My battery needed to be replaced. It was still under warranty. Walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Duke. (Guy with long locs) He asked what I needed, I explained what's been going on. He looked up my info and proceeded to swap out and install my battery! No stress. No issues. Great for a Monday morning! I will definitely keep coming back. Thanks Duke!
Shay P. was extremely helpful to my daughters and I (30 mins to closing time). She located a part that we needed and also called a different location to confirm a part that her location was out of stock on. I truly appreciate her assistance and friendliness!
I recommend using them only if you really know what you’re doing thier not mechanics and the younger ones are not that knowledgeable. They try to be helpful I mean no disrespect
This place isn’t friendly. The parts driver uses the Handicapped space to load the parts truck and gives customers the middle finger for being in their way. Poor business practices… I guess I’ll be going to Fisher Auto parts!
I have bad English, I tried to explain that I need a product from their site, but the sellers refused to find the product from their site, they raised their voices at me. You can't yell at customers.
London and Rodney were amazing in helping us. Alternator went out 2.5 hours from home and they both went above and beyond to help us make sure we got everything we needed to get fixed up.
Possibly the worst AutoZone in the entire country! The staff is all yelling at each other. The customers are yelling at the staff. The staff are yelling at the customers. The staff can’t figure out how to perform a return for me. This place is so messed up. AutoZone needs to pull their franchise!
8:15 on a Saturday, the store was supposed to open at 7:30. A company delivery driver came and left, an employee is here and can't get in. Customers are standing outside waiting.
Good morning, I purchased an alternator from Autozone 3 weeks ago and had to return it because I given the wrong part. Went back last week to purchase the alternator again and was assured by the manager this was the correct one. Only for it to be the wrong one again. Today I returned the second alternator, but this time Rodney was there. He looked at the old alternator and immediately knew the one I purchased was the wrong one. He scrolled through the alternators for my vehicle and found the correct one. Not only was Rodney knowledgeable about the part he was very patient and thorough when making sure the attachments on the alternator were in the right place and it was the right fit for my vehicle. Thank you so very much Rodney.

If you want excellent service, avoid at all costs purchasing anything at this store. I have a coolant leak with my engine at risk of frying, and they denied the use of water with the answer: Hello Nahhhhh. The previous store Autozone 6773 at Lanham was able to fill 6 litters of water, which allowed me to get to this store to make the purchase of the K-Seal Colant Leak repair once again. I would never buy at this store and will recommend everyone to avoid this Auto Zone at all cost if your vehicule life depends on it.
Attached is a picture of the previous purchased and the two blue sealants were purchased here. Thank God the other store filled those six for me, and I was left with 3 to survive the next 30 min trip to the next auto shop. I won't choose Auto Zone for my purchase next time. Think about it, your engine is your lifeline. Hopefully, the manager at this location will do a better job at hiring adequately people to care about customers' concerns like the previous store.
The manager (tall older man) accused me of ripping them off because I returned a refrigerant valve that did not work. I had to explain to him how valves are supposed to work. He did not know...
Forgot to leave a review. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy who helped me. He was extremely helpful even though I was a bad customer forgetting what I needed and sending him on extra unnecessary trips. I apologized of course. But he was very gracious with a "It's really no problem.". I'm now committed to using *this* AutoZone from now on.
Every time i have came into the store i have had issues with ALL the employees in this store. Treated with disrespect, employees want to argue with me and then talk about me to other employees. I have witnessed employees sitting on the counters on the phone with a line of people. I was told at this location that only allows 5 quarts of oil to be dumped at one time while other stores have told me 5 gallons of oil can be dumped at one time. I was told i needed to get my facts straight. I will not return to this store as a commercial customer or a retail customer. This store has been the worst autozone since it has opened.do not recommended going to this store for anything.
Alex was highly professional and exceptionally kind on my visit. He quickly assisted me with diagnosing an issue with my tail lights and replacing the necessary parts. Above and beyond service!
I had a good experience here. I was greeted promptly upon arriving. The associate was friendly and had no problem helping me test my alternator. My hood was jammed so it took a little longer to get started but he was patient and even tried to help. Ended up needing a new bulb and he directed me to where it could be found. Seems like a good store. Left a great first impression.
I was at this location yesterday the service was good but I noticed a employee Kevin advising some of the other employees to tuck there shirts in. The employees weren't listening to him if this is a policy him asking the employees of such was a great thing to do and it looks a lot more professional of the staff.
This place is highly professional I recommend everyone to come here. The assistant manager Alex was highly professional and personable and helped me with my problem.
My cars windshield wiper flew off while driving in the highway and he helped to fix the problem he deserves high acknowledgment 2 raises and 2 bonuses; it’s hard to find hard working professional who have excellent communication skills and a young intelligent man who solved the problems that others did not see. Come to this Autozone you won’t regret it!!!!!
If I could give this store 10 stars, I would! To make a long story short, I was stranded out in Arbutus and the store team members came through for me so I could get home. But I have to give a special shoutout to Alex G. who drove out to put a new battery in my car and got it up and running again. (My car broke down not too far from the store.) Thank you guys! I appreciate you. Keep it up!
My experience was horrible!! I will never utilize this location ever, again! They claim my part was ordered, that it'll be there the very next day. The next day came, it still wasn't there! They stated something went wrong, whatever that was, and they would order it again, to be there the following day. Next day, they stated Therir going to issue me a refund, because the locations thought they had it, but they didnt!!!

Customer service was very friendly and honest. The cashier didn't know the answer to my question about said so but directed me to the person who did know. My only issue, and it's not really their fault, but the parking lot is in a bad heavy traffic spot to get in and out of but I'll def go back because of the exemplary customer service. I was not paid to write this, i my last several visits to a different parts store were less than satisfactory due to the very indifferent and unprofessional staff that seemed bothered when asked to look up a part. Often times you can tell what level of service you're going to receive based on geographic area...this visit was no different than what I expected! Two female employees with no regards for customers who were patiently waiting while they were having personal interactions with male customers touching and laughing w/the employees! Please DO BETTER to change the mindset of people like me and I'm sure others as well and hire professional employees! So disappointed we left and went to Advance Auto ??
Mr. Smith, the store manager was a blessing! He was very patient with me when I showed how sticker shocked I was for my car’s battery price. When I finally agreed to buy, the only battery in my price range was busted, damaged and unusable. I got ready to leave but Mr. Smith called me back and worked out an AWESOME deal on the higher priced car battery! They even put your new battery in your car and dispose the old battery for you. Corey, the tech who replaced my battery, was really polite and very professional. He took his time and ensured everything was installed securely. I highly recommend this Auto Zone if you are in need of assistance and enjoy quality customer service. ALL STARS at this location!
This location is still under construction. It appears they took over a rental car location lot that was formerly in this area. It appears that the lot location will be ideal as there are no other Auto Parts locations in the nearby area. This location appears to provide easy access to the main roads for large vehicles.
