My 2023 RAV4 rear wiper needed replacing. I wanted a replacement that was close to the original and their NAPA wipers had the exact replacement. Made me a happy camper.
Stop watching your customers shop! Can't shop in peace. Some grumpy old man in a hat was watching me the whole time then another employee comes out and mockingly says to him "way ahead of you" then rings me up. All because I didn't need assistance while browsing. Black people can never catch a break I will not be back. If you're a person of color don't give these people your money.
The staff were very helpful. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for they helped me find something suitable when other NAPA locations also fid not have it.
Terrible, I placed an order for a reman cylinder head, they said they got it and it will be in in 4 days, 4 days came around then they said I have come pay for it first, I paid for it then 4 days or so later a head came with no cams, they sent it back and ordered another and the same thing happened again. Then they said I had to give the vin number to get the correct head, said they would call me back and never did. Ultimately after 3-4 weeks they got one in but I already had to order one somewhere else. For special orders I would suggest they call their vendors to verify what's being shipped matches their listing. I don't know why one employee said they completed the order without taking payment.
Our belt broke as we crossed the bay bridge. Mr. Tony was so helpful in finding a replacement belt and we greatly appreciate how knowledgeable and kind the staff are. Thank you!
Called in a day before and put spark plugs on hold win this morning to pick them up .The african american gentleman that was older was clueless and act like he could not help me. WHY HAVE THEM HELD & YOUR WORKERS ARE INCOMPETENT
TALKED TO BEN ABOUT GETTING A PART WOULD NOT HELP BECAUSE I RETURNED PARTS A YEAR AGO SAID HE WAS THE MANAGER THEN PROCEDDED TO HANG UP ON ME 3 TIMES BEFOR I GAVE UP AND CALLED ADVANCED HORRIBLE BUSSNESS BEING DONE HERE.

The new manager, Tony, has a wealth of automotive knowledge and parts experience. He is an exceptional asset to this location and I enjoyed visiting the store again today as it appears more stocked and organized! Great selection of headlights, wipers, and winter items.
So much better than the "big chain" auto stores. Go here to get knowledgeable staff and decent parts at a good price. Online ordering still needs work, but these guys are great.
After being placed on hold, I got on my phone and went to rockauto, got the starter solinoid shipped for $6 less than napa listed it online and I wasn't placed on hold for 9 mins. After placing my order I hung up just passed the 9 min mark

Huge selection of parts nearly always fit properly, and the staff helps make it right if they don't. Stuff you order in store generally gets there next day. Friendly and knowledgeable people.
They had my party butI was completely underwhelmed with the customer service. Now the guy that I worked with, Steve did take the time to look for my part and found the correct part, that's it! He didn't offer to help put it in the car, he didn't even give me eye contact when I was speaking to him. I don't know if he was busy, but I was underwhelmed if I can, I'm going to go somewhere else.
I was shopping around at different stores for some parts for my car. They were hands down the cheapest and also had GREAT service!!! Happy customers who will return!!
These guys can always get the parts I need if they don't already have them in stock. I'm surprised they don't seem more busy but I suspect the bulk of their sales are direct with mechanic shops. I needed a part and it was in stock at another store. One of their drivers drove down there and picked it up so I would have it same day. You really can't get better service than that.
Good customer service. Needed an alternator 2 weeks ago because mine broke. When I called, I explained that mine was under warranty because I had bought it from a NAPA location in DE back in 2012. Also explained that, my husband had not removed the damaged one. I asked if I could pay full price and get my money back once I've returned the core. They said yes. Came back today with the core and got a full refund with no trouble! Thanks Steve!!!
Terrible customer service. I was not greeted when I walked in...only stared at. Then, one of the guys told me the other guy could help me so I walked to the other counter. I asked to have my check engine light checked and they said they didn't do that there. Very unpleasant experience.
Good NAPA, hampered by corporate ownership - tools are over-priced. Not willing to discount prices for repeat customers due to corporate policies. Steve is the most knowledgeable parts person in the area.
