I gave them a new tire to put on my wheel, but they stole my brand new tire and put a used one on. I didn’t realize until a week after because I assumed they were a reputable business and didn’t think they would do something like that. I no longer trust my vehicle being with them in any way.

Went to get lunch and discovered one of my tires had a big puncture in it from my morning drive to work. Looked quickly online and found this place. Very down to Earth place. Come in, pull up to a number, no appointment needed or wanted. I was honestly shocked with how quick it was given what I'm used to with car servicing typically taking an hour or longer to get even looked at, let alone get the car serviced. To top it off, the price was amazing as well. Will definitely consider coming out here again in case I get any more car tire troubles. Definitely one of the best, if not the best in the area.

I have to say that there is no other place on this EARTH that I would go to accept K&K Tire. The service and price is the best you will find ANYWHERE. Thank you K&K for always taking care of me and my family

It is a bit confusing to get to the service are, just keep pulling around until you see people. They were quick and friendly.

I previously had great experiences with this business but my father’s most recent time there left a sour taste in my mouth. He called a week ago and was quoted $927 out the door for 4 tires, but when he went in yesterday and had the tires mounted, the price mysteriously changed. He was charged $1200 for the same tires he was quoted $927 for a few days before. The $1200 does not include the mounting fee or tire disposal fee.

If I could give a million stars I would The Shenton family who owns this organization is professional The crew tried hard to get my tires on they didn't give up Mrs Shenton made me lunch Kenny and Mr Bill were accommodating they kept saying ty for being patient I said I am retired these people are the best around ty K n K family

I called on a saturday morning and 20 minutes later I was in and my car was being worked on. All four tires were replaced in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and efficient. The owner was more than helpful and friendly; he told me the tires would be $136 over the phone, but turns out he only had more expensive/higher end tires in stock. He Informed me that he would still give me the same price because he "doesn't like changing prices on people." Thank you for the amazing service and hospitality.

As usual, the service KK was fantastic. They took my car took the front left passenger side tire off. And patched it reinstalled the tire where it was on the rim and put it back on the car with the proper amount of air in about 15 minutes. Their service is fantastic. I’ve been going to them now for 30 years, I would recommend them to our president or Voice president. Brian Kaiser.

I’m extremely pleased with the service I received, called in the morning and by 3pm. I had 8 new virgin tire on my Semi truck. The customer service was top tier and I will definitely be a regular customer!

If you are in the market for new or used tires K&K should be your go to. When I was younger, I was there every few months for a patch or plug or used tire. They have always remained honest with what you need and super reasonable on prices. I had to get tires last week and it was a no brainer to go to them. Same great service and great prices.

We’ve been going to k&K for years. The price is very competitive, usually less expensive than elsewhere, they’re fast and efficient. Can I just say something about the gentleman who runs the front desk? He’s not only knowledgeable but so very personable to everyone who comes in or calls. So extremely nice in this crazy world! Their new facility is great and don’t worry, it’s just down from their old location! Make the call, you won’t be disappointed!

I love KNK tires. This is the third time I’ve been there and my second car. I was able to call ahead to make sure they had the tires I wanted and even though they are secondhand, they are awesome. Look almost brand new. Very very happy. They are friendly, professional, and super fast and very, very reasonable.

The service that I received at K&K was great. This was my first encounter and my son recommended K&K because he's been going there for years. This place is great! Everyone, and I literally mean EVERYONE, working when I showed up unannounced was pleasant and happy to help me out. The wait was minimal. They had my old tire off and the new one on in minutes. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be back next time I need tire service. I highly recommend K & K.

I had a great experience getting tires by myself. (Dad normally does it) the staff was very inviting!! Heyyy and thank you to the nice lady who waved me right over!! Fast and efficient staff/service!!! The guys who changed it were very professional. The price was good and they have plenty of tires. Like a magical tire land. Shout out to the nice guy with the accent(sorry I didn’t get your name) very amazing customer service skills the accent was like the icing on the cake! 🤌🏾 Definitely will return for any future tire issues!!

DO NOT TRUST K AND K TIRES!! I purchased a rear tire today 01/09/2025. I left, drive to work, went to leave work and hopped on 95 (a heavily traveled highway) and the same tire they replaced flew off across the highway, rim and all!! Skidded 45-50 ft down 95. Almost crashed and could have killed a fellow traveler. It gets worse, I called them and a tow truck came to tow my car in. Once I arrived, nobody addressed me and asked me if I was okay or offered any concern. Then, when it came to the replacement of the tire, they replaced the tire but then when I asked about replacing my rim, a refund, and possible brake or axle damage, a woman told me it's my fault the tire flew off and offer another excuse of ice. I did not accept any of those response. She refused to replace my rim that shot across 95 and told me if I wanted a refund then I can forget about the rim. To me, that doesn’t make any sense because it doesn’t replace all that was damaged or lost due to their lack of safety processes and standard operating procedures. In no way making the situation, right. This is about principle. As a long time business in the community, I did not expect this treatment. My entire family has been using k and k for 30 plus years and this situation showed me k and k cannot be trusted with quality of work, safety for their customers, nor care and consideration for another human life. I am attaching videos and pictures. They did not replace my standard rim. They provided me with a plain metal rim. Then said that is all. I didn't even feel comfortable allowing it to go back to k and k but was out of options since it was close to 4. I'm in utter disbelief and shock at the lack of compassion, professionalism, safety standards, lack of accountability, and so much more. I hope the owner sees how their employees and managers treat their customers as well as the lack of professionalism and care for their customers. Please do not trust your car to them. YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT! Please think of your family and children when going here!! I am honestly scared about driving my car. Pictures and videos will be posted in comments.

Our car was sideswiped and our rim was dented bad enough that the tire was losing pressure. This shop was able to repair the rim and tire when they could’ve easily told me they couldn’t and sold me a new tire and rim. This is the second time I’ve used K&K but it won’t be the last. Honest company! Highly recommended!

I wouldn't recommend k&k tires to my worst enemy. A couple weeks back they scratched my brothers rim and told him it would take two days to get back and it took over a week to get it back. Then this past Friday they dented my homeboys rim and are refusing to fix it trying to say it was like that and it was most definitely not like that. If you want a shady place that doesn't take responsibility for their employees actions k&k is the place. As for me I will never return for service even if they were the only place to go I'll drive on my rim before I let them touch anything on my car, I wouldn't even let them pick the pebbles out of the tread on my tires. I can't stand poor costumer service.

One of my favorite New and Used Tire Shops for many years! I have recommended numerous friends to K&K Tires over the years! Now K&K tires is their home for used tires as well! I used to pay $30 per used tire, now the price is $50 per tire! I get it! Prices change! Still a Happy Customer! This visit I had my son with me and it was raining 🌧️ Wet and muddy! The worker gave me the option of staying in the vehicle 🚗! I appreciated that! All 4 tired switched out and I didn’t even exit the car! The office rep, also came out to the vehicle to get my credit card, took it inside to charge and brought it back out to me. I signed the receipt and pulled off. It really felt like I visited a “Drive-thru Tire Shop” Now there’s a New idea K&K Tires! Create a space for customers to drive up and not have to exit their vehicle while getting their tires changed! Last plus that will keep me a customer for years to come. I was rushing to make it there by 12 Noon, the time I thought they still closed on Saturdays, but I was happy to hear they extended their hours until 3pm on Saturdays. Amazing idea, especially for people who work Monday-Friday, and busy with kid activities early morning on the Weekends! 5-Star-Service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loyal Happy Customer!

K&K is a great local tire shop. Amy was great and the guys are very fast and efficient at their jobs like usual. I’ve had this shop put tires on multiple trucks I’ve owned and swap rims on my boat trailer. Highly recommended

I walked out of the house for work on Tuesday morning to this! Thankfully, we were able to order a new tire through K&K and have it in only 2 days. They called to let us know the tire was in so I ran over there quickly during my work day. They were able to get the tire on my wheel, back on my car and even put my spare back under my car all in about fifteen minutes! Highly recommend!

I've been going to K&K Tires for 20yrs, Always get quick and great service. The staff is always friendly. You can get new and used tires, also patches for flat tires. They've been able to do from my smaller cars to my lifted truck. Great shop.

I have had tires repaired and rims ruined so I'm very particular about where I go to get my F150 tires worked on. Then today I discovered K & K tires. Jason and his crew does an awesome job and they give you 30 days on any repair. I waited in line while in my truck in about 30 mins. I was serviced and out the door in less than one hour. They are my tire guys for life. They sell tires too.
