Both Heather and Rachel were awesome! They were very informative when it came to which tires I needed for my Lexus SUV. When I came in, they were very friendly and provided me with great service and gave me an extra coupon on my tires! The service was absolutely fantastic. This location is a Belair/Fallston headin gem. Given that it is at a major intersection, some may not think about it a destination for superior service. That is so unfortunate. Because this firestown is a 10! From great customer service to knowledgeable car techs. Excellent on all fronts!

My car was stalling after I installed a new battery. I drove to Firestone on Baltimore Pike Bel Air without an appointment to check what was going on. From the moment I walked in, everyone at the front office was welcoming and ready to help. They did a quick physical check to identify what I needed. Finally they took the car in and checked everything and offered several options and suggestions. It was not anything like trying to make a sale. They were so professional and knowledgeable and broke it down for me in an easy to understand language. Thank you Racheal and your team for coming to my aid. I would recommend this shop to anyone. F.Y.I. my car is a 2007 Mazda but they treated me like I a queen. ???

This shop is amazing!!! I've been in for two rounds of tires, several fixes, and a headlight fix and have never been disappointed. They are always eager to help and they will jump through hoops to make an appointment happen. The techs are very attentive and have OCD towards the care of the vehicles. I highly recommend this place.

I've been a customer of this Firestone for several years and have nothing but positive things to say about their service and staff. They don't pressure you to do services you don't need, and find ways to incorporate sales/coupons making sure you get the best possible price. I won't go anywhere else to get my car serviced. I highly recommend them for your automotive needs.

Moved from Florida to Maryland, called the store anbout getting ann oil change, and they already had my account pulled up. They were able to get me in that day. The service was timely and the staff was very courteous. I loved my Lake Worth Firestone. This Bel Air store is my new favorite!

The staff at Firestone was absolutely the best. We broke down on a Sunday in Maryland while traveling to South Carolina, with several hours still left in our drive. It was an extremely stressful situation — especially since we had our two little puppies, two Bichons, with us. From the moment we arrived, they put us at ease. They told us we could bring the puppies inside, even gave them a french fry, and the pups didn’t want to leave their side. Their kindness alone meant so much. They eased our minds, got the part quickly, and fixed the car so we could safely continue our trip. I truly can’t say enough about how calm and cared for they made us feel that day.

Sunday morning with a nail in my tire. This location got me in right away. Tire was not repairable and remaining tires in poor condition. Manager made me a fantastic deal and honored my existing tire warranty. Walked out in 90 minutes with 4 sweet new tires, an alignment, tire warranties all for a phenomenal price. Could not be happier! Used this location many times, glad I came back.

Horrible - avoid this shop. No serice in 5 days. No communication. No excuses. Nothing. Worst car care place ever. Had to have vehicle towed to a reputable shop. Avoid Firestone on Bel Air Road at all costs

I have been coming to this Firestone for over 10 years, and today’s visit is exactly why I keep coming back. Kat at the front desk was fantastic—she was clear in explaining the services, kept me updated throughout the wait, and was incredibly professional. ​My mechanic, Jordan, did a very thorough job. He identified some additional maintenance items that needed attention, which I really appreciated. This team continues to meet the high standard of excellence I’ve come to expect over the last decade. Highly recommend the Bel Air team!

1:00 PM appointment for new tires. Vehicle did not go into the shop for service until a minimum of 2 hours. Still sitting here waiting for my car at 5:30 PM. No one at this location able to specify when car would be done for a simple service.

This is the best Firestone in Harford County. They are generally so helpful and polite and fast. Every time I go there, I feel like I am truly being taken care of and not taken advantage of. They help make sure I get all the discounts and get what I need and nothing more. It is always a very pleasant experience when dealing with Heather and Rick.

I'd been dealing with a car situation for like 3 days, and after numerous phone calls and visits to various places, Firestone was the ONE place I felt like actually cared. Not to mention, they actually solved the problem. (And their prices are very reasonable!) I believe I spoke with Rachel, Heather, and Henry! Their customer service was on point, and they were very transparent and honest about what was going on with my vehicle - which I SUPER appreciated (especially after the first 2 days of unnecessary back & forth with other businesses). I'll definitely be back! Just, hopefully not too soon lol

​I've been a customer of this Firestone location for about three years, and I have consistently had a great experience. The customer service is excellent and the pricing is better than most competitors. ​I have worked with Cat, one of the managers, on multiple occasions, and she is always extremely professional and helpful. The technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and hardworking. Recently, I came in without an appointment, and they found time to quickly fit me in. This team has saved me from calling roadside assistance multiple times. ​Great place! Highly recommend.

Love this location! Everyone was super kind, honest and professional. I showed up an hour before they closed with a tire issues and they still took care of me with smiles on their faces. Rachel & Heather at the front desk were incredibly friendly & accommodating. They helped me understand what was going on with my car and had the mechanics fix my issue very quickly! I will definitely recommend this location across the street from the Silver Spring restaurant & Dicks Sporting Goods on Baltimore Pike. Owners need to know when employees are exceptional and I hope the owner reads this bc I never write reviews but, the customer service with Rachel & Heather was truly incredible!

The staff at Firestone were fantastic! I had to get my tires aligned and they found a bolt that got stuck. They took care of it after waiting a few weeks to let the spray loosen it up. It was a fast and efficient service! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend!

I found myself stranded in Bel Air in need of a sway bar replacement. Another shop in town had falsely told me I needed a much larger repair that would require leaving the car over the weekend, which would have only added significantly to the cost as I am from out of town. Looking for a second opinion, I spotted this place, pulled in, and they could not have been more decent and honest, telling me I only needed that sway bar and charging me only a small fraction of what the other place quoted - and had me out of there within about 45 mins. I highly recommend these guys - if only all repair shops were this honest!

The manager was really helpful. She took time to explain everything and was very patient with me while answering all of my questions. Her service recommendations were excellent and honest. I am so pleased with my overall experience that I will return again. Make sure you ask for Henry. He is hands down the best.

​I am writing this review to detail a concerning and unacceptable experience at the Bel Air, MD Firestone Complete Auto Care location. I was there for a routine tire replacement under warranty due to premature dry rot and tread wear. ​My visit turned into a conflict over deceptive and unauthorized charges. The service team added a $98.40 "Road Hazard Protection" fee to my bill without my consent or even a single word of discussion about it. This is a clear example of a deceptive business practice designed to inflate the final cost without customer knowledge. To make matters worse, I later discovered they sold me tires with a DOT date code that was almost 1 year old, significantly reducing the usable lifespan of the tires I just paid for. ​When I attempted to resolve this with the store manager, Heather, her response was alarming and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my legitimate concern, she became immediately combative, falsely accusing me of being irate with her staff, when her staff was the actual irate one just for bringing up my concerns. She refused to provide any form of resolution, stating she would not deal with my concerns directly. She abruptly hung up the phone and told me to take my complaint to corporate. ​This behavior from a store manager is a serious concern. It shows a complete lack of accountability and customer service skills, and it's clear her attitude sets a poor example for her staff. I have already filed a formal complaint with Firestone corporate, File #29244493, and have been directed to Regional Manager Brandy to take my complaint. ​I want this message to be clear to corporate officials who monitor these reviews. This is not a complaint about a small issue; this is about dishonest practices, selling old inventory, and a manager who is unfit for her position. My invoice number is 230760. I expect a prompt and serious response to this matter.

Dear Firestone Team, I want to extend my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received during my recent visit. I had called regarding low tire pressure, likely due to road repairs in my neighborhood, and was quickly assisted by your service advisor, Katrina. She was exceptionally helpful and responsive, ensuring I was taken care of right away. Your technician, Breon, initially found no immediate need for repair and explained there would be no charge. However, upon further inspection as he was reinstalling the tire, he discovered a small pinhole in the outer wall that could not be safely repaired. While I did need to purchase a new tire with road hazard coverage, I left with confidence knowing my safety was prioritized. I am grateful for the professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer care shown throughout my visit. In the last 8 years, my husband and I have happily now brought 3 cars to this Firestone location. They’ve serviced our Corolla, Rogue and Wagoneer with honesty, integrity and ease. They’re always super honest about what is needed, what can wait if you’re on a budget and what is coming up. The current shop manager/owner Heather, is phenomenal. Her husband Mike(?) ran it before her and he was grand as well. The techs are personal, polite and they take care of you. I’ve been to other Firestone locations and go out of my way to make sure I get in here! You won’t be disappointed! THEY’RE GREAT!!!
