I called James and he was right on it. He got the ball rolling. I got 2026 Durango gt with hemi power. When I got there, he things under control. I was out the door in less than an hour. Shoot out to the finance manager Vinny. He treated me as family. Every one was easy to work with and I’m a repeat customer for life.

I have a Dodge Ram 4500 that I was having problems with and I've tried several dealers here in Baltimore and nobody could fix it I called Keene Dodge and spoke to a service rep named Sheila and she told me to bring it in and they got started on it right away. I would highly recommend this Dodge dealer if anyone has any problems with their vehicles. The service is Fast and the service reps especially Sheila is very professional and courteous. Highly recommend this place.

Just recently bought a wrx from these guys. Gary was awesome to work with and we negotiated to a price that I could do. The finance guy Vinny was the best financial person I’ve ever dealt with at a car dealership by far. Got me a warranty for cheap and helped lower my interest rate. Very helpful these guys were.

Reached out to the dealership to come and view a car i was very interested in. Set up a day to vist drove 38 minutes to the dealership only to be told someone the day before my appointment put a deposit down on the same vehicle. I was never offerd the option to put a cash hold on the vehicle and No one reached out to tell me the vehicle was sold so i didn't waste my time driving all the way there for no reason. (according to the salesman) the vehicle listed at 13k was sold for 20k. Everything he said left it hard to believe. I wont ever recommend this dealership to anyone and will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Drove over 90 minutes to this dealer, had the car I was looking for at the best price especially with such limited inventory across the country. Had everything done over texts, phone. Walked in and signed all my paperwork and was out. If and when I’m in need again I will definitely look into this dealer over my local ones just cause I spent little time in the building and everyone was friendly. The team at Keene Dodge is the best! We got a Jeep Grande Cherokee L, brand new and before even getting a car from the lot for us, they heard us out and listened to what we wanted. We then test drove it and after that, they were not forceful to keep moving forward with the buying process- they gave us the time we needed. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable as well. Was car hunting for quite awhile and found something here that I really had my eyes on for a great deal. I started the buying process on a Thursday the 18th(I’m from Ohio) and my new car was in my driveway the 23 before Christmas! What an exceptional group of people! I sent an inquiry on this vehicle and Gary responded right away and scheduled an appointment. I was greeted with a smile, the car way as pictured and described and the process through payment with finance was a breeze. Everyone just seemed happy to be there. I purchased this car back in September as a surprise gift for my daughter Sweet 16 and she adores this car. Tagging for PA was completed properly and efficiently. I received my hard tags within about 3 weeks and no issues with inspection. I did receive one fob but Gary did try to obtain a second fob for me at a reduced cost —- with no luck I had to go back to Kia. I appreciate the respect I received and customer service.

UPDATE TO ADD: Upon further research, be VERY careful about reviews… it seems they bribe customers with gift cards for positive reviews. We went to Keene Dodge Ram Jeep in Jarrettsville, MD fully prepared to purchase a brand-new RAM 3500 in cash — nearly $100,000. No financing games, no tire-kicking, no wasting time. We had an appointment and were serious buyers. Our salesman, Adam, was absolutely fantastic — professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely top-notch. Frankly, my recommendation to Adam is to find a different dealership to work for, because he is excellent and the rest of the team we unfortunately encountered completely undermines his ability to sell. He deserved that sale. We were very close to agreeing on numbers when a so-called “sales manager,” Robert, came out — and that is where the entire experience went off a cliff. Robert is, without question, the worst manager or employee we have ever encountered in any business or industry. From the very first handshake, his demeanor felt condescending, dismissive, and overtly misogynistic. Although three of us were present, he made it painfully clear that he only wanted to speak to the male in our party — who was NOT the decision-maker or the one with the funds. As a customer — and as a woman — I was absolutely disgusted. Robert repeatedly rolled his eyes at me, huffed, talked over me, and at one point even “shushed” Adam and put his hand in his face while Adam was speaking. At that moment, we explicitly told Adam that we wanted to hear him, because Robert’s behavior had become so unprofessional and hostile. It became very clear that Robert only wanted things his way, and that his ego mattered more than customer satisfaction. Any attempt at discussion was met with attitude and belittlement. We left solely because of Robert. Despite this, we later called back because we were still genuinely interested in the truck — only to be told that Keene would no longer do business with us. Let me be very clear: • We were not rude • We were not yelling • We were not disrespectful We simply wanted to purchase the truck at the advertised price. And judging by many other reviews, this appears to be a pattern — advertised prices that are not honored, seemingly used only to get customers in the door, followed by belittling customers for expecting the advertised price to be real. To add insult to injury, our trade-in: • KBB low trade value: $12,800 • Keene’s offer: $8,000 When we expressed that this was offensively low, they acted shocked and treated us as though we were unreasonable. This dealership is an absolute mess. Between the reviews, the condition of the building, and even the appearance and behavior of management, it is painfully obvious that customer satisfaction, professionalism, and transparency are not priorities here. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I genuinely do not understand how they are still in business. Again — Adam, I’m sorry. You were fantastic, and we truly wish we could have completed the deal with you. As for Robert — he should not be managing people, customers, or sales. Avoid this dealership.

I will always recommend Keene me and my family have bought 6 vehicles from them and they have always made it a very simple straight forward transaction always putting our needs and wants first. Big Shout out to Kaylee Mike and Vinny for everything they did to make our most recent purchase of 2 cars as easy as possible we pass multiple Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealerships to get there and they are 100% worth the drive. The service department has also always been amazing and with quick honest service!

Paid $33k for a truck. Got one key, half a tank, and excuses about “policy.” The sales manager admitted “fueled up” was misleading, then offered to cover only half of a $300 spare key fob. Closed the conversation with “have a great night.” That’s their idea of customer service. Update: My reply (see pic below) I appreciate the reply, but my review wasn’t about your fuel policy — it was about being told the truck would be ‘fueled up’ before delivery, and only after signing being told that ‘fueled up’ actually meant half a tank. Your sales manager acknowledged the wording was misleading. Same with the key. I understand not every trade-in comes with two keys, but the issue was that nothing was disclosed until after the transaction was complete, and the only solution offered was for me to pay half of a $300 key fob. That’s not transparency. My experience wasn’t about policy — it was about miscommunication and after-the-fact changes. Your reply doesn’t address that.

Id put zero stars if i could... my dad and I were working to buy 2 cars at one time. I test drove both cars and had financing applications in or fully approved on Tuesday, with an intent to pickup on Saturday. As we were waiting on financing for the second The used sales manager, Derek Brown, sold one of the cars out from under us, while our salesman was off. We wont be back... I'd avoid this place if you can... To reply to the answer from the dealership: I was never contacted to request or have the opportunity to put a deposit down, nor informed of the 24 hr policy,Derek never called me. To be clear, he personally, worked my financing(he told me he did it), then 4 hrs later sold the car I was interested in... I called him 5 mins before the appointment for another buyer, got no answer then had to call him back, he never returned my call..., 2 1/2 hrs later to find out the car sold...

Towed my truck in for an electrical issue that could not be duplicated. Shelia (Service Rep) advised to me that she would take great care of it. She did not disappoint. Shelia communicated with me during the entire process and called me with updates. Her professionalism and communication was 10/10. The turnaround getting my vehicle back was quick as well. I highly recommend going to Sheila for any questions or concerns with your vehicle.

Purchased a new vehicle from Keene Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram 8/2025. I shopped around quite a bit. In fact, I had a deal with another dealer that fell through because they surprised me after the deal was struck with lots of extra fees that were "non-negotiable"... Until I walked. Then a day or two later, they were negotiable again, but Keene already had my business by then. They were polite, not pushy, willing to explain things in-detail. Our salesman, Tym (or Tim) was excellent. He didn't feel the need to pretend to know everything, but he was willing to make the effort to find out - from helping set up our Bluetooth devices to switching how the display in the vehicle was configured to answering any questions. ...True attention to detail. Vinny, our Finance guy was excellent! Worked with us... None of the "switcheroo" stuff I described above. The Sales Manager, Frank, was fantastic. The quality of his people seems to be a reflection of his integrity and patience. He even found my wife's glasses in our trade-in vehicle, himself, before we left. Truly, I WANTED to give these guys my business, instead of feeling that I was experiencing a root canal. I can't recommend them enough, and even though there are many dealerships closer to me, I will be returning in the future.

Updated Review I purchased a $33,000 preowned truck here, and the delivery experience was sloppy: Only one key fob was provided (a second should have been standard). I was told the truck would be “fueled up,” but it wasn’t full. No one was prepared for my scheduled pickup, despite me confirming with the team. After posting this review, the sales manager emailed me. His “resolution” was to admit “fueled up” was misleading (their actual policy is only half a tank on preowned vehicles), and to offer to cover only half the cost of a spare key fob (about $300). When I declined, the conversation ended with “have a great night.” So on a $33,000 truck purchase, the dealership chose to nickel-and-dime over a tank of gas and a key. That tells you everything you need to know about how they value customers. I gave the dealership multiple chances to resolve this. These are their own words, not mine. Very shady operation. Used cars are marked up way over the actual value of the vehicle. They quote/charge processing fees over the Maryland state max. Will definitely be reporting this business to the Maryland Attorney General. You would think a small town dealership would take more pride in it's customer service and the products they deliver to compete with larger dealerships, but no not Keene. The owner should definitely a closer look at their management team! Avoid this dealership!

Started online with a search of used trucks, James contacted me and never gave up(not pushy) as I was busy. Finally got in to test drive, James was busy so he passed us off to Robert and the 2 trucks I was interested in were sold. No worries they have a huge selection. Found 1 we liked and the rest of the process was great. Robert is hilarious and stayed engaged with us throughout the day and passed us of to their finance guy "Skinny Vinny" (my people) who was also fantastic. Great place, great atmosphere. Would highly recommend to everyone.

I love it here. We bought our truck in 2022 I believe from Kaylee, whom was awesome and not pushy at all. From start to finish the process was great. We continue to bring our truck for service to them and we live over 35 mins away. If I bring my kids with me, they are so kind to them and helping. Everyone who works here is always so nice and friendly. Jim who works in service is our absolute favorite, he’s funny, kind, and great to talk with! They have a great team here and we don’t plan to go anywhere else!

Dealt over the phone for 98% since I was over 3 hours away. When we arrived it was raining, Derek Brown the Sales manager met my wife exiting our truck with an umbrella and mentioned her by name. Brought us inside to our salesperson Kaylee who was actually bringing our new truck all cleaned and detailed into the shop for us to view and take our test ride. We accepted the terms sat with Vinny the financial guy in an hour we were driving home. Ultimately the best vehicle buying experience in our life.. I highly recommend these people and dealership.. Thanks again. Love our new truck!
