Chadwick Manor is an awesome place to live. The homes are very spacious and the location is close to schools, shopping, banking etc. Staff is very polite and professional especially Trice Stevenson. She will go out of her way to make sure your visit and or stay is pleasant.

It is clean and well kept. The pool and clubhouse is great for gatherings!

The staff here is great, but the female groundskeeper deserves a special shoutout she’s the best! Always willing to lend a hand to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Everything from the application process to move-in was smooth and professional. The property is quiet, clean, and feels safe. Maintenance is top-notch and always on time. Easily a 5-star experience!

I absolutely love living at Chadwick Manor Townhomes. The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, and the maintenance team is always quick to respond whenever I need something. I lived in this complex since 2023 and paid my rent on time and faithfully since 2023. I am affected by the shutdown. All October I’ve been running around trying to make ends meet on top of finding out I’m pregnant and paying the doctor visits associated. I informed the office and pretty much received a “that’s unfortunate” response. I ended up taking out another credit card just to pay rent which resulted in a extra $50 fee. I’m just sharing my experience on how a strenuous time/ situation was made more difficult and wish there was more compassion in times like this for everyone involved.

Chadwick Manor offers a community of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom townhomes in the Baltimore/Windsor Mill area. The units are known for being spacious, featuring one and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private patio.

Chadwick Manor Townhomes is a great place to live! The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The townhomes are spacious with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the management team is friendly and professional. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and main highways. Overall, it’s a comfortable and safe environment that really feels like home.

I’ve been living here for a year and I am really enjoying the neighborhood. The house is very nice as well, I will definitely continue living here for a long time, the flowers outside are gorgeous.

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived at in my entire life. I absolutely hate it. I’ve only been here for 2 and half months…almost 3 months 1. They gave me a roach infested townhome.. 2.pest control came 4 different times. I’m still killing roaches to this day. 3. Never any peace and quiet. Like EVERRR 4. Landscaping guys come and cut the grass every 2 days ??‍♀️??‍♀️ they usually come Monday and Thursday. Some weeks it’s Monday, Wednesday and Friday then back on Monday. 2-3 days a week is ridiculous. 5. The kids is my least favorite part. They play football in front of my door everyday for hours and all day on the weekends. It’s to the point I can’t sit on my porch without getting hit with the ball or getting ran over. They curse and fight so I don’t like to send my own child outside. Again they scream and yell all day. Can’t sit in my own home and watch a movie or take a nap because it sounds like they’re inside of my home.. I call the leasing office and they don’t want to do anything about it. AT ALL. So I’m paying to listen to kids fight and curse all day long. I hate it here. I asked the kids multiple times if they could just take the playing somewhere else and they roll their eyes and don’t leave. DONT MOVE HERE!!!! I moved from a gated apartment community. It was quiet and no roaches or 10 kids playing at my door. This is the ghettoest place and I can’t wait til this 12 month lease is up. I’m leave expeditiously

All of my experiences with staff have been great! They are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

I live here for more than 6 month , the place is nice and people living here are friendly, maintenance are perfect, my only issue is the parking lot So it is not clear was a sign or white lines or crossing lines near the walkway and most of the cars park and close the walkway without any space, so you always have to step on the garden to enter to the walkway and sometime during the rain and make your shoes dirty They should have a sign or cross area near the walk way to make space for walker to enter the walk way ! The second thing , that the parking lot become a construction yard with a lot if sand and mud all around the year and I spoke to one of the associate at the office and they said managements will not change it the sand/mud place My car is covered with dust everyday !!! My kids can’t play outside because of allergy to the dust !!!! I can understand If it is a temporary situation but not all around the year!! I hope they clean the parking lot and make clear sign and white lines to make it more organize

I've truly enjoyed my time at Chadwick Manor Townhomes. The community feels safe. The management team is attentive and helpful. My townhome is spacious and comfortable. The grounds are well kept, and I appreciate the sense of community here. I would definitely recommend Chadwick Manor to anyone looking for a cozy and inviting place to live!

I recently looked at this property , Jed was an absolutely wonderful human. Down to earth and made the whole experience so comfortable. I was worried he would be upset i didnt go with them in the end and he was so understanding (i needed a place closer to work) the units were very nice, and had plenty of parking!

I rarely leave reviews like this, but when the customer service is this good - I have to. Having worked in the nonprofit housing sector for many years, I'm often asked to help locate properties - and that's how I discovered Chadwick Manor Townhomes. Jed was so helpful in answering all my a questions. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was so professional. I hope I can work with him again and if all property management companies had employees like Jed - the process would be so much easier and pleasant!

Living here for almost 3 years has been amazing! I have never lived anywhere where maintenance comes the same day you put in the request. I have good neighbors. My mother always talks about how clean they keep the community. The rental agents are great people! The pool is amazing! I’ve even started using the gym and I love the equipment since it allows you to connect your watch! Chadwick Manor is really the best rental ever! I plan to be here until I purchase a home!
