I was assisted by Katherine L. for a finger printing process this morning. Ms. Katherine was friendly and helpful. She made the process easy and quick, especially since it took a couple of tries to get my prints to accurately scan for the system. Thank you again, Katherine. Quick and friendly service One star off for no ♿ parking or ramp. Having said that, only one step up from the ground. But today even one step was difficult for me. On the plus side the ups delivery driver waited for me and held the door open ?

Katty helped me send out important documents, including a large check, and she was exceptional from start to finish. She was extremely helpful, very informative, and incredibly thorough — making sure everything was handled correctly and with care. Even with a crowd of people inside, she kept the entire process smooth and completely stress-free. I also want to recognize Abbey and Claudia, who were keeping the whole operation moving efficiently. They supported every customer with genuine professionalism and stayed upbeat and welcoming, even with the place packed and nonstop foot traffic. Their calm, attentive presence really stood out. As I walked into the store, I was greeted by Abby's kind welcome. Abby was a great help and very friendly. She was efficient and proficient. One of my labels did not scan, and she took the time to figure out how to get a new label for me. Abby at the Millersville location was awesome.

Everyone at this store is always so pleasant and I prefer to do all my returns here. Just had to make a return for a new store and I had the wrong packaging and bar codes. Abby was so helpful and I did have to go back home to get anything. I love good customer service.

On Friday I went to the UPS Store to return a few items, and even though it was really busy, I couldn’t help but notice how amazing the associate Katherine was! She was so welcoming to everyone who came in and managed to help multiple people at once — talk about multitasking! Despite the long line, she stayed polite, apologetic for the wait, and made sure every customer felt taken care of. Katherine is truly the best! She definitely deserves a raise for the way she handles that store with such professionalism and kindness.

I highly recommend going to this Ups. The staff was extremely helpful, informative and super friendly. The employee, Abby was a godsend. I came in thinking that my issue was a lost cause and she completely did EVERYTHING that I thought couldn’t be done. Plus she did it with a smile on her face. You don’t just don’t get service like that anymore. She needs to go on a tour and train people on how to give above and beyond great customer service. I had to take a picture of her beautiful smile.

Abby is so great at this UPS! It's the best UPS in Maryland. I've been using this UPS location for years and everyone is efficient not to mention cheerful as well. Also, they always have candy for their customers.
