This community came highly recommended, and from the moment I was introduced to it, the ownership and the people, I understood why. The residents and staff are some of the most welcoming, genuine people you could hope to meet, and there is a real sense of pride and care throughout. During an incredibly difficult season in my life, I had to step back from moving forward with a purchase. The owner was exceptionally understanding, caring, and compassionate throughout that time. She truly tried to hold the opportunity for me as long as she reasonably could. Ultimately, the timing simply would not come together, and it reached a point where it was no longer fair to the current resident to continue waiting. I deeply respect the balance she worked to maintain between kindness and fairness for everyone involved. When another opportunity recently came up, it had already been spoken for, which speaks to how desirable and well-regarded this community truly is. There is clearly strong interest and a structured process in place to ensure fairness for everyone involved. I remain hopeful about becoming a member of this community because I remain very impressed with the community, its residents, and the standard that ownership has maintained. It’s clear this is a place people value deeply, and that doesn’t happen by accident. I would absolutely welcome the chance to be part of this community in the future.

Kimberlee, the owner, is wonderful, and the beach area is always clean. The bathrooms smell fresh, and the snack shack offers great food at good prices. The staff is friendly too. It's $5 per person (free for kids under 1) plus $5 for parking on weekends. While there are no alcohol signs, some visitors still bring it in, which is disrespectful. Similarly, some ignore "Campers only" signs. If prices rise next year, it's due to the actions of a few. I’ll keep enjoying my favorite clean beach. Thank you!

This place has gotten worse over the years. Today I visited with the children, what a filthy place. So much cursing and dress code non existing. This is no longer a children friendly place. Will never return, our group will never return. Such a dump!

Heads up! The Facebook page has incorrect information. She will charge you for any child older than 1. It is cash only. The old lady in the golf cart at the front is rude and abrasive, so be ready for that. Make sure to bring water shoes for the water. There are rocks, trash, and it is a really slimy mud bottom. The decor is cute and so are the ducks, but you can see them anywhere. The food is expensive for what it is and there are no showers. It is $5 per person for access to the water. Overall, cute place, rude people. I've been twice and it's not worth going back.

unfortunately, this family owned business is not as "family oriented " as it portrays to be. my car was hit in their parking lot and the told both the police and the insurance compa that they had no footage of the incident. the husband who works the parking lot said he saw it and went after the car but wrote down an incorrect plate. It should be noted that there are several cameras on site. the wife was not trying to work with us and show us the cameras. she acted as if she was looking through the video and kept saying that the camera would jump from different angles when a car went by ( still should have been able to see the vehicle). the grandfather made a great comment and said " she's a nice lady, she was rushing home to her kids". call me crazy, but that means they knew who the lady was and covered it up. I'm very disappointed as this was a hit and run. my family and myself decided to try something new and visit the campground and support. and as pay back they couldn't even be decent enough to provide us the information so that my car could be fixed. instead I have to come out of pocket.

I’m genuinely shocked that anyone could rate this place as clean. This is hands down the dirtiest beach I’ve ever been to. It’s more like a bay where all the dirty water and sludge collect. Even in the shallowest area, you can’t see your own feet in the water. I even saw motor oil and a sanitary pad floating around — totally unacceptable. What’s worse is that this is a paid beach, and yet there are no showers or even basic foot-washing stations. Seriously disappointing.

Great white sands beach. Snack bar available. Showers, bathrooms, and dressing rooms available.

We had a wonderful time here. Great place to take the kids for a day, especially during the week. We didn't use the playground but the restrooms were nice, the picnic area was great, the snack bar has good pricing and was fries were very tasty. We will be back next summer.

It was our first time there and we can’t wait for the next season! Beautiful clean beach and calm water. Lots of shaded and non shaded areas to sit. Awesome snack bar and we met the owners who were so nice!

Easily one of the nicest places to go and swim. It's murky lake water with shells and rocks near the entrance to the lake. Once you swim out you have nice smooth sand you can stand at the furthest point if your 6 ft. The water is nice and at good temperature and to enter the lake to swim it cost 5$ per person. Bathroom was nice and clean, they have a air hose for all your inflatables.

Such a fun little beach! Nice and clean and well kept. Very affordable as well. Be mindful to bring cash for admission and the food stand but overall nothing but great things to say about this place!

I will just start by saying this is not the place to go unless you are of certain skin color. Even then, my husband is a blue eye Irish and we were met with the worst customer service. There's no shower to rinse off the sand, the water is really a mud hole full of pebbles, the changing station is a wood bench and 3 wood walls filled with bugs. There's no playground. Just a spot of sand with a giant connect 4 game under the sun. I doubt the kitchen passes any kind of health inspection. We paid $20 for 2 adults and 2 toddlers only to put our feet in the water and be so disgusted we left. We bought 3 small bags of chips for $4.50. The young lady at the cashier was nice. The older lady had a horrible customer service because they're a cash only and not "corporate giants". I actually just feel sorry for them. They look miserable and full of hate. This "beach" and the 3 trees they have, is CLEARLY only for people living in the trailer park there or on the street adjacent. We are both veterans and it is sad to see people act like this.

We did not stay here, but we did tour the facility to potentially be seasonal campers here. The pictures posted do not do this place justice. It has the potential to be great, with that million dollar view, but quickly ruined by its lack of size and age of campers on the facility. The pricing structure was varied based on a bunch of different options, which just made things enough of a hassle, but just mostly the size, tightness and vibe we got. If view alone sold this place, this place would be it!

This cute little beach (and campground) is located in Cecil County on the Susquehanna River. It has a snack bar, games, picnic tables and a mermaid aesthetic overall. The campground beach is separate from the public beach. The price to get in is pretty cheap and food prices are fairly cheap also.

Great place to take the family for a fun day on the river. For $5 a person you can enjoy a nice clean beach with restrooms and a snack shack. There is even a free air compressor to blow up all of your water inflatables. Plenty of trees as well for some shade on those hot days. My boys gave it a 10/10 and we will definitely be back.

Last year was 5 stars. This year has been 4 stars. Why? Because someone leaked the name of this place to multiple Facebook groups so now it is inundated with people 45 min away who are just now discovering it. Never share a gem you find on any social media group page. That gem will lose some of its shine. Shame on that a-hat who did this.

Very clean and a friendly family environment. Water is nice not rough. Many picnic benches and even a covered Pavillion. Clean rest rooms and changing rooms. Best of all its inexpensive by today's standards. Will definitely recommend to friends and we will be back!

This place is nice and clean. Bathrooms and changing rooms plus a air compressor to blow up tubes. Parking is tight but well worth it 5 for 3 years and up free for 1-2 years old. Water is just right and not many rocks. Bring your own grill and no animals allowed.

Actually ended up having a great time and this was a very last minute quick google search. We needed to be close to the Delaware east stop. BE WARNED: They only accept cash! People who owned the spot and worked there are friendly. We had a beautiful time at the beach. It’s clean, bathrooms were cleaned and smelled good (surprising). I noticed they just let people be. A few people were playing music just mildly loud but not loud enough to be obnoxious and they didn’t bother them. I appreciated that a lot. Let me people just have a good time with family. Overall, I think I’m going back again.

Had an amazing time! My wife and I were both off work for Juneteenth, had found out about this beach via social media and were not disappointed. $5 entrance fee, very clean beach. We got there early and gotta good spot. It did start to pick up around 11am. Met the owner and her mother in the food shack, they were very nice. Only thing is they only accept cash so be prepared for that. Other than that, would highly reccomend!

Nice place, small, clean, with fast food services. Only the water is a bit cold. And you must leave at 5:00 pm.

If you love spending the evening by water, this is the right place to visit. The wharf welcomes you to have a walk. You can sit and enjoy the gentle breeze. There are some picnic benches so you can come with a group with a packed lunch or snacks. The town beside it is also very cozy and beautiful.

My husband and I love coming here. We love the white sand that is shipped in. It’s so close to our home we can come for a couple hours and be home by noon. Just like when we live in Jersey. When we would be on the beach in the early AM and home by 1. Before the “bennys” showed up. The beach is great for little ones. Not deep can walk out a good distance. The personnel are so friendly and cater to your needs. Their snack shack is great and the facilities are clean and roomy. An all around enjoyable experience.

Nice small beach. Water is low enough for you to wade pretty far out. The sand is groomed and is a lot better then other beaches in the area, not a lot of rocks in the water either. Air compressor to fill large tubes and such. Changing rooms, shower, bathroom, grills, tables, snack shack. Its $5 per person parking is limited so get there early.

(Review Update) Upon our most recent visit, I can definitely say the prior bad experience was a random one time issue. The owners remembered us from the prior season and were extremely friendly from the second we arrived. The review did get brought up, but there were no hard feelings towards either party. I knew it wasn't their fault and CMBC really makes a great effort making sure their patrons enjoy the time they spend while visiting. My faith has been restored and will continue to enjoy this hidden gem. Usually this place is great, especially for my two year old son, but today is absolutely ridiculous. My family and a few other families are constantly having to walk around and get our toys back. I understand kids play and kids share, but you don't just take and you make sure to put stuff back when finished. Several people have already left and we're contemplating leaving ourselves. Hopefully this is just random, but no way in hell will I keep my composure if this were to happen again. I do want to emphasize the bad experience had nothing to do with management/ownership, but the result of a group/party with a large amount of kids and not nearly enough parental supervision.
