We were referred to Hampstead Pre-Owned by a few friends and we were THRILLED with the care we received from the minute we walked into their door. Mo was our sales specialist and she took her time, was informative, patient and sweet while allowing us to make sure we picked the perfect car for our family. She was the one that suggested the car we ended up buying, and we love it! Everyone was very patient and kind to us having our children with us and accommodated our family. We will surely be back to buy again from here, with Mo, Matt from the service team and the finance department was awesome as well!

I had a great experience with Morelia!! She was great!! I can say all of the staff I came in contact with were kind. The key fob on the vehicle I bought is not programmed to the car so the kind gentleman in customer service said he will send someone to my house to fix it, along with giving me an additional fob for the inconvenience. I haven’t heard from him yet, but I will update with another review whenever that is complete!! I’m extremely happy. This was HUGE to me and I thank everyone thank helped me with this experience!

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Hampstead Pre-Owned, working with Nemo, with support from Kiran and Jason (in financing). We came in on a weekday evening with a clear idea of what we wanted and Nemo walked us through the process with a friendly attitude, answering our questions patiently. If you purchase a vehicle that has been through their certification process, the price will be higher than the online price, but they have As Is options as well. They definitely want you to use their financing (duh! it’s part of how they make their money!), but they were able to beat the rate we had had pre-approved by a smidge. Very friendly staff and positive vibe.

Overall a good experience, this was my second purchase through Hampstead Preowned, my first was a 2004 VW Jetta that latest 12 years! It was a good car. I most recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Venza Hybrid from salesperson “Mo”, she made my purchase a pleasurable one. My only slightly down side to the deal was the overall detailing of the vehicle which I discussed with Mo and she was able to accommodate and remedy the concern. Again, I am a very particular person about the condition and appearance of my vehicles so I am sort of bias.

Purchased my first car, a 2017 Hyundai Elantra a month ago here and can say the whole experience has been absolutely amazing. They will answer any and all questions you may have and definitely helped me out with my payment plans. Had to drive about 25 miles out, but well worth the drive (and had a blast on the way back!!) Thank you to everyone who helped and cheered me on for buying my first car!!! :))))

Desmond was great selling me a car. He was a good listener, super friendly and knowledgeable, and just the right amount of laid-back to make him approachable. I dealt with Jason for financing and he seemed efficient and friendly as well. He could be much more thorough explaining financing options next time, particularly expedited financing options and all of the costs involved. I was initially unhappy with the result, but Kiran, their customer service expert, fixed the hiccup for me right away. Kai (sp.) took a call from me and was detailed oriented and a great listener. Kiran has followed up with me a few times and I really appreciate his Guest follow up, his customer-first approach, and his competence and efficiency. Thank you Hampstead Pre Owned!

These guys were great! Everyone was super friendly, funny, and personable. They all jumped in to help each other out so that customers were not waiting long, like they were a big happy family! Great experience, LOVE my car! I would definitely use them again!

I had a great experience with Hampstead Motors! Victoria helped me get into the right car for me and was extremely transparent about all of the vehicles. I never felt pressured, and she took the time to answer all of my questions honestly. You can tell they really take care of their inventory, which made me feel confident in my purchase. Victoria was also able to get me a great deal on my car, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Hampstead Motors and definitely ask for Victoria!

Nice dealership with professional staff. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of hidden fees, and they also did not match the CarMax trade-in price, even though it was promised to me before I arrived at the dealership. I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership. As I mentioned, the people were nice—Roman, the salesman, and Jackson from accounting were amazing. There was also a customer service manager who was kind enough to share his contact information with me in case I had any questions or issues with the car. If you see attractive car prices, don’t get tricked like I did. There is a certification fee of $1,800, and they do not waive it. When I told them I didn’t need any certification or additional warranty, they said the work had already been done on the car, so they could not remove or reduce the fee. Additionally, before coming to this dealership, I told them I had an approved quote from CarMax and asked if they would match it. They said yes. However, when I arrived, they offered $1,000 less, saying that CarMax does not account for sales tax. Overall, just be mindful of these items before coming to this dealership.

I purchased from this dealership, and every time has been a great experience. The process was smooth, the price was fair, and my salesman was attentive and professional. I truly trust this team, which is why I keep coming back.

This was my second vehicle I purchased here. My first vehicle was great but sadly totaled in an accident. I visited again to get my 2023 Honda Odyssey Touring Van. I purchased this vehicle when I took it on a test drive. It was an upgrade from my 2014. I am still learning what all this vehicle options are. I have had a wonderful experience with the sales team on up whom have helped me. It is not like a dealership it is a more personal experience. They have been helpful with any concerns I have had. I would recommend anyone stop by to hopefully buy your next used car here.

It’s a family owned business and you feel it as soon as you walk in the door— I immediately knew I was in good hands. The owners are honest, fair, good people. I can’t recommend this place enough & will absolutely be returning for future purchases!

We went to look for my daughter’s first vehicle. She was so anxious to get out on her own once she obtained her provisional license. We met with Roman and we are pleased with the customer service he provides during the entire process. We were sad to go home that evening without the vehicle in our possession BUT we did pick it up Friday as they promised. They kept us up to date on any changes and have been happy with our purchase.

On October 18th I purchased a car at this dealership. While the customer was good everything after was horrible. They kept trying to persuade me to finance through them even though my own financing was better. Giving them the benefit of the doubt they took advantage. They ran my credit THREE times. But it didn't end there. They pressured me in to having my car delivered on a weekday when I made clear I wanted to pick it up. I should have went with my gut. They delivered my car LATE in the evening with issues. The tire light was on even before they left after the drop off. After a few days I filled my tire only for the light to come back on. After taking it to Toyota I discovered there was a nail on my tire of my new car. To make it worse they refuse to cover it under their warranty stating that they don't cover road way hazards. But they delivered the car like that. Would not be coming back even though I paid thousands of dollars for a "warranty"

Raquel was very kind throughout the process, explained everything. The whole process was pretty quick, everything was done within two and a half hours. Hampstead beat my banks interest rate and I was able to finance easily through them. Raquel offered to fill my tank with gas, and order me floor mats for the car. Overall a great experience. The car is in practically brand new condition with less than 10K miles. Check them out for your next car!

I had an amazing experience at this dealership all thanks to Mo! She was wonderful, energetic and very informative to my father and I. She was on her feet and ready to greet us before we even walked through the doors. She is also bilingual which was a huge benefit to us. Overall, Mo exceeded our expectations and helped us purchase a 2024 Camry se :)

Awesome group here. Was able to test drive everything I wanted to, and they were really patient til I found something I wanted. Finance department is great too. This was an unplanned expense, and they did the best they could to work with their financing bank to get the best deal for me. In the end, the interest is a little higher than what my credit union offered, but my credit union gave me a lower budget (so it probably would have gone up with a higher limit through them) and overall I spent less working directly with the dealership. Car itself is in fantastic condition. Far better than what I thought I’d be able to get with what I could spend. It’s obvious they took great care in making sure the car was in reliable condition. It even looks new.

I have bought 2 cars from Hampstead Preowned and both times I have had great experiences. Alan helped me pick the perfect car for me both times too! He does a really great job at explaining the process and is very friendly and personable. I will definitely go back again the next time I need another car and would highly recommend this dealership!!

Look no further if you are looking for the best price in a used car at Hampstead Preowned. Jackie was my salesperson, her customer service was on point, super premium. As woman going to a car dealership is stressful and no offense to the sales men that work hard. I preferred a woman. Jackie was patient, understanding and most of all she listened to what was important to me. Answered all my questions. Never once did I feel any pressure. I test drove like 8 cars. When I left the first time, I let her know which ones I liked. Her follow up was great. Once I made my decision she offered for me to get picked up. That was fantastic because I live 45 minutes away and it was convenient for me. The finance team another step of buying a car that makes me anxious they were transparent and patient as well. Lastly the touch of the red bow closed the best experience I have had buying a car. Thank you everyone at Hampstead. So to say, “my overall experience at Hampstead Preowned was excellent!

We found a car here for my son Trey. I was very impressed with the communication along the way with Alexis and Kiran! Brook did a great job as well! We ended up trading in a vehicle and I was very satisfied with the offer they gave me! Alexis continued to follow up and handled all of my questions about the trade in offer and the loan process. My experience with MO and the finance team was top tier! I drive an hour away to get to Hampstead and was a little tired, hungry and anxious about my purchase. I was welcomed soon as I walked in, provided an amazing lunch and test drive the vehicle I chose online. It was waaaayyyy better in person! Hampstead Pre-Owned is a Diamond in middle of nowhere, but it’s worth the trip and experience. Thank you MO for getting me into my 2024 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid!
