I recently purchased a BMW X5 from this dealership, and what should have been a straightforward issue turned into an extremely disappointing experience. At the time of purchase, the vehicle had WeatherTech all-weather floor mats. Shortly after purchase when the car went for cleaning, those mats were stolen. The salesperson, Holly, acknowledged they were WeatherTech and assured me the dealership would order a replacement set. I drove for two weeks without any floor mats, which resulted in me having to pay to have my vehicle shampooed. When I was finally told the replacements had arrived, I was given used floor mats pulled from another BMW, and they were not WeatherTech. That is not an equivalent replacement. I purchased a vehicle that included WeatherTech mats, and I was promised they would be replaced. Providing used, mats from another car is unacceptable. The most concerning part of this experience is not the cost of the mats it’s the lack of accountability of their thriving employees and unwillingness to stand behind what was promised. If you choose to do business here, get everything in writing. If they act like this on something as simple as floor mats, I really question how they will respond to bigger issues.

The worst dealership I have ever been to. Time and time again they fail and fail again. I just bought a used 2017 chevy equinox with 45,000 miles. 6 months later the transmission fails. Prior to that I bought a new 2016 Kia Forte. The thing burns oil and Jones pushes me off denying it until the warranty is up. The minimum wage technicians can't even compete a tire rotation. Please do not buy a car from this dealership. They will lie through their teeth just to get you to sign your name. Certainly don't take your car to get serviced here or you will get it back in worse shape then when you dropped it off. I can't stress this enough DON'T GO TO JONES JUNCTION!

Phil Jaehnig was the most patient & kindest salesman I have ever worked with. I went to him looking for a 3 row suv and told him what I could afford. He went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted for the price I needed. Todd at Kia & Layton (I believe is his name) were also incredibly helpful and helped make the process as easy as possible. I will always buy my car from Phil at Jones!

Between my husband and I we have both purchased a total of 2 cars and 2 SUVs over the years, and recently purchased a brand new truck in October. I came in this past week to trade in a truck we have had paid off for about a year and purchase a new vehicle. We were told we could only get $7,500 for the trade. They never even went out to look at the truck. The price was substantially lower than the kelly blue book value because of the modifications they said. We went straight to Ourisman Toyota and they went outside and took a bunch of pictures and inquired about the modifications and came to the agreement it was an easy fix. We were offered $11,300 AFTER deducting the costs of the modifications. We bought another brand new truck from them that day. After years of loyalty, we will never purchase another car from Jones. The man couldn't even get up out of his chair and walk outside to look at the truck. We are nothing but a number to Jones.

Bought a used Tacoma Luke was my sales rep. He was excellent and very knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with the manager. Dave was also a pleasure to work with. They made sure all issues on the vehicle was fixed. They didn’t give me any problems at all. I will definitely be back. Very nice people

I had to tow my car in for repair as it completely broke down, wouldnt start, turn over, nothing. Thank God I was smart enough when I purchased the vehicle to get the Jones for a lifetime. I kept up on all my oil changes and maintenance and it paid off. I needed a motor replacement. It took a lot longer then expected, but Zach the service manager was very helpful and delivered phenomenal customer service. He didn't want to half ass the repair work and he made sure everything was 100% ready to go. He talked to me like a person, not some service rep trying to get me in and out without care. He went the extra mile to make things right and in the end I was very satisfied. Its experiences like this, why I will continue to buy my vehicles from Jones. This only a review, but Thank you to everyone involved in repairing my car.

Since my wife and I met in 2005, we have purchased 7 vehicles from Jones Junction. They have always been friendly and knowledgeable about their product. They have a lifetime oil change program. Our last purchase was a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a 2015 Dodge Charger, both still going stronger with over 130,000 miles. We moved to GA in 2021, and really missed our free maintenance, but luckily found aver decent and reliable auto shop here in GA. We were visiting family over Christmas and went to Jones Junction to look at a Nissian Armada. We liked the 2025 model on the lot but my wife didn't like the interior color. So Brady, our salesman, and the floor manager whose name escapes me, looked and found the exact model with the interior my wife liked in NJ at a dealership. They called and made arrangements to go pick it up and we obtained a loan and purchased it. Unfortunately we had to leave to come home to GA. Brady said he would go up and drive it to Jones Junction the next day and we will go pick it up in about a week. Same great salesman, same great deals and same service as our other 7 deals.

I would never trust any one else but JONES , period _ I do miss the pop corn and homemade oatmeal raisin cookies and snacks , while waiting which was 2 hours or less , professional service by Mason Manzo , my husband cleaned out my old car and forgot may sunglass ( 5 pair) and diamond ring , jus like Jones , Carl ( sales manager ) , help my husband retrieved them , so honest , Love my new car and I recommend Jones , 10 toes down !!!!! ( I'm trying to recommending many persons for gift card and for Jones for life experience ) !!!!!!!!!!!

Today I stop Jones Junction for my first oil service on my Kicks , it’s my first time at Jones Junction service center. Natasha and staff was professional to and kept in contact with on my vehicle. Outstanding job guys , thanks.

Jones Dodge Belair was a pleasant and favorable experience. I could tell with his desk close to the entrance door that he was an asset the company trusted. Ian Sierra was informative and listened carefully. I compare buying cars as painful as a tooth pulled. He worked with me until I was satisfied with the price. Just drove from Hampstead, North Carolina all the way to Bel Air, Maryland so I can trade my tangerine and buy my first work truck for my new company, but I’ll Steve Zeil. That’s what be possible he was the only one that could get the deal done and give me a good reliable work truck. This is probably my 12th or 13 vehicle from Jones Junction and I always deal with Steve. I appreciate it. I wish they would open a location in North Carolina!!

I have tried twice and both times horribly dissatisfied! They say $500.00 over carmax estimate, when I arrived I was told “up to $500.00, they offered $50.00 more, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, carmax makes it easier, they told us we probably couldn’t get a check because that person leaves at 4:30 knowing we were coming at 5:00!! What a joke!! Horrible service, they definitely take advantage of people! Don’t fall for it, just don’t go there!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee limited. My salesperson Dennis Bushee, was kind, considerate and made sure that I liked the vehicle before purchasing it. He was not pushy and fought really hard for me to get the best deal. They gave me great value for my trade-in. If you go to Jones kia, be sure to ask for dennis. My daughter, and daughter-in-law both purchased their vehicles from Jones Junction also. One purchased a kia, and the one purchased the hyundai. We have all had really good experiences.

Excellent dealership. They were more than happy to help me find the right fit for me. Holly went above and beyond to make sure everything that needed to be done was complete. She even stayed late to make sure everything was done correctly! I am impressed with the professionalism and the efficiency. Everyone was so helpful! Thank you for a good experience buying a car.

Just bought my number 7 vehicle from Jerry Flores last weekend since 2019. 2025 Tacoma Pick up truck 6ft bed. He works at Jones Toyota Bel Air Maryland. I live in Elkton Maryland. I purchased a vehicle in July from Jones junction and found that it had a few problems that needed some attention now these things should have been fixed with no problem but that's not quite how it is working out(NIGHTMARE) I am going to tell some of the story because too much has happened to type it all first if you want to talk to a professional liar talk to a car salesman or car service department i started out bying my vehicle from CW who has been working at Jones over 20yrs and will make sure i am satisfied even if it takes 6 months never had a unsatisfied customer he will make it right although I have not had any help since I signed the paperwork . I have been buying cars from Jones since at least back in 2020 even taking my coworkers to purchase vehicles from them but I think our relationship has come to a end except my oil changes since I paid for them with my purchase.Like I said too much has happened so to get to the point I received a letter from the MVA that says they cannot register my vehicle until the lein holder release it and although I was told yesterday that my suv was fixed after they had it for weeks past the date for me to return it it was not fixed same problem as before and being told to bring it back again which would be 3 times.

Overall fantastic dealership. Spent all day going to 4 different local dealerships and jones was BY FAR the Best, And had the best prices, largest variety and widest selection of vehicles. Sales reps were transparent w/buying process, knowledgeable, helpful, and did everything possible to shorten wait times and be accommodating. Jones for a lifetime warranty is an awesome warranty program, I highly suggest! Will Daniels was a Huge help during the process and we really appreciated his patience and help. Also got new tags before leaving the lot which was extremely convenient and cool. Highly suggest skipping the run around and just going straight to Jones Junction if you are looking!

The best experience by far! I visited several other dealers nearby to sell my old car. Jones was fast and fair. Robert who is in charge of making the purchase of my truck was excellent. I cannot say enough good things about the people of Jones!! I saw an add online stating if you are upside down on a vehicle they could get you out and into a new car no problem. I was skeptical, but thought I’d give them a try. Well- they kept their word.while all other dealerships told me it wasn’t possible, or it would cost me $1000 a month, Jones delivered. I told them what I could spend, best and final, and they matched it! I’m pretty sure they’re now upside down on my new Jeep, but they got me taken care of. Josh was fantastic to work wi try, and Gary as well. I live about and hour away from the dealership, and I didn’t step foot in there, until my deal was met. They gave me so much for my trade sight unseen. Great great people and I will recommend them to everyone!

On December 20th of 2023 I purchased a new 2023 Toyota Tacoma. My salesman was CD. He has always done a great job taking care of us. This is my 3rd vehicle I bought from Jones Junction, and I've usually always been happy with everything. However, this time was different. They had a nice deal going on whenever you bought a new or used vehicle from them you are eligible for a free gift, which they never gave me. Later, I was informed that you had a choice of the free gift or a discount on your purchase. I was never given this option. They told me they just automatically applied the discount, which I never saw on the paperwork. I have tried to work with them for almost 2 months for them to rectify this. They are refusing to honor their promotion. This is not how Jones should treat their returning loyal customers. Is a $200 promotion really worth losing a returning customer over? I wouldn't think so. I have attached a picture of the coupon that was all over their dealerships and on social media. I also had issues with their aftermarket department that sold me tint and undercoating for my truck. I wouldn't recommend using them. It's a business Jones contracts out to do it. They do not take pride in the work they put out, and my vehicle was not inspected when it got back to Jones. I had over spray and smear marks all over my new truck, and they forgot the front tint. I wasn't happy. They gave me some kind of excuse about someone being out sick, which doesn't explain why a quality check was not done. After a phone call, I had to take more time out of my schedule to take the truck back down to jones to fix problems that should've never happened in the first place if they were detailed oriented.

6/2/22 addition, I have a small problem with battery. I called and text for help, everyone that answers my call for service was very pleasant & helpful. The problem was resolved in a timely manner. I was very happy with Jay & Ryan A. I'm so happy I purchased from Jones Junction, As a new member all services has been above & Beyond.
