The team we worked with was exceptional. They were not moving a small amount - we were almost four trucks, and they had a great attitude and work ethic the entire time they were on sight. These guys were GREAT! I had a lot of trash , no problem. There was a lot of good stuff that I didn’t want to go to a landfill; they assured me that they try to rehome that stuff, or donate it. That was important to me. They were very polite and respectful and had a plan on how to load up the truck so they could fill it to the brim. My niece said that she should have gone with them, as it was comparable to renting a dumpster, and they did all the work! Great experience all around.

Mario, Derrick and the team were very responsive to outeach, were able to make an appointment with very little notice, provided an accurate estimate, and did a thorough job. They were recommended by my estate attorney to assist with clearing a house and I recommend them as well.

This was a seamless process from beginning to end. I called on a Sunday and the team was giving me a quote and hauling the very next day. It took all of 15 minutes to remove my item and the team was very kind and professional. Not only did they offer an affordable price, but I love that the first option is donation or recycling before they head to a landfill! 10/10 I recommend this company, I will definitely use them again in the future.

TLDR: Ultimately, this service is worth every reasonable penny, if you are thinking about using them then stop thinking and just do it. How do I truly express the awesomeness of this company? We are moving from a 3000 sq foot four floor townhouse to a 1500 sq foot bi-level home. The amount of stuff we have accumulated over the years that won’t fit into our new home is overwhelming. We have made countless runs to goodwill, to the dump, overloaded our poor neighborhood garbage collectors on a weekly basis. We have looked into renting a uhaul for dump runs, we looked into those units where they park it in front of your house and then take it away when full. The issue we kept coming to was a mixture of time and money. Was the cost of having someone else lug away our junk worth the time it would save? Based on everywhere we looked, the answer had been no. Then I came across Junkluggers. A company who will come and give me a quote, work with me on what he would take based on my budget, then he hauled it all away. And, on top of that, they sort your items for things that can be donated. Are you serious? All for a price that didn’t make me or my husband’s heart skip a beat? It was a no brainer. And they were super responsive and I didn’t have to wait a week or more for “availability”? What?? My only complaint is that I hadn’t found them 4 months ago when I first started this purge project. I would have saved entire weekends of time where I was enjoying my family instead of sorting through our junk for donation versus dump, then running around to all the places to get rid of those items.

The Junkluggers crew, D and N, were friendly, fast and efficient. We nearly filled the truck with furniture and some garage junk. Also, they were considerate of our pets. Very reasonable prices for the amount of stuff we had. Hopefully someone will get use out of our couches and dressers. They even helped us relocate a couch within the home, that we decided to keep. From the first phone call to the moment of completion, the service was top notch. I needed to clear out a storage unit that held the remaining items from a boutique I owned in a town I no longer live in. Cedrick and his partner showed up on time, gave me a very fair price, and got the job done swiftly.
