I had scheduled a tour back in June 2025 and when I arrived the office was closed even though the leasing agent had chosen my time of arrival. I decided to give them another shot and rescheduled my tour. I applied, was placed on a wait list, and later received an email saying a spot opened up for me. When I went back to the office to fill out my paperwork, the leasing agent stopped me halfway through to tell me she made an error and she would have to put me back on the wait list.
It is now December 2025 and the last time I spoke with a member of the office I believe in July or August they told me I was number 2 on the list. I call and call and nobody ever answers the phone. I want to live here but the communication is such a joke.
They NEVER answer the phone. I go to check on my application status it says failure to respond that is inaccurate. I have had the same phone number, email, & address. They never reached out in any way, shape, or form. Unbelievable.
Very nice place to be but 1 star is absolutely bc of the rental office. They messed up the ENTIRE community's rent and we ALL had backpay, due to the company's mistake. That is insane. Not okay. We all deserve at least a free month. We shouldnt have to pay back THEIR mistakes. Also we keep getting notices saying we late on rent and or getting evicted cuz we owe money from late fees we shouldn't have bc we paid EARLY. Like huh?? Anyway, I called Humphrey mgmt to complain and I have not gotten anything back and don't expect to BUT the fact is that HFG is absolutely wrong in what they're doing. They must not train people properly or smth.
Lots of Section 8 housing here. Not a great place to live if you don't have a car. And a Sheets is going up right across the street only adding to the traffic congestion in this area.
This development was beautiful the first two years I lived here however times has changed. They keep hiring incompetent individuals in their leasing office and they are losing everyone’s confidential documents. It has been over a year and a half since I signed my lease and they keep calling me in the office to turn in documents that I have already given them. This is very redundant and very unacceptable. Something needs to be done because everyone is sick of it. I am highly frustrated with this development.
we applied here weeks ago. we have come to their leasing office over 10 times now and nobody is ever there, they never answer their phone or give us any calls back. this place seems really sketchy like they’re getting some sort of funding for having empty apartments
Submitted an application, waited for a whole week, they don’t answer calls.
Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Will be pulling out my application.

My experience at Homes at Fountain Green was unfortunate. They switched around management teams very often, had very intrusive/invasive inspections that happened way too often, roach infestation, there was a shooting in the same building as my apartment that left me with high anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder. When I raised issues about safety concerns, Humphrey Management did not follow-up. They promised to try placing me in another unit or an entirely different apartment community. They did not take any concerns seriously and put our family in harms way. Also, to note the apartment complex was aware of a domestic violence issue going on where the shooting occurred. The previous leasing managers car was hit weeks prior to the shooting by the individual who was abusive to the tenant in my apartment and eventually was murdered in the apartment right near mine. So Fountain Green knew of the issues and did nothing to prevent, protect, or serve the community. I would stay far away from this place, as when issues occur they’ll add them to the back burner.
The office staff is informative and professional. My name was pulled as a potential qualified applicant . I completed paperwork same week. All methods of communication the office is responsive within 24hrs .
Im on social security disability and on a tight budget. I've been calling and emailing nonstop. Seeing if you guys work with people on disability. Trying to fight homelessness with my son and I. Finally got disability but no where to live. Trying to get ahold of you
I was able to get someone on the phone this morning and sadly all apartments have a year waiting list. I will try back next year, I guess.
these apartments are beautiful though.
The apartment I saw was beautiful. Pretty long application/approval process... but I guess that's because of the type of community it is and ev we you trying to get in at the same time. Just wish there was a faster/better way ?

Great staff. It had gotten extremely busy due moving people in at such a quick rate. Tracy & Sheanae were very pleasant, straightforward & professional. If you have trouble reaching by phone go to the website and send them an email.
As busy as it was trying to call at different times, I got through. The process went pretty quickly and only took me about two weeks to get in. But my application was put in around November of 2020. By chance I applied to a partner location and needed something better priced. The community managers are so busy with tours and renovations I was surprised they were able to make time to handle inquiries from residents. Opening was supposed to be January but due to weather it was delayed. Just stick with it. All newly built properties are busy. If you're calling 4 times a day, imagine the next person. Trust me, they're pushing. It's worth your efforts if you make it. If apps are closed here, Bensons corner (not too far) has similar prices and they aren't finished building yet either.
I have called numerous of times in the last 2 weeks even left voicemails no one answers the phone or returns phone calls this is insane when running a business you can’t even answer the phone well this tells me a lot about there communication......... awful
I've tried calling on this over and over again, I even emailed them over and over again and I never got a response back, I couldn't even get anyone to pick up the phone. good luck trying to get in touch with them. if theyre this bad getting in touch with I cant even imagine how bad it is to have them fix something
