Never fun to show up on a Monday night with a flat but Tiffany and the tech that worked on my car made it much better. 4 stars only because there was basically only one tire in stock that would fit.... and of course it was a pricier one.

Had a surprise flat tire and they were able to get me in same-day and replace my tire, as well as replace my brake fluid. The team was very helpful and answered any questions I had.

Their customer service is impeccable specifically Ben & Issac. I went there with the intentions on getting my alignment fixed and due to me having so many other issues with my car they couldn’t do it. But instead of hitting me over the head with a crazy price and upsell me. They kept it real with me and told me that with everything I have going on it’s not even worth getting the alignment and to just pay close attention to it bc it’s not dire. I didn’t get anything done but whenever I need something done I will be coming back.

I made a same day appointment for a battery replacement. The staff was knowledgeable and kept me informed on the status of my car while I waited for the work to be completed. I highly recommend this location for your car care needs!

Took my vehicle a 2020 Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change and free tire rotation. While checking in my vehicle with the Associate Harold. He told me that they don't do rotations on Bridgestone tires for free. But clearly, the Tires plus website clearly says that they do rotate any Firestone or Bridgestone tires for free. He said he doesn't even have the authority to put it in. Even after I showed him on the website, he refused to do the rotation that comes with Bridgestone tires! He also continued to argue with me about it after giving the store manager's ( Orester Banegas) business card

This location is kind of hidden and not that busy from my experience. The service advisor was nice and respectful. He honored my 15% off coupon too. Truck drives better after the alingment. I also appreciate him not pushing the lifetime alingment on me, he just mentioned it. Will recomend.

I had a great experience here today. Made my appointment yesterday with Harold and he was great! Very helpful! Got here early before my scheduled appointment. Cheryl was extremely helpful and very kind! They even took me early. They explained everything that was needed and did the work in a timely manner. I will definitely bring my business here again! This place is wonderful. As a woman I’m always weary of taking my car to places. Firestone was booked and suggested going to Tire Plus. The store manager Orester was so kind and helpful and fit me in. He told me everything that was wrong and fixed me in time to get out and make it to my appointment I was heading to before my tire blew! I would absolutely reckoned this location and they give 10% military discounts

Almost 4 hours to change out 4 tires! Had an APPOINTMENT at 1100, and my wife didn't leave until almost 3pm. Didn't offer the alignment until AFTER the tires were done, which added another 45min. Charged a "Complete Vehicle Inspection" for $22. We did not ask for it nor wanted it. There is no waiting room.

I normally don't write reviews but this bothered me. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I recently (about 2 weeks ago) went to Tires Plus to have a flat tire looked at. I rolled my tire in the shop, the guy behind the desk took a quick look at it and said it could not be fixed (it looked like it had a blade in it). Not only did he tell me they couldn't fix it, but he also told me that NO ONE would be able to fix it. I was about to order another 289.00 tire but decided to drive across the street to NTB to get a second opinion. 30 minutes later, I was back on the road with a repaired tire. I specifically asked the guy at NTB about the blade and how big it was. He said it appeared to be a blade but it was actually a short broken piece of a blade and easy to repair. The Tires Plus associate almost cost my 289.00 for nothing. I was disappointed with his hasty wrong assessment. These are the things that cost businesses customers.

Let me start by saying that the transaction I had with Tire Rack and making the delivery to Tires Plus was outstanding. I had a 10AM appointment that stated that I would be waiting while the car is being serviced. When I checked in, I agreed to have the brakes inspected since the tires were being replaced anyway. Over 2 hours later at 1215PM I was told that the front brakes and rotors need to be replaced. I gave the okay to move forward with the service and I was told it wouldn't be much longer. I was told it would take about 10 minutes for the parts to arrive. The new tires were still sitting in the same place as when I arrived. Tires weren't even on the wheels yet. There was no sense of urgency to complete the job. I sat around until 145PM and they still weren't done so I had to make arrangements to be picked up in order to make my 3PM appointment. I received a call at 255PM that the car was ready. Invoice read "replaced front brakes, resurfaced and cleaned rotors" but I paid $326.00 for new rotors. It also said I declined a rear brake job that was never mentioned to me. Did I get new rotors? Do I need new rear brakes? What was the purpose of scheduling an appointment? Service was Unsatisfactory.

Made an appointment and left key and car information in night dropbox. The box wasn't checked by staff so vehicle service was not started. Called early in morning to confirm car service and was told manager would call me back. Never received call from manager. The car was not inspected after service was performed. Didn't receive alignment report. Individual checking out customers was extremely slow using the computer. Very disappointed in overall service. When I picked up vehicle there as no apology.

Currently waiting 2+ hours for an alignment with only two people in the waiting area. (I’m one of the two). I came at 10am with an appointment, they didn’t see the appointment and then asked me to come back at 2pm. I’ve been sitting in the waiting area and my car is still not even touched. They’ll service cars of people that agreed to drop off and return before people waiting in the waiting room. Doesn’t make any sense.

Absolutely Unacceptable Service! I scheduled an oil change appointment for 9:30 AM, expecting a smooth and timely experience. However, I didn’t get serviced until 1:45 PM! That’s over FOUR HOURS of waiting for a simple oil change. Why even offer appointments if you can’t stick to them? The staff gave zero updates, and when I asked, I was met with blank stares and excuses. I understand delays happen, but this was completely avoidable with proper planning and communication. I wasted half my day in your waiting room when I could have gone elsewhere and been done in no time. This level of disorganization and lack of respect for customers’ time is infuriating. I will definitely NOT be returning and will warn others to avoid this place unless they enjoy being stranded for hours! ********** Update: they did address my previous grievance, thank you very much and I get they deserved a second try and OH BOY (see below) I recently had an unpleasant experience before where I waited over 4 hours for the oil change, this experience was similar except I didn’t get the oil change. I made an online appointment for 12:00pm upon arriving at 11:50 I still under up waiting until 1pm and my car was not taking to the back to get serviced. When I asked the rep how long do I have before being serviced I was informed a little under an hour, why make appointments online if they aren’t honored. Never again and I’m not seeking anything to free or any kind of handout to come back I would rather go to Firestone.

I had a 12pm appointment and called to see if it would be possible to come in earlier. The representative i spoke with was extremely helpful and accommodating and she told me they could get me in early. They took my truck in immediately when i arrived, i identified the issue, and resolved it. I was literally in and out in less then an hour and in my way! Great customer service!

If I could give zero stars, I would have. I checked in at 12:45. My appointment to get all four tires changed was at 1:30. I went to check at 3:00 to see if it was on the lift yet. When I saw that it was not, I asked how long before it would be brought in. I was told by the manager (I forgot to get his name) it would be 20 to 30 minutes. I then walked across the street to Taco Bell and sat down and ate. Came back and the truck was still not on the lift. I asked again around 4:00 when the truck would be brought in. The manager told me that there was only one lift for my truck and there was another truck on the lift that was waiting on a new belt that had to be delivered. He said they were waiting for an hour and a half for the belt. So the other truck just sat there for an hour and a half. I asked if the old belt was broken and was told no it was not. So I said then why don't you just put the old belt back on and move the truck so my truck could be brought in. Or bring my truck into an open bay and just use a floor jack? At least my truck would be worked on. He then said the mechanic was at lunch at the moment, waiting on the belt. My truck was not brought in until 5:00. Fast forward to 7:30, a half an hour after they closed, my truck was finally done. Unfortunately, I had to just sit and wait because my truck needed to get done that day and I had no other ride for the day. All this time, the manager never came to tell me what was going on while I sat and waited. I had to go to the counter and ask what was going on. He replied he had to deal with phone calls. The time I was in the store the phone rang maybe four times!! Total mismanagement!! Terrible!!

Two weeks ago I came to Tire Plus in Waldorf with a issue with one tire loosing air the technician Diagnosed the problem being the tires needed to be replace, they replace two tires and cost was $690 . The next day I check my vehicle and noticed that air was gone from this new tire that was just installed ,I took the vehicle back and they told me they Reseal the tire and if I lost air again the problem would be the rim that's the issue. The next notice the tire was flat again and took my vehicle to another shop and was informed the problem was not my rim but the tires that were put on wasn't seal .This shop seal my tires and I've not had a problem. I call and spoke with Adam the manager explained to him what my experience was with his shop looking to get some type of compensation, and he was not interested in taken responsibility After this experience I won't be given my business to TIRE Plus!
