see any evidence of body work. It looks new. Friendly and helpful staff. As they were repairing the front right, I had them put on a ladder rack. Labor rate was reasonable, I paid for that out of pocket. I would use them again... hopefully that won't be necessary.

From the very beginning of the process to the end I was impressed with James Johnson and his Team for their high level of customer service and the quality of their work! James set the proper expectations and answered all of my questions. I could not be happier with the body work done on my vehicle. It looks good as new! I would highly recommend this company and service Team. Good as new!

I needed some work done on my vehicle and found Mullinix through a search, and I am happy I did. I worked with James who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The work was done timely and with perfection. I will certainly look to Mullinix for all future work needed on my vehicle. They have earned my loyal business. I highly recommend giving this place a look when you need auto work.

For one, the receptionist (although really kind) mistook me for someone else when I called and gave me the wrong appointment details. Then I was told that repairs would take about 2 days, instead of calling me when they realized it would be longer, I ended up calling them 7 days after taking the car in to get an update. Evidently, the car was scheduled to be ready at the end of the day but they were closing at 4. I didn't get off until 5, but they did graciously offer to wait for me to arrive. The next day when I went to start my car, it wouldn't start. When I called Mullinix to ask what happened they claimed that I had a bad battery, yet the battery didn't have any issues prior to taking it in. My problem was the communication; if Mullinix had told me that there were issues with the battery when I picked it up, I could've immediately taken it in for service, instead of having to go through the process of finding it not starting the next day and getting it into a mechanic.

I went to Mullinix for body work and from start to finish it was an outstanding experience. They were on time, professional, and did a great job. Before I took my car in, we had some severe rain and some mud ended up in my car and although that had nothing to do with the repair, they even cleaned that for me. Outstanding job and I highly recommend.

Great place to have car repairs done. The owner personally oversees all vehicles brought in. As well as anytime any insurance company has low quality parts on your repair he goes out of his was to get higher quality parts even though it cuts into his own profits. I worked here for about 6 months before I had to resign due to my own personal medical issues. Most honest body shop I've ever worked at. Anyone who says the owner is shady doesn't know the owner. Extremely honest place to have worked for and would work here again and bring my cars here!

My insurance company recommended taking my vehicle here to have some work done from a recent fender bender. The office personnel was so accommodating and friendly. The owner definitely knew what he was doing and spent the extra time to make sure I understood what was being fixed. Would definitely recommend!!!!

After posting a review and receiving a response from the new manager. They offered to repair the wheel well (which had come undone) under their lifetime warranty policy. I'm happy they came though and the car looks perfect. The original issue was due to a poorly designed aftermarket part. After ordering the OEM toyota fender well , it fits and looks perfect.

I totally appreciate the people who run this business. They made me feel welcomed from the first phone call we had . I dropped my car off on a monday and it was finished by Thursday. When i saw my vehicle i fell in love with her all over again ! Mullinix"s Auto Body Frame did a outstanding job . When you love what you do it just comes easy ....the staff is great and i would recommend this establishment to anyone who admires quality work .

I had my car hit and the insurance company recommended that my repair be done here. I'm so glad that this was recommended because my experience was great from start to finish. I didn't have to worry about payment through insurance for a minute, I was able to schedule the estimate and repair dates whenever I was available, and the customer service was extremely friendly. I had to leave town a bit earlier than my anticipated completion date and I was able to talk directly with someone about this right away. They were able to move the repair completion time up and I got my car even earlier than expected. Half of my back bumper was smashed in and I was a little worried about what the repair might entail without a total replacement. When I picked my car up, it looked absolutely brand new without even a trace of damage. I couldn't recommend this highly enough and I will absolutely be back if I ever need another repair.
