When a mail truck decided to hit my SUV, yes a mail truck, I took it to Don’s. I was blown away with the service, communication, quality and speed they put it back together. While I give USPS a zero star review, the team at Don’s earn a six star rating. Unfortunately google only allows five. I’m telling anyone that will listen to me to take their vehicle for repairs or maintenance there. Can’t recommend enough!

They did a great job on my son's body work and A/C.

On our way to the beach our check engine light came on. We pulled into Don's without an appointment but they took care of us right away. After finding that the light was a computer issue, the technician reset the system which fixed the problem. He didn't even write up a ticket. I've also had other work done at Don's and always found them great.

Great owner, great staff, truthful, reasonable. What more can you ask from auto mechanics? Just moved to their area and am super-excited to have found them so close to home. Highly recommend this garage for your auto mechanic needs.

I was in an accidental and took my car there. They were fast , efficient and friendly. my car looked excellent after they were done with it.

The owners Mike and Scott are very professional and very reasonable with there prices, they get the job done and won't oversell you on things you don't need.

We took our camper there to get worked on. The man said he could do the job but had to wait on parts. It's been a month since we heard from them. I've called to see what was up but I never get a return call. I wouldn't recommend these folks at all. Very poor customer service.

Dons automotive has been great to my family and I. My mom and step-dad both have most their work done there. He's always been very honest to us, he never tries to add extra work on for us, and usually tries to find the most affordable route to fix what's wrong with the vehicle. Sometimes there is a wait to get your car in, but I have all my bigger mechanical work needed , that's not covered under my dealer warranty her,. It's worth the wait if your able to! Thanks everyone at Don's for keeping our cars safe and vehicles moving!

I cannot say enough good things about Don's! We've had work done here several times over the years but recently brought our old truck in for quite a few items on the to-do list. Mike was awesome and helped us get everything set up, and Ron did great work on the truck. He was so thorough and meticulous -- a true professional who knows what he's doing. It's hard to find honest and trustworthy mechanics nowadays but these guys are the real deal. We wouldn't want to take our vehicles anywhere else!

Motorcycle Inspection, notified me of what I would need to pass the inspection. I needed to get a rear brake switch, and one reflector was off of the bike. I had the reflector, they said if I picked up a brake switch they could help me with it. Very nice people, friendly service, pleasure to work with. Didn't even charge me for swapping out my brake switch.

I bought tires from Tire Rack and they had Don's on their list of recommended installers. I was happy with my visit there and the employees made me feel welcome. I will come back.

They were honest on pricing, got me in same day, and the car runs great now.

This place is a joke. No customer service skills. Was told I wasn’t able to bring 2 of my cars in for oil changes on the same day because “that’s not how they make their money.” Brought one car in and was told it’d be ready after lunch and I’d get a call when it was done. Having previously serviced my car here, I knew they wouldn’t call, so at 1:45 I called, and sure enough, my car was done! Came to pick it up and was ignored by 2 people in the office, until I finally got the lady’s attention. Cost for oil change and rotate, $97.00!!! They put full synthetic in my car, which I didn’t request, nor does my vehicle require. The guy there adjusted it to cost after I pointed it out to him, which still cost me $78 for oil change and rotate! I was in the automotive industry for 20 years. I cannot believe that a company with such horrible customer service and high prices is still in business. It’s a shame cause I wanted to support a local business, but I will take my business elsewhere after this!

Did a fantastic job on my 2000 Ford pick up. I will be back. I would recommend Don's to anyone who needs auto service.

My family has been going here for car repairs since we moved to Jarrettsville nearly 30 years ago. They do solid work, the prices are cheaper than a dealer, and they're honest in my opinion. They'll actually tell you that your break pads are fine and don't need replacing. Good luck having a dealer tell you that. When I lived in Owings Mills for a couple years and had to deal with repairs from a dealer, I missed Don's. I can't recommend them enough if you live in the area.

Had my car fixed very quickly, professional, and great body work! The car looked better then when it was purchased!

I had body work done on my car after another person nailed my back panel with their car door. It had a nice size chip of paint taken out of it. Through State Farm, I had it repaired. When I went in for the estimate, they fully explained how they would have to repaint the whole side panel of my car because it was one piece that went all the way to the front of my car, requiring even the roof rack to be taken off. It took them only 3 days and my car came back beautifully repainted, washed, waxed and detailed inside and out. It looks brand new! I highly recommend that you take your car here for any work that you need done!

My review comes from when we used Don's to fix the car that a deer hit. It was 14k dollars in repairs. Don's took the whole car apart and did a half ass job putting it back together. A year later I found 2 major parts that weren't put together right and as time is going by the head liner of my car is popping out everywhere... And I'm finding more and more issues... My husbands father's family used Don's for a long time but the quality and customer service has gone down hill. I haven't had anything good to say about them to anyone.

So, so rude! I called to see if its ok for my husband to drop off his car because his check engine light came on. The guy on the phone said "What do you want me to do, check the code or whatever?" I told him well if its possible, and fix the issue depending on what the problem is. Then while I was talking to him he hung up on me. I didn't even bother calling back.

Never had a bad experience in 25 years. Great people to do business with. A little slow is worst you'll have to worry about. Fair prices and reliable work.
