After waiting over 7 hrs for 2 other companies my roadside coverage had called for a tow, they finally called Southern Md. Towing. The window of time given was up to 3 hrs BUT within an hr the tow trk showed up! I was extremely pleased w the driver TJ. He was professional, and in no time had my vehicle on the flat bed. He also contacted me once he arrived at the shop which was after hrs, letting me know where my vehicle was and what he did w the keys. I would, without question, use this company again and if you are lucky, you will have TJ as the driver. Thank you for all of your help.

Have called them 3 different times and never results in anything but a run around and no help! Don’t waste your time. They aren’t actually interested in helping you. If the female says she will make some calls, know she is trying to find excuse to let you down.

Southern Md Towing was great. The dispatch made us feel like help was on the way and it was! Taylor was super and had us on the road in minutes. Just great!!

They were very professional. Their pricing is very reasonable and considering the circumstances that it was under I would highly recommend them if you were having to divide out assets (anything with needing to be towed), and having to drop off an item to somebody else that’s involved with it. Hands down they won over my business for life.

I called a rollback of my own. Cops wouldn’t wait 30 min. SMD towing picked my car, which was 200 yards from home. Would not tow home for me and charged me over 500 at their shop. Very very unhappy with everything about SMD towing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE WHO NEEDS A TOW. F””king asholes.

Amazing people and amazing service. My food truck broke down twice in one week? I was a total wreak and stressed to the max. Philip came quickly and was very professional. I definitely recommend them!

Our tow driver WB was terrific he was on time called me to make sure he had the right tow truck to accommodate my truck. He was early on the expected arrival time, he was very efficient on the way he loaded up our truck onto his tow truck. He was very safe driving it back to our house all on New Years Eve! Southern MD Towing typically comes to the rescue when I have to use my AAA membership. They're always prompt and professional. Just this week, one of their employees (Will) went above and beyond to help me after I mistakenly locked my keys, cell, and wallet in my truck. Highly recommended!

I am happy with the tow experience and would use / recommend Southern Maryland Towing again! The guys that responded are down to earth guys. I would actually prefer that they are the towing company dispatched in the future through my Roadside assistance and will request them in particular if a tow is needed because of what I've mentioned to include the fact that they have the necessary heavy duty tow truck needed for the job with my particular scenario.

We used our AAA account to get my Mother’s vehicle to the dealership after 7pm. Brady, our beat the quoted time of 75 minutes, and was here in 15 minutes. Professional and took the care I would expect for my Mother! Would def recommend!

They were super quick and got my car delivered in a timely manner Brady was the driver and he was extremely professional would use them again if needed

SM Towing helped us out of a difficult situation in getting our broken little car to the repair shop over a busy holiday weekend so it could be mended on Monday. Job well done ty

Locked my keys in my car at while at the family shore house. Called at 1 am Saturday morning and Sean from Southern Maryland Towing arrived before estimated. Sean was; professional, personable, respectful, knowledgeable and talented. Arrived in 30 minutes and had me inside my car within moments. I even had a few laughs with Sean while he worked his magic. Trust this man 100% and if his work is indicative of Southern Management Towing as a whole, they are the ones you want showing up when you're in a bind.

They lost the only key to my truck which delayed my vehicle getting fixed by about a week. The GM did get in touch with me directly and solved the issue as best he could by hunting down that tow driver. Other then that it was a pleasant experience other then my vehicle being wrecked of course.

They have always provided great service. I had an assistance last week and they gentleman explained to me that it was my battery and we were getting one that week but something came up and we couldn't and then we needed you all again and it was the short stocky gentleman with the beard and always has on sunglasses and has a partner with him, a much younger guy probably his son to come out again because we were actually going to get the battery that day. Your staff is always great, so now you can let the drivers know that we finally got the battery and it fixed the issue, so they won't have to come to River bay to give us a jump anytime soon, at least not to see the Morgans and if we do have to call, it'll be a flat tire. Thanks for the consistent help and advice.

I had locked my keys in my car a couple of days ago and he called too let me know he had an emergency but was on the way. So I really appreciated that! He was very professional, friendly, and quick. Definitely would recommend the company. Thank you again!

The service provider was extremely knowledgeable, as well as, courteous and professional. Overall, it was an exceptional tow experience.

They never called. Jessica was unprofessional. They only had 2 drivers whom didn’t communicate with each other. They never came. I had to cancel and use another provider. They need to fire her and hire someone more useful, professional and efficient.

They made a bad situation better! No one wants to call a tow truck. Mike and the team were excellent! From the initial phone call to the pickup, every step handled by friendly, courteous staff. I hope I don't need their services any time soon, but will definitely call if the need arises.

I really enjoyed Southern Maryland Tow's services. Every time I have my vehicles towed the drivers are very punctual and if there is any delay in schedule they always let me know ahead of time. Very nice and professional staff. Never an awkward moment. They are actually my favorite and preferred towing company in Southern Maryland.

Wendell was awesome he tried to fix the car but unfortunately still had to get it towed to the shop. I would highly recommend using them whenever you need a tow or an emergency roadside assistant.

A few days ago I locked my keys in my car, The nice gentlemen named Mark arrived. He called in advanced and let me know his estimated time of arrival. He arrived early and did a great job. He was sociable, quick and efficent and professional. I would recommend this Tow company to anybody who needs the assistance :) 10/10 would recommend

AVOID THIS BUSINESS: I was north bound on Indian Bridge Rd near the Hwy 4 junction, when the driver started UNSAFELY riding the bumper of my car. His flashing lights WERE NOT on. At the intersection, which had heavy traffic, the driver started honking as I waited to make a right turn. After I could safely turn right, the driver turned on lights and I pulled over. He then waved for me to continue and turned off his lights. I reached the Wildwood turn with him still riding my car unsafely. The truck was giant, new and had a black trailer bed. This business, in my opinion, appears to be unprofessional, unsafe and should be avoided. Incident occurred on 25 NOV 2019 at 1:05 pm.

Takes advantage of people injured in wrecks by towing their vehicle 1,000 feet to their business while the driver is rushed to the ER by ambulance and the owner of the vehicle arrives, and they load up the drivable vehicle and take it to their lot and won't allow them to get there medication and other important valuables out of the vehicle unless they pay the high impound fee on a drivable vehicle. Greedy and rude.

I was stranded on the side of the road lastnight and was completely unaware of where I was and the tow guy David was amazing he looked until he found me and was pleasant and polite and my spare tire that he put on was trash and kept checking on me to make sure I made it to my destination safely awesome guy and represents the company well THANK YOU AGAIN DAVID
