The level of customer service was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. Jackie THANK YOU for your patience and transparency. She understood what I needed and went as far as to offer me a driver to pick me up which was 45 mins away. The finance team took their time explaining my concerns until I felt comfortable. I highly recommend them for their customer service, best prices and a large selection of vehicles too.

I went to get my car serviced and in today's environment, getting an appointment in a competent auto repair facility can be daunting. If my repair was one requiring immediate attention, I'm sure it would at least been examined to determine root cause and recommendations for next steps. This in fact has occured in several instances where Hampstead Pre-Owned service department kept my vehicle because if its unsafe condition, or advised me what to do until repairs could be completed. I'm looking forward to my appointment in several days!
