Todd and the entire front crew including inspection team has been incredibly personal and supportive. Typically, I feel like I am being getting over on at auto shops, but not here. They are REAL and fair.

I usually work on vehicles myself, and only take them to the shop when I'm in a bind. I have lived in the area only a year now, and it is hard to find a honest shop that will give you due respect. This is especially due to the fact I am deaf and communicate in ASL.

They worked around my communication barriers very flawlessly- they texted me. They were always on top of things and they were open to some options.

Long story short, I installed a Chinese (not recommended) aftermarket gps unit and somehow it caused a major electrical short that zapped my battery fuse (Yeah "oh that one") and my starter motor.

They were at my house within 40 minutes of my phone call, towed my huge 4 door crew cab truck like a champ, brought it to the shop. Had my truck fixed by the afternoon next day.

The frosting on the cake was their kindness and relaxed/confident professionalism.

Like the Terminator said, "I'll be back".

Seriously- feel my joy from here. Go to them for your automotive needs. I don't normally leave reviews, and here ya go.

The manager was very pleasant and communicative. The front desk staff was also extremely pleasant. They saw me very quickly even though I was a Saturday walk in. And they didn't break the bank!

These guys are the best. They found a lot of issues when I had an inspection, and fixed everything in a couple hours. When I needed to go back a few weeks later they solved it all in less than an hour. My ten year old car has never been driving better.

This place is awesome. Seriously helped me when i was in a bind and got quoted much higher prices at other places. They fixed my mirror in less than an hour with exceptional customer service from Todd.

We needed a spare tire set on the wheel and stopped by the Liberty Road location without an appointment. They were short staffed, and it wasn't urgent, so we just dropped it off. Even so they got it done and called us the same day to pick it up. They were so friendly and helpful, we will definitely be bringing cars here when we need service done.

Excellent Customer Service. Will have you in and out and explain the process. This is my new "go to" auto shop.

Took my car for a brake change and the customer service was phenomenal! I arrived for my appointment and the staff was so pleasant! They also finished my car way faster than expected! Totally recommend 7 auto care in Randallstown!!

Pulled into their shop @ like 3:45pm w/ all the wires in my trunk lid completely severed. Causing my ABS, VDC OFF & SLIP lights to be on my dash. I had No brake or reverse lights & the trunk wouldn’t open w/ out crawling through the backseat to pull the emergency latch. Not safe to drive and the shop up the street said they couldn’t fix it until Monday (Today is Thursday) These guys are Awesome! They fixed it! SAME DAY even though they close at 5! They even discovered that the brake light fuse had also blown and they changed that also! I was back in my car by 5:30pm. All the lights are off the dash the trunk opens and all my rear lights work again. They only charged me for 1hr of labor and I was happy to pay it :)

*This is the only place I go for diagnostics and repair. I took my first car here when I was 16 and 23 years later still coming back! ***My review was for the original Automasters*** I hope the new owners are just as good.

Les & team are so incredible and I trust them completely with my vehicles. They’ve helped me out now two times and both times I’ve driven away so happy and relieved. Their prices are great! They are unbelievably fast. I appreciate how personable the whole team is, too. They’ve got a customer for life!

I have had 3 cars inspect thru them they get me in and out at the time estimated. If there is anything to be done, they will give you the lowest price around. They make you feel like family.

Visit 1: they helped me get my utility trailer to pass inspection when 5 other shops turned me away.
Visit 2: they got me in same day for a tire repair and it was done in under 30 minutes for $25! The last place we went took almost two hours and charged $55!

I called on Monday to have some tires I purchased installed. They were able to get me on Wednesday which was amazing for my busy schedule! I was in and out within an hour and the cost was GREAT compared to the local competition, which was double what I was charged! And the guy at the front desk was SO nice! 10/10 Highly Recommend!

If you're like most people you want an honest auto shop that does great work at a good price. That's exactly what you get at Automasters. I've been coming here for several years now since my in-laws recommended them to me, and I've never had a bad experience with them. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else, and neither should you!

Had to get my starter replaced and they were able to get it done the same day at a great price! Owner is very personable and helpful. Definitely would recommend coming here

Amazing service! The best prices my family and I could find. Very professional, and they give you exactly what they say they will. If there is any additional work that needs to be done they will call and inform you prior to doing it. It's my family and I go to spot.

Automasters have been my go to mechanics for over 25 years. I won't trust anyone else with my personal or company vehicles. Honest and fair. What more could you ask! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

This is your friendly, family-oriented neighborhood auto shop from back in the day. I have been here several times for minor/major repair work and routine maintenance. They are HONEST, FAIR, helpful and very pleasant. If your car doesn't need a particular service they tell you so, and if it does, they are realistic about how soon you need to fix that item. I have recommended friends and family to this shop and they all had good things to say about their experience as well. I highly recommend this business!

I've been going too Automasters for years now found out about this place through my father. They've always been honest and true professionals since I've been dealing with them. I've never had a bad experience here and the entire staff are down too earth individuals. Don't plan on taking my vehicle anywhere else anytime soon. Very trustworthy business.

Don't look anywhere else, this place is as top notch as it comes. I've been there a few times and love the experience and the service.
Recently took my car in for an oil change and to tighten the power steering belt. When I got it back the air wouldn't turn on unless on full blast. Seemed a little funny to me so I took it back in. They determined what the problem was and even though it probably was just coincidence that the part went up while at the shop, they offered to replace it without charging me labor. They really didn't have to do that...but it shows that customers are very important to them. They've got my business.

My husband and I have been taking our car here to get serviced at Auto Masters for the past few years now. We have been extremely impressed with the quality of work they provide, reasonable rates and a since of honesty and integrity that I have not seen in this industry for a very long time. The front desk person is always helpful, knowledgeable about cars and reassuring. I wish they had a greater presence on Liberty Rd. so that others would try them out. We recently moved downtown and I will continue to make the trip to Randallstown to bring them our car. For us their service had been unmatched. You get a down home feel when entering their doors and somehow a peace that your car is safe with them!!
