Called Roy to tow my son's car and he was there quickly and took it exactly where requested. Very courteous and professional. I will call him anytime needed.
There’s not a better body shop around. My wife hit a deer a few weeks back and I immediately drove over to Roy’s. Mr. Roy met me at the door and explained the process to me. He’s one of the most honest men I’ve met. From there Stephen and his crew took care of the rest and got my car fixed in only a couple of weeks (waiting for parts was the longest part of the process). Couldn’t ask for a better group of people to deal with!
What a Godsend!! We can't thank Mr. Bradshaw enough. My daughter and her friend were visiting and their 4 dogs got locked inside the car. It wasn't hot outside but it was cold, dark, and they had been inside for an hour and a half. Mr. Bradshaw was contacted by the State Police (yes, we were desperate), he arrived in about 20 minutes and 5 minutes later had the car unlocked!! We owe him a debt of gratitude as he refused to charge us for his time. Thank you again, there really are good people in the world and Mr. Bradshaw is certainly one of the good ones!
We have known this owner for several years, he is both genuine and sincere. We will call him before anyone else. His reputation is impeccable. We would recommend him immediately! We are his "Sofa Sitters", and that is something known only to him. The best guy that ever was!!!
My experience with Bradshaw's recovery service was excellent. My tractor trailer was broken down for almost 12 hours with no wrecker service willing to cross the bay bridge to get me. Mike at Bradshaw's was the only one who was willing to take my truck back to Richmond. If you need recovery services on the east side of the bay bridge, do not hesitate to contact Roy Bradshaw.

Very courteous and efficient. Replaced fender on our OLD vehicle that we keep as a spare, after a deer plowed into it. Beautiful work and attention to detail. Fender now looks better than the rest of the vehicle. Matched paint perfectly! Highly recommend their services!
My family and I were stuck on the side of the road headed to Ocean City. Our tire went flat and road side assistant was 2 almost 3 hours away just to put a donut on for about $90 so we decided to look up some tow companies. After some searching we found Roy Bradshaw’s tow company and for $85 he came within 30 minutes to put our donut on. The donut ended up being flat and Roy was so amazing he took us to the tire shop to pick up a brand new tire with no extra charge. (Gave him a little tip) He was heaven sent. My family and I deeply appreciated him.
It's never a good time when you have to call for a tow, but this company was very kind helpful and made sure we were safe taken care of and had a plan. I will recommend them to everyone. Sucks car didn't start but they definitely eased the bad situation.

Had a roadside assistance call in from my insurance. All other companies were a two hour plus wait. Andrew came out and 45 minutes later my vehicle was towed and heading to repair shop (only reason it took that long was they were 30 minutes away from my location). If there were 10 stars, that would be my rating! Andrew Bradshaw was the driver to tow my Jaguar to Annapolis Jaguar. Polite, professional, well-groomed, knew exactly what he was doing. I rode in the cab because I needed to pick up a loaner car from Jag. Smart! Charming! Very professional! Totally dedicated to the business being customer-focussed. I gave a high rating to my insurance PURE and recommended that they ALWAYS request THIS towing service.
Roy was very rude and insensitive! He basically told me because it was nasty out he wouldn’t come and help me! Your a towing company do your job or get a new one! And fix your attitude while your at it!
