Ordered parts a week ago, 2nd day air, have called and emailed several times with no response, no tracking information, or anything. If you’re ordering online, good luck getting your parts after paying for shipping.

These guys went above and beyond helping me find a throttle cable for my small dosko stump grinder. Can’t thank them enough.

Worst company ever. Ordered parts and were to be here in 3-5 days and it is almost 2 weeks and no parts. Have emailed and called and there answer is it is ready to ship and gave me a tracking number that has never shipped. Terrible customer service. Wish there was zero stars.

These guys rock. My trusty zero turn had a problem after six years of trouble free mowing. They picked her up, fixed her and brought her back to me for a fair price and in less than a week during the busiest time of year. Everyone I spoke to or dealt with was kind, pleasant and effective. They've got a dedicated new customer who will sing their praises to friends and family. Ben and Charlie, thanks for getting me back in action!!

Very disappointed, I ordered this based on your 2-5 day shipping promise. I have jobs scheduled and had to reschedule outside of the 5 days. Now those scheduled job are being canceled because I don't have the part to repair my spreader. You have cost me a lot of income. After reading your reviews, it is apparent that you count on drop shipping and don't have these parts on hand as you lead a customer to believe by suggesting 2-5 day shipping. Great experience when buying my zero turn. Easy to work with and a quick process. First service was just completed and they did a great job. Washed and delivered it back. I would highly recommend them.

Today, I took 2 chair saws to Foards. They took me right away, and got both saws stared and one with a new blade. Thank you my friend. Was there for about 20 min max. Good job.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is either completely incompetent or straight-up dishonest—maybe both. I sent my Exmark zero-turn mower in for routine maintenance. It started and ran perfectly when Bill Foard himself picked it up and drove it onto his truck while I was present. 2 weeks later, I get a call claiming I need a new starter and battery due to a “clog in the starter line” (which isn’t even a real thing), and they also conveniently “heard a knock” in the engine. (You know the engine they couldn't start in their service shop even though it was driven onto and off of their truck). I asked how the mower went from running fine to suddenly needing major repairs. The excuse? “It’s got a lot of hours, these things happen.” Really? It has 400 hours and has been garage-kept its entire life. I showed up in person. Bill Foard tried starting it while standing beside it—obviously it wouldn’t turn over, because the safety seat switch wasn’t engaged. I sat down, turned the key, and it fired right up without a hiccup. No knock, no delay, nothing wrong. Cold 35 degree morning, too. He then tried to backpedal, claiming they wouldn’t have charged me once they realized it didn’t need the work—which is hilarious, considering he was pushing hard over the phone that I had to replace both parts before they’d do anything. After being lied to directly to my face, I realized I could not in good conscience let these clowns do a single thing to my mower and had to get it out of there. Thankfully, I was able to impose on a small engine mechanic friend who checked it out that evening. He laughed at the nonsense they tried to sell me - performed the routine maintenance and confirmed the mower was perfectly fine. As a small business owner myself, I take pride in being present, offering honest advice, and doing right by my customers. Unfortunately, the owners/staff of Foards Parts Plus clearly don’t share that philosophy. These guys were trying to scam me. Don’t trust them with your equipment. Go somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing and doesn’t take advantage of trusting customers who might not know the questions to ask when given a diagnosis like the one I got. In my experience, Foards Parts Plus is not a reputable business. Hopefully this saves the next person from wasting their time and hard earned money.

I’d looked for parts for my Yamaha pressure washers for over a year. These guys came through shining!

Great local shop. Always friendly service and sales. Purchased a Hustler zero turn from them, along with had service performed on an Atv and generator. Great shop & people.

The people at this store have been extremely helpful each time I have visited. They really seem to go above and beyond what I would normally expect. I'll be making it a point to visit more often.

Stopped in to use a local dealer and the owner Bill listened to my needs and questions, knowing an unbelievable amount about the products, their reliability issues and the companies. “Just a facts kind of guy” informing me so I could could decide. At some point he had earned so much credibility I asked Bill to reommend what I should buy and I bought it. It was an unusual Zero turn with a smart steering wheel. WOW! Blows away my existing mower and all the others mowers I tried. I would not have even known this engineering masterpiece even existed had I not stopped at Foard’s to give the local dealer a chance. I will never purchase another lawn product without at least considering his products.

I drive an extra 20 min each way past clarks to come here for the customer service alone. Nice family vibe store because it is mom dad an kids run the place an it shows. Since buying a large property I find myself upgrading all my equipment to sthil saws, blowers, walkers all which I've got from them. Good people an selection.

Awesome company! I order a lot of parts for my Iron and Oak log splitters through them. Website is very user friendly and easy to navigate for parts purchases. Always have the parts in stock and for a great price. Foard’s has got me out of a lot of jams when I needed something. Shipping prices are reasonable and very fast to my location in New York. Highly recommend!

Decided to get a Cub Cadet Electric tractor purchased from Foards couldn’t be happier. Was good customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, even delivered it same day of purchase. Definitely recommend this shop! Very happy with my tractor work’s amazingly well!

I opted to order a JRCO fertilizer spreader from Foard's to save several hundred dollars over a more local source. My situation has been a nightmare!! Two parts that I ordered for the setup didn't come with the original shipment. I will acknowledge they likely used a drop ship from the manufacturer, but I've emailed Foard's multiple times and called even more times. It's been nearly 3 weeks now from original order and I still don't have what I needed. Getting a response via email is impossible and Rob in shipping is polite but the problem is still unresolved. If you're looking to buy something from them online go with someone else!

I brought in a Troy-bill mower to them as they are an authorized repair center. After much back and forth with Troy-bilt, I was able to get my repair covered in full. I let Bill know, and instead of Foards welding the mower, they let it sit for months. Several times I reached out to find out the status of my repair, and I was either told, "well, call you back" or "we are waiting for parts." I recently finally got an answer - they got my mower confused with another TB warranty repair, and that's why it sat so long. So long in fact that TB will no longer cover my repair, so I'm out a $900 mower because Foard's can't be bothered to respond and/or keep track of their long list of warranty repair items. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

I bought a 20 ton Brave wood splitter they delivered the splitter I assembled it and ran it but it wasn't splitting the bigger logs I contact Robert at Foards he asked me to send him a couple of videos I sent the videos to him & he contacted me and said he would send me a new hydraulic pump. I received the pump with in 3 day I installed the pump and my splitter cuts like butter now I am very pleased with there product and had and excellent experience with there customer service I would recommend this company to all my friends and of course there product. Thank You Ken Lane

Great Stihl dealer! Been here a few times recently and nothing but great interactions. The entire staff is knowledgeable and takes the time to show their customers all the features and highlights of the products they carry.

Wonderful local business. We needed a new mower to keep up with the average we mow. They matched us with a commercial mower to keep up with the property while not over-selling more than what we needed. We will definitely continue to purchase parts and equipment from Foard’s.

I have used Foard's for auto parts for over a decade and never had a problem or given the wrong parts. They are a bit out of the way for me, but i do not mind when I get proper customer service. This place may not look like much unlike a huge shiny new Autozone or Pep Boys etc...but their service is a few levels above the large chain stores who could care less about you. I always try to support local businesses over large retail when I can and this business is a good example. If you purchase something here, you will be happy with no regrets.
