Great place to shop, great items and the prices are very fair. Recommend to everyone!

Stinkiest thrift store I’ve ever been in. I literally thrift all the time. We flip houses for a living, like super stinky houses. So I’m use to weird smells. It smelt like a nasty old house. This place stinks sooo freaking bad. It’s not worth it.

Please note that the store operation hours and the donation acceptance are NOT the same. There are currently no donations accepted at this location on Tuesdays or Wednesdays for example but the store is open for business.

I’m visiting Cambridge and I went into the Goodwill here. They had a nice selection. There were a few things that concerned me. Why did they have earrings marked at $4.99 but charging $5.99. The sales clerks were not pleasant at all. They were very unapproachable. My friend had to pee really bad. She has a bladder condition and they would not let her use the bathroom. She was literally bouncing and shaking trying to not pee on herself. My purchase was $30.05 and they asked me if I wanted to round up to help the cause. Adding .95 is more than rounding up. Also, I felt like if their attitude was better, we both would have gladly added money or rounded up. It’s always nice to treat each other with kindness. The Goodwill receives donations . . . How can you charge more than the ticketed price ? ? ?

Once again cashier's should just be fired. Don't know how to interact with people, rude and not personable. I hope you guys don't pay you employees much! I rather interact with a self check out then deal with attitudes.

Store is decent but once I bought something with cash and wasn't given a receipt. Then they wouldn't let me exchange it (not even a cash return! Just an exchange) because I didn't have a receipt. I explained I wasn't given one, "they should have given you one" okay but they didn't. We went around like this for a minute until I ultimately gave up and left But to not have dressing rooms open and then have this policy is ridiculous. The cashier who sold it to me was right there and could have confirmed I purchased it from them

I went into this location to look around for pants and antique items. Upon first entering the store my toddler was walking directly in front of me. More than arms reach of me. As I walked down the aisle, an older lady that was working walked past us and said “lord have mercy”. I ignored it. While shopping, my toddler began getting ansty and began running around a few isles and I followed her. She was laughing as she is use to us playing hide and seek etc. As I am walking around following her, this same older lady gets on the intercom and says “kids need to be kept with their parents, this is not a kids store.” I then over hear this same lady at the register talking to a customer about how she can’t stand when a parent isn’t with their kid or lets their kid walk around. As if I was not within arms length or closer to her the entire time. I have being my toddler in several stores, let alone several goodwill stores, this one included and have NEVER experienced something so rude and discriminatory! When I approached the older lady asking her what her problem was she stated if she had a problem she would say it to me, and that she makes that announcement any time a child is acting wild. (Untrue, and again she’s a toddler). I have followed up with the corporation in Baltimore over this and may file a discrimination suit against the store.

I think the prices are quite high here. I see the same items from the dollar tree listed for more here. Hard time to find something worth it.

Great place to go spend a while shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful. Who knows what you're going to find, but you're likely to find something.

Don’t shop at this Goodwill! We were told we were allowed to return all of our purchases and then when we returned a pair of shoes that did not fit my niece we were told that we could not return them. These people lie! Not to mention, Google Goodwill‘s practices of paying handicap people less than a dollar an hour as their wage! Some Goodwill!

This store was very clean and well organized. They have a nice selection on movies that I always check out when passing through. The cashier was very nice and is a credit to your organization.

Great selection of higher end name brand items Coach. MK, Calvin Klein, Kate Spade all at great prices..however low end Walmart clothing is WAY o er priced. Discount and Box store houseware items are ridiculously priced...but again name brand items from Crate and Barrel and Bed Bath and Beyond, Ralph Lauren etc are priced quite reasonably. I I ky shop high end items here and shop the other thrift shops for everyday items and house wares which I always find at a bargain at those stores. Such a shame that Goodwill's pricing is so inconsistent because it's a nice store and it's well organized with a great selection. A MUST If youre looking to score $8-12 shoes from Calvin Klein,Coach ,Kate Spade it Jimmy Choo or $5-10 wallets and $20-25 purses from Coach, MK and Kate Spade !! ???????

my son and i walked in goodwill if it’s made for people who are less fortunate go to Walmart it’s cheaper.

The check out lady was lazy and absolutely mean spirited. Never been to a retail store that is too lazy to price and sell to patrons. I have worked for Goodwill. Never met more rude unhelpful people at checkout. Backroom staff were allowing public back in the back to pick/ buy maybe???? Terrible experience !!!!

The lady that checked me out was knowledgeable in helping me save money and was very nice. They had a lot of new items this time when shopping here. I was thoroughly surprised

Rude staff they hit you with cart & give you a nasty look will not be shopping here any more

Lots of merchandise....because everything is outrageous expensive. Something thats 50 cents in the Salvation Army can be $3 in here.

Its a newer store so it's still nice

The store and staff are nice, however they no longer have ANY type of sales. 90% clothing, some out of date electronics, and nick-nacks. Good place to waste an hour looking for things you don't need.

Pleasant staff but always seem like they are over worked and need more employees.

So many great things to discover and buy. The staff is so friendly too!

It's the good will very nice thrift store

The staff is always kind and helpful. This store is bright, spacious, clean and organized (especially for a thrift shop). Pricing is consistent with other Goodwills that I have shopped (some items extremely fair/ some over priced). Worth checking out if you like to thrift, I never leave empty handed!

Employees didn't have full mask coverings. Left my stuff and got out of there

Totally wasted trip. Really nothing in there, and what is there is overpriced. Charging retail prices for items donated to them.
