It was easy to get the car in but to get them to call me and tell me about the inspection that I paid for did not happen so I was not able to get no work done due to the fact I didn't know it was going on so I just went to go pick up my car because nobody came and called me to tell me what need to be worked on or anything like that and how much it would be
DON’T GO HERE!!!! I’ve been done dirty TWICE by these people. The first time i went in to get 2 tires replaced. TWO TIRES!!! It took them 3.5 hours to change TWO TIRES!!! I shrugged it off at the moment as maybe they were just that busy. Fast forward to today (Monday) where i came in for an appointment i initially made the Friday prior. I specified i only needed an oil and filter change and i had a burnt out headlight. He wrote these things down and even made sure to get all of my vehicles information. I come in for my appointment and the guy checking me in even remembered me by my name. He verified what i needed done and when i asked how long, he said it would be about an hour and a half. Cool…4.5 hours later he comes in the waiting area only to tell me that they could only do the oil change and that they didn’t realize they couldn’t replace the bulb to my vehicle due to the design requiring the entire headlight needed to be replaced and wouldn’t get the parts on time today. I said “dude im not even a mechanic and even i know that!” It took them 4.5 hours for them to come to that conclusion??? Matter fact it took them 3 days because i made the appointment on Friday. So basically 4.5 hours JUST FOR AN OIL CHANGE?? That’s completely unacceptable. And judging from the other comments, im clearly not the only one who has a problem with the incompetence of the employees of this establishment. SO DONT GO HERE!!!!
I was a first-time customer at this Firestone location and had a great experience. The staff was professional, efficient, and the overall atmosphere had very positive vibes. Mr. Ricky and Mr. Sterling were especially helpful in resolving my situation, even though my vehicle required additional mechanical work and unexpected costs. I truly appreciated the thorough diagnostic evaluations sent by email—something you don’t see often at most auto shops anymore. Because of the transparency and quality of service, I will definitely be returning and look forward to becoming a regular customer.
Had an appointment at noon. Didn’t not have the tire I requested when I scheduled the appointment. Was told they were back ordered until Monday. I don’t like in the area so could not come back another day. Called at 2pm and they said they were just putting up my car and would be done no later than 3:30pm. Drove 30 minutes to pick up my car and it had not even been looked at. 5:45pm and I am now waiting at least an hour. What a 6 hour waste of my day for tires that they didn’t even have for me. I currently cannot detect tire pressure in any of my tires and they told me one tire was not repairable but they did not even remove it from my trunk. Totally unprofessional. Will not come back.
Although the staff was pleasent and professional I was mislead that the all complete auto service motto applied to my vehicle. They couldnt fix my jeep.
They are amazing the work on my car was done the correct way and I was not sitting all day and the person at the front desk (Sterling) had a great personality and was smiling the whole time I will definitely be back!
I have to shout out Sterling who was very personable and accommodating. I did wait ten minutes on the phone before I got the quote I was asking for but he was upfront and friendly so it was worth the wait.
Terrible location I drove my car there to get it diagnosed no engine line no noise when I came back my engine light was on and my car didn’t drive over 10miles & making a weird noise. The supervisor sterlin ( who should be fired ) did not help the situation instead argued with me that they did nothing wrong & there is nothing they can do they didn’t even offer to fix the car DO NOT GO HERE ?
If you value your time, do not go to this location on liberty Road. I came in as a walk-in to have two tires replaced under warranty. I explicitly asked the representative at the front desk how long this will take as I had to go to work and he stated about an hour and a half wait time. I was reluctant, but I said OK and I asked would he please inform me of the actual cause with the warranty replacement. My vehicle was on the lift within an hour and sat there on the lift for two hours. I received no updates at all until I finally paste around the facility Harassed someone to tell me what was going on. This had been already 2 1/2 hours. Then the technician told me that they needed to go get another tire because they didn’t have enough in stock so it took you 2 1/2 hours to realize that you didn’t have another tire. Absolutely ridiculous. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was dismissed like it was a regular occurrence. Will not go back to this location for any service.
I called the Liberty Road location and asked was my tire in stock because I recently purchased the tire and it had an issue and I needed replaced same day. Abdula took my call and asked me to hold to ensure he had the tire. Then said the tire was in stock and he could get me in same day. I arrived in less than an hour and Sterling greeted me when I arrived and stated he was updated about my issue. Took my keys right away and pulled my car in for service. The guys were awesome and delivered great customer service. Although my tires had an issue these gentlemen instilled trust which is why I will return to this location again.
Giving a 1 star is generous. I just received my car back after being gone for days which was unexpected. Everything in my car was stolen…even things in my trunk. I reached back to the facility and spoke with someone named Ricky who offered no help at all. His only response was I do not know what happened the car was locked on our lot. Very unprofessional. This place should be closed! Do not take your vehicle there if you value your things. Now I will be filing a police report and I guess I am just out of all of my personal belongings.
I have been a customer of this location for more than 5 years and continue to be give honest accurate information about my vehicles and experience great customer service! Ricky continues to provide top notch care and attention.
Can’t fault them for not having a functional tire pressure monitor at the time my tires arrived, I guess? But when they promise it will work by next week… and it still doesn’t, and they don’t even call back… anyway, I could not safely drive much longer without replacing my tires so I picked them up. The man left them on the street and all the staff watch me struggle to carry these (a 5’5” woman who just had surgery), and injure myself across the parking lot. LOL
Took 2 hours to change a tire. I have a warranty on them, they tried to overcharge me without telling me what they were charging me for TWICE. My car was ready and he still took forever to bring it out knowing it was no AC in the sitting area. Next time will just be asking for the tire and taking it somewhere else to be changed.
I had an appointment for 11am. I arrived at 10:30. The person that accepted my car told me that it would take 3 hours to install and balance 4 tires. 6 hours ++ my car still isn't ready. To add insult to injury they tried to sell me an alignment. MY CAR WOULD PROBABLY BEEN HERE UNTIL NEXT WEEK.

Giving 1 star was kind of me. I called in & was given a 1:00pm appointment time, I got there at 12:30 I was told by the store that they didn’t see an appointment in there for me, & that the number I called wasn’t theirs. I called the store In front of them & the store phone rang. The manager had a friend there that arrived after me, with no appointment although his car was serviced first. I was only privy to this because we had a long conversation as i waited. I have a tire coverage plan & it took the person who was servicing me an hour just to make the call to the company to cover my service. I’m a person who only uses Firestone primarily the Perry hall location. Never have I ever received such poor service at this establishment in my 10 plus years of being a customer. Once he finally finished my tire, he did put the lock caps back onto my wheel or put my spare back into my trunk area. I will never come to this location again. Service is horrible I sat almost 4 hours for a tire change.
I spoke to the manager of Firestone and he assured me they had the tires we made a 2:00 appointment I arrived at 2:00 p.m. I did not get out of there until 6:15 p.m.. I was told it would only take an hour so I waited for the vehicle.
2 days later I realized that they did not put my spare where it belong they just put it in the back of my SUV so I kindly went back and asked the service advisor why they did not put my spare in the back he said that the person who replaced the tires could not get the mechanical wire to come down to put it back where it belong I accepted and walked out.
It took me 5 minutes to put the spare back where it belong there was nothing stuck no wires no nothing but yet he lied to me. SMH

The manager worked on my vehicle that sat for 2-3 days for a flat tire repair on a rental car. PLEASE BEWARE of this location!! I complained about the promptness of the repair process and now I have no coolant in a practically brand new vehicle. I will be taking this up with corporate management
Extremely unprofessional I scheduled an appt for 3:30 p.m due to me having to work durning the day I left my job early for this diagnostic test on my vehicle, upon arrival the technician was working on another car which is understandable. I informed the rude front desk person ABDUL that I have to pick up my daughter from school by 6 - he said I can go pick up my daughter and come back by 4 - the rain was extremely heavy so unfortunately I did not arrive until 4:15 at 4:06 I received a call saying the technician was gone for the day. I was not offered a reschedule appointment or anything only after I brought up can I reschedule was that offered. I was placed on hold in the middle of me talking. This has been an awful experience - and I want it rectified immediately!!!
Love the Destination A/T Tires, hate the service at this particular Firestone. The tech who took my information and money at 4 pm was knowledgeable and decent the other 2 guys were practically useless.
I made an online reservation for 4pm. I got there 13 minutes early. At 5 on the first guy was getting off and told me that they had finished changing my oil and had started on the tires.
3.5 hours later I finally got to leave. It only takes me 20 minutes to change my own oil and that's not with all the equipment they have. I got 4 tires and the other Firestone dealer only took an hour to do those, so what could be the problem.
At 7:00 pm I noticed my hood up on my truck. I went out into the garage to find out what was taking so long and what problems are going on.
2nd guy got mad at me for coming out in the garage and wouldn't let me get over to my truck. He told me that Advanced Auto gave them the wrong oil filter. Well, heck they were supposed to be done the oil change at 5 pm. Why are they dickering around with that 3 hours later?
On Dodge trucks, the oil filter goes on top of the engine under the air box. 10 minutes and it's changed.
I was supposed to be somewhere at 6 pm. I allowed 2 hours to change 4 tires and the oil with what I thought was professional mechanics and state of the art equipment, instead I get the Keystone Cops.
I highly recommend these Firestone Destination series tires, they are quiet up to 70 mph, great traction on wet roads and since I'm heading north where it's supposed to be snowing I'm looking forward to driving in the white stuff. If they fail to perform, I'll edit this review.
However, you really need to go elsewhere unless you like sitting doing nothing for 3.5 hours and have no one explain why your sitting. Bring a book.
I had a great experience this go round. I came early for my oil change appointment and had to wait a while but once Sterling started working on my vehicle things picked up. He was very attentive and friendly making the wait worthwhile.
Would’ve been 5 stars, had it not been for Sterling. The aggressive,loud, combative, and all angry individual I encountered on my return trip. Not only was he rude to me, he attempted to belittle a co-worker.
Kai, Ron and Chris were 10/10 superb! Kai had the best customer service. Ron performed outstanding service, and Chris who handled my phone call prior to my return trip.
That angry individual is bad for business and he had his AirPods in without a name tag. I had to ask someone his name before I left.
I was totally disappointed my first time in this shop. I was told one thing over the phone and something else in person. To add insult to injury I wasn't given a receipt and was told it would come to me in a email.( that's odd) It took me three calls and contacting Firestone Corporate
before my receipt some how came instantly. Corporate couldnt even find me in there system when using my number, remind you this was supplied when I made the online appointment. I checked back into my account online , there was not one trace that I made that appointment. Very Fishy ...WHEN calling back to ask questions about the report, the So- called manager acted like he had no knowledge of cars or the service diagnosis. I found the two guys at the front were quite sluggish and appeared to have no real work ethics. HAS Firestone got this desperate for employees? That's not the worst ! By the time I got home, I smelled hot oil and realized the mechanic left my dipstick up, and oil was everywhere on the engine. It took me 30 minutes to clean everything up. These people aren't professionals. MY husband said even the bathroom was nasty with a ring in the toilet. I will NEVER RETURN to this place. I doubt if they even wipe the chairs down where the customers sit. SHAME on the owner of this shop for hiring such lazy help.
