Fast, efficient and knowledgeable! Waiting on the Baltimore Beltway is no fun with a non functioning car during rush hour. Called insurance company for roadside assistance - a tow and was given a tow that indicated a wait time of over two hours. Called Elite and was told thirty minutes. Mike Larry tow driver came sooner than expected and kept me smiling through a frustrating situation that felt defeating, especially with the 695 traffic and an initial wait time of two and half hours. He kept me safe on the roadside and quickly delivered me and my car to the service center. The service center was closed but Mike guided me through the steps in leaving my car. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Having to get your car towed for any reason can easily be annoying and overwhelming situation. Especially if you’ve had a breakdown! But Elite definitely made the entire process smooth! I greatly appreciate my driver Mike Larry! He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable! He had my car hooked up in no time, granted me a ride w/ my vehicle and made sure I was straight before leaving me at the auto shop, which I really appreciate. AJ came to my rescue when Progressive Roadside Assistance failed to show after waiting two hours on a busy highway in 24 degree weather. Elite was professional from the start, arriving swiftly and providing friendly service at an exceptional rate. Highly recommend.

This was the best tow service I had. Without me saying anything he tried to see if we could get the car started, we couldn’t but I loved that he tried. The price was very reasonable and he came when he said he was going to come. 5 star service. Definitely calling him again

My husband and I got stranded on I 97 when our car broke down he called elite towing and their response time was half of what everybody else this was. He told us that he had a driver that could probably be there in around 35 or 40 minutes. Our driver Mike showed up in record time. He was professional and concerned he towed our car to the garage, which was not close his concern for our safety was overwhelming.

Keith towed my car to the junkyard. He was professional and very kind. I had forgotten some things in the car and he let me come and retrieve them. Then the MVA needed a receipt 2 months after the car was gone. Keith very kindly went out of his way to help me. I have the highest regard for him and can say with certainty that if you choose him for your service, you will not be disappointed. Keith is personal, professional and highly competent. Choose him.

My differential blew out on my truck earlier today(Saturday) around 4 PM. I called Elite Towing and they had a driver out in under 30 minutes. The pickup was smooth, quick, and completely stress-free. Mike Jones was my driver, and he did an outstanding job. His communication was clear the whole time—he let me know what was happening, took great care loading the truck, and made sure it got safely to my mechanic. He even sent me pictures of exactly where he dropped it off and followed up with a call to confirm everything was good. Highly recommend Elite Towing, and shoutout to Mike Jones for making a rough situation way easier than it could’ve been. Would absolutely use them again.

very responsive, called with updates and details, got me to my location with no issues and wonderful handling. almost had to sleep on the road if it wasn't for Mike. great guy, super helpful.

The tow job was adequate. Final price was more than quoted over the phone. I asked the tow drivers multiple times before he left to make sure the receipt had all the information on it, as I needed to submit it to my insurance company. Needless to say he didn’t. Tried calling to get them to update the receipt and was given the runaround. I would suggest skipping them on your search in you’re in need of a tow. There’s plenty of other options.

The person I spoke to over the phone about the stone that their tow truck caused my windshield to crack was inconsiderate and dismissive. Will be following a police report as I have the footage on dash-cam.

My car died on Oakwood Road. I has called my roadside assistance with my insurance company. I waited 2.5 hours without showing up. I call Elite Towing the Gentleman on the phone was very nice and reassuring said they would get to me in 15 minutes. Right on the he was there and hooking up my car to tow it. I was grateful. The gentleman who helped me by returning my damaged 24' boat trailer (with boat) was Mike Larry Jones. Mr. Jones was outstanding. I threw a tire off my single axle trailer at 65 mph on Maryland 295 south of Baltimore. He arrived as promised. He was courteous and kind. He was able to get my spare tire mounted on the severely damaged hub so that he could get the rig on his flat bed. He took extra care to ensure the odd and bulky rig was secure and wouldn't shift. He was sensitive to my needs and schedule on the return to my house. When we arrived at my home in Delaware, he evaluated the unloading conditions (up sloping driveway) and spent the time to gently and carefully maneuver the 4,000 pound rig perfectly in my driveway (taking care not to damage my new concrete driveway). The unloading was awkward, but he didn't rush and spent the time needed to gently unload the rig up my driveway, uphill. Mr Jones is very skilled and is a great individual and I can't thank him enough for the care he took in the whole process, from pickup to drop off. If he is representative of Elite employees, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Thank you elite towing for helping me in a bind. Boat trailer blew a hub bearing on 6/22/2025 a Sunday evening on route 100 west. Elite towing came to the rescue promptly and got my boat towed to a reputable repair facility in a timely manor. Thank you Elite Towing!!

I can’t have enough words to thanks to this company and its crew . Owner Keith is very responsible/reliable/ reasonable as well. Driver I forgot his name but very nice and efficient and cool customer service with his smile face . Go for it blindly. You will feel good service from them .

Scheduled a tow for 6:30AM so I could get the car towed in before the dealer opened and get to work on time. 6:45AM rolls around and nothing was heard so I hit up the driver on the number he texted me on the day before. No response. 10 more mins, called the company. Dispatcher said they’d call the driver and call me right back. 12 minutes later, the driver calls and says he’s leaving the yard now and he’ll be here in 20 minutes. The driver arrived 68 minutes later at 8:14AM--an hour and 44 minutes late. Needless to say, I was almost an hour late for work. Only positive was the car got to the destination and the guy got it loaded/unloaded quick enough. Price wasn't terrible.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Elite Towing! This past Wednesday, I had a tire blowout on 97N, and Mike, the tow driver, went above and beyond to help. Not only did he quickly swap out the tire, but he also followed me to the Exxon station to ensure it had the proper air pressure before I got back on the road. His professionalism, kindness, and commitment to making sure I was safe exceeded my expectations. Outstanding service—highly recommend Elite Towing!

I didn’t even know you can have a great tow experience! Mike showed up 15 minutes after I called and quickly took care of me and walked me through towing my car into a service center after hours. He even waited with me in the parking lot until my ride came so I wouldn’t be in an empty lot alone. It was actually a sigh of relief for a 💩 day and his kindness changed the course of my day. Elite towing wins my business for any time in the future. I called for a tow, and they showed up in less than an hour. The dispatcher rerouted a truck to get my vehicle out of the roadway. Aaron, the tow truck operator, was very friendly and courteous. We sat on the road for 2 hours waiting on a tow truck from State Farm insurance. They never showed. Elite towing for the win. Great job, fellas.

Absolutely the example of Customer Service. I called for an estimate and it was given. That's it..no pressure. I called back to arrange the tow and the response was, "OK one of my drivers will be there within 35 minutes." No one believes me because they always have to wait for an hour when calling other companies. I don't think I waited the full 35 minutes. Once the driver (Mr. Mike Larry) arrived, he was Polite, Proficient, Professional & Patient. He answered my questions and was informative on what he was doing. He made sure my truck was parked where I wanted it and reminded to turn off my cabin light. This company is not just about their money. Thank you Mr. Larry! Called them to tow my car to a local repair shop and they were able to send a driver out immediately. Pricing was good for the distance. Driver sent out was named Mike. He was a great, professional and personable guy. Took great care of my car. Would definitely recommend this service to friends and family.

Today I was driving my LQ gooseneck horse trailer , with my 2 horses, down Rt 3 when my Chevy Silverado just shut down, no lights, no power steering, no brakes, nothing. Parked in the shoulder, I called US Rider, my trailer insurance company and fortunately for me they called ELITE Towing! Keith was amazing, he was able to tow my truck, trailer and horses all the way to our barn. Then after I unloaded the horses, and disconnected the Horse Trailer, he took my truck to the Chevy dealership. I explained to him he would be towing two 'priceless' horses and he delivered them to our barn safe and sound. I will forever be grateful to Keith and ELITE TOWING. Joyce Cowfer

I got a flat tire near BWI because of a pothole. (They must do something about these potholes in Baltimore area) Anyway, I needed to tow my car and Elite Towing performed a service for me. His service was very professional, and he showed up on time as he promised.

My wife's vehicle broke down in the side of I-97. Keith (the owner) answered my call quickly. He was VERY kind & helpful and dispatched a truck to help her immediately. The driver of the tow truck made it to help in under 15 minutes. Low and behold, it was Keith driving! He had her car loaded up on the flatbed in less than 5 minutes. The car was delivered safely to the dealership shortly thereafter. Keith was incredible to work with. He has the best service of ANY tow company I've ever used.
