Very quick and efficient, really good customer service, I came in they had the right tires for me and they put them on good. I Would recommend.

Recommended by a friend. I walked in with the tires I wanted and there was no funny business. Zuhair priced them and told me to return the next day. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes, from the time I parked to driving out with new tires. Very positive first experience.

Ive been coming here for years! I always get my tires here and they also do brakes as well. The owner is always so professional and kind. Him and his staff provide fast and efficient services. The pricing is always reasonable as well. I have a designated auto shop and a mobile mechanic however I ONLY get my tires from here (for both our cars), always ❤️. Highly recommend.

Avoid if you can. This place used to have reasonable prices but tried to charge me $75 to plug a tire today. Went to R Tire & Auto and same job was $29.50

Adam and Antonio were friendly and very knowledgeable. I got a spare tire for my truck. They had a very good selection of new and used tires. I was in/out very quickly with spare mounted, balanced and put back on my truck. Thank you guys

Person answering the phone was rude. I called simply asking for answers about tire size and pricing. Person answer the phone said he had other customers waiting, I understand they are busy but they could’ve said please hold and then make time to answer the phone. So unprofessional.

I have a fleet of work trucks and travel through all the DMV and beyond. NEVER have I been quoted $55 to mount and balance a tire. Even the national tire chains charge no more than $35. Also the worker here was not welcoming. He had a face and attitude as if he was terribly constipated.

These guys are great for patching tires plugging tires or getting used tires. I've even purchased new tires from them I have a business so I am there quite a bit. Great service. Thank you

Adam and Maryland Tire Depot did a great job replacing my VERY worn tires (see pic) that was causing my entire car to vibrate. I received a quote of over $1k for new tires from my local dealership, but Adam and his team got me 4 brand new tires with mounting for under $600. They arrived with 48 hours and he had them replaced in under 45 minutes with no appointment. No more vibrating car!!

After realizing that one of my tires had a nail in it, I was seeking a local shop to plug it. I'm thankful that this place exists and happened to be close to my office. The team was professional and got right to work when I explained what I was seeking. Within a few minutes I was back on the road and will be back if I run into similar issues in the future.

This is the kind of place you hope to find when looking for tires! I just left the Maryland Tire Depot and had best possible customer experience and price. During my recent visit, I was impressed and I strongly recommend them for tire services. From the moment I arrived, the Manager greeted me warmly and quickly assisted with my tire replacement. He checked the size of my existing tire and efficiently sourced the correct one. The tire was promptly mounted by a skilled employee. The customer service was exceptional; the Manager focused on matching the new tire with my existing ones without any pressure to buy more. The staff were courteous and made me feel valued as a customer. Overall, Maryland Tire Depot provided outstanding service. I will return for future tire needs and highly recommend them to others. These guys are super QUICK with their service and they have great prices. Customer service was amazing. They also took the time to explain the service, prices and also answered any questions I had. I’d certainly use them again!

They did an absolute fast and fantastic job, when i need to put a new tire on a rim, charged me 40 bucks, gave my tire a sanding and everything, Adam was such a cool dude, couldn’t ask for more!

If you have tire or brake problems, Maryland Tire Depot is the best place to get them fixed. I have the best experience dealing with the staff there. The tires and and brakes that I purchased were premium and were quite affordable. Where everywhere else tries to exploit people for profit, MTD deals with customers fairly. I couldn’t be more pleased having my tire and brake problems fixed.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time! Once I arrived I was greeted and I explained my problem. Within one minute another gentleman was already preparing to take off my tire. There were a few tire options I could purchase and the prices were very fair... no pressure at all. From the moment I parked to when I left it was less than 10 minutes! Completely unheard of if you have ever been to a typical tire shop. I will never go to another tire shop as long as I live in this area.

I was very pleased with my experience at Maryland Tire Depot. I was received as soon as I arrived and they started service right away. There was good communication and price was fair for a replacement tire which they happened to have in stock. I have already recommended someone else use them and would recommend that you do, too.

Very fast service. I come in a lot to have trailer tires replaced or patched if possible. I'm always out in less than 20 minutes which is great. They have used tires as well which is nice to keep cost down. I have never had any issues with their tires or repairs and I've been using them for several years.

These guys took care of me very well and worked really hard. I don't know much about tires but they answered my questions with honesty and did all the work in a very timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone needing new or used tires. I had tires put on my little class C rv and they did absolutely wonderful and took care of me well. I will definitely be going back and using them in the future. Plus their prices are not bad and their customer service is really good making you feel comfortable whenever you go there. Really appreciate these people.

The staff was very helpful, they have a huge variety of tires. This was the only spot that had my brand Continental HP 215/55/16 in stock. I was searching high & low near and far before I found my tire @ Maryland Tire Depot, had to travel 45 miles for this tire... Big Shout out to the Maryland Tire Depot I will definitely be back.

I order my brand new tire on mdtiredept website. Shipped the next day to the Millersville location for free by 11am. They were very fast, friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. They have used tires on the lot too. They also do other services such as brake pads I saw advertised. They were great!

I would have given them no stars if possible. I purchased a set of tires from them in October. They are Capitol tires by Nexen for a van. The rear passenger tire has split all around the bead. Tire has less than 10,000 miles on it. Andy told me that there isn't a warranty with this tire. I contacted Capitol in California and they assure me that there is most certainly a warranty. The tire looks like it may be defective but they just blew me off, didn't even look at the tire.
