This location is the best and I believe Damon not sure if he's the manager but if he is great person great personality great customer service I would advise that anyone who needs parts come to Napa Auto Parts in Waldorf

This store has terrible customer service. I tried to return a part they sold me that didn’t fit my car, which I purchased yesterday with cash. They told me I couldn’t return it because the box was torn open. I had the receipt and all the parts that came in the box. The box itself was just a paper box that can easily get damaged, and I was confused about how to open a paper box without tearing it. It’s not like they would resell the box. I can't wait to speak with the manager here, or even escalate the issue to the higher management if necessary. This place is bad for business.

Was in the store on 07 14 24 round noon. Was dealing with parts person that clearly has no ability to do his job. I was told they had to order rainx wipers. What. Go to another parts store. I love napa parts but I can't deal with a severly ADHD parts person.

Arrived at 4:56 to find the door locked and employees looking at me refusing open the door even though the hours are clearly printed on the door stating that they close at 5pm on Saturdays. I'll never be back to this store. Horrible service.

Great Customer Service! The service person was very knowledgeable as he showed & gave me the number of the Battery that I needed for my car key fob. And, he actually went outside to look at the part I described for my car mirror and told me where I could purchase it. THANK YOU NAPA!

They are well stocked. Friendly knowledgeable staff. The location is a little out of the way but with the trip.

I always have a wonderful experience dealing with the customer service in the Waldorf location I get 100% of my parts from the store.

I went there to purchas a battery. He rang it up and i asked if someone could install? They said nobody know how to install, but we will give you a jump. He charged me $20 more than the battery was. I then decided i didnt want it so tbey wouldnt give me a jump

They're lieing, no mask are being worn inside and they take exceptionally long to help anyone. Waldorf is the location I went to and it was terrible seeing the lies about their safe and clean store, plus the staff not wearing mask even when other people in the store kept coughing, one of them was at the checkout desk doing this. I left without purchasing what i came for because I felt completely UNSAFE in this store. 2 thumbs down for me.

waited in line for 10 minutes after one person then the guy at the desk grabbed the wrong battery that i said. then the phone rang and he talked to that customer for 7 minutes while i waited. then had to go get the right battery. shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get a lawnmower battery ESPECIALLY when you have a business account with them for your company.

I literally drove to 5 different stores thinking I needed to replace a part. However, Robert went above and beyond to help me with my car. Robert was able to resolve my problem even though the store didnt carry the part because my model is discontinued. I AM SO THANKFUL FOR HIM. Just for his kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this location, and ask for robert he deserves a raise.

NAPA Auto Parts Reserve five stars because every time I go to any Napa auto store every employee all of them tonight helpful always give you the right part for my vehicle I am the Chevy guy and I have been since I was little but I must say NAPA Auto Parts auto parts store they deserve to five stars that I have rated M simply because each and every NAPA Auto Parts store is Daisy from Laurel Waldorf it is the same if you store call labrae 9th also very helpful every Japanese car drawing clean I love NAPA Auto Parts

Service a little slow, but AWESOME I called in to check on part availability earlier in the day. Dave was soooo helpful & patient as I explained what I needed. After he confirmed part availability, I told him I would pick up that evening. When I arrived, all of my part information was saved in the system & they merely had to pull the parts. They were a little busy, so I waited about 5 minutes to be helped, but after that, it was smooth sailing. In & out in 10. Thanks, Dave! I sure appreciate your great attitude & customer service.

Terrible customer service and absolutely no knowledge of parts or what they do or dont carry in stock. Ask if they could check my battery she says sure take it out and bring it in as I look at the tester on wheels right beside her

The absolute worst customer service. While in the store I counted 7 employees buzzing around but only 1 person was answering the phone and helping people in the store I waited over 15 minutes to get helped. If I didn’t have a return I would have walked out. Don’t go here if you value your time.

When I finally got to the front of the line, the one guy working the counter by himself asked what I needed, I told him, and then answered at least 3 phone calls and even started (but didn't finish) to ring up another customer after I told him what part I needed before he ever looked up my part. I finally walked out after having wasted 15 minutes of my life. There are a bunch of employees in there but only one working the counter with a long line. The guy who runs the place seems like a grouch barking orders at his employees as they all ignore the customers. I've always tried to avoid this place, after today I vow to never return

Wish i could rate this at 0 stars. This place is a joke. Can never get parts right EVER. If u like wasting your time and gas, by all means go here, hope your not in a rush tho. Cause u will need to make a couple trips to get the correct parts.

We have been coming hear for years and always helpful. Had a hard time finding a grease fitting that would fit into a upper ballpoint and clear the axle joint in the front end of my F-350. Ordered directly from mog and the didn't work. Went to Napa and they got me a short one that worked and went out of there way to help. Thanks

Went here on a Friday evening, albeit 15 minutes before they closed for the night. My BFF sent me here to pick up a part for his car. Mind you, I'm as clueless as they come dealing with anything mechanical. The Napa guy at the counter (very friendly) knew exactly what I wanted since the BFF had previously spoken with him over the phone earlier that day. The part specifically said it was supposed to come with another attachment (an O-Ring). Now as I mentioned, I don't know much, if anything about parts but clearly Stevie Wonder could see that the O-Ring was missing from the part. The Napa guy told me, "Oh, the O-Ring is probably on the inside of the part." Huh??? That definitely didn't sound right at all. I wasn't having it. I told him to wait so that I could look this part up online on my phone. As I figured, the O-Ring was an external piece that was missing from the part. I even called the BFF to verify this information. I believe the Napa guy wanted me to just get the part and get out....as I was holding them up from closing for the night. Because girls don't know what they're talking about anyway....Wrong. I had the Napa guy find me some O-Rings that fit the part piece. The customer service was not an issue, it was the lack of knowledge and experience, something that I figured out just from common sense. Hmmmm....just be careful here. I would say open and inspect all parts to ensure it comes with everything before you purchase and leave the store.
