Was stranded on the highway late last night and had no idea where I was. Not only did they find me, but stayed on the phone with me while they searched. Very helpful and friendly. Made a really nerve wrecking situation, barrable.

Got a flat tire en route from NJ to WV. Billy the tow truck driver was courteous and helpful. He took us to a Smittys and we had a new tire installed. They saved the day!

Got stranded outside of LaVale. Billy was the absolute best driver I've ever met. He was very polite and made me feel comfortable for the almost 2 hour ride home.

I have never had such an easy experience with tow truck drivers before I dealt with Billy from JTC customs. He was so polite, helpful quick and efficient. If you ever get stuck somewhere and want your vehicle handled with care, call JTC and ask for Billy to come save the day!

I want to congratulate you for having Ray on your team! My car just stopped going up a mountain and AAA sent Ray. He was meant to tow me a great distance but he said he’d bring gas in case. Sure enough my low fuel icon was wrong. Then he kindly followed me to a gas station. I’m an old lady and I can’t believe how accommodating and kind Ray was. God bless you !

Had a work vehicle break down on the side of 68 and I called JTC to come take it to Langley's. They were there within 20 minutes, dropped the car, and even waited for my two employees who they then drove down to the Uhaul place to rent a van. Excellent service and great guys to work with. Thanks fellas!

Took my medical marijanna from the car

In terms of service very very fine. My driver was not particularly friendly but was in no means rude. I called and was picked up and recommended a great place to have my tire fixed. However, my car was drivable, so it was able to be driven up the rollback (no extra hard work) AND was only towed 1/4 mile away... charged $100. To me that was obscure, however I do not have the knowledge to know if that was too high of a price or not. Overall I will always look at the positives over the negatives.

I was not even the customer and I felt the need to leave a review. Whoever the man was driving the tow truck this evening has an awful attitude. I was stuck on a very sharp turn between his tow truck and another vehicle behind me. I had no where to go really. So, he actually got out of his truck, proceeded to yell at me pointing his finger telling me where to go then got back in his truck slamming the door. Not to mention this was on the road I live on. Once I got out of his way he then started whipping the tow truck around beacuse he was clearly in a very bad mood. I hope the customer he was servicing has a better experience than I did.

Got broken down on side of road and tow truck came 30 minutes after estimated time, get in truck and guy is trying to get me to scrap the car to his boss 5 minutes in and proceeds to go service other jobs while I am paying for his time. After I informed him to take it to a shop he got a call from his boss to stop doing other jobs and bring me to my drop off. In the mean time he was going 20 over while texting in a pissed mood. Once we got close to the drop off we were downtown and he suggested that was the drop off point and called his boss. Boss told him drop off was at the dealership and he needed to take me there. On the way there he was going 45 in a 25 on his phone where there is constant sidewalks in a college town. Overall pretty bad experience. would not recommend

We got stranded in the middle of Maryland and Ray from JTC helped us. He went out of his way to make sure we were calm and comfortable. He checked back with us and helped us even after he dropped us off. Thanks so much guys!! Ray is the bomb!

Last Friday we where down , van wouldn't start. Short version ,driver showed up help with some trouble shooting. (Within 1/2 hr) Battery ,which they had new.It all just fell into place and family was mobile again.3hrs from home ,wasn't a good feeling . Driver was outstanding ,polite ,and obviously helpful .Actually gave a "care". Still good people in this world. To him and his son family and I have much gratitude &appreciation! THANK YOU saved our weekend.

I would like to know why yall cut my fuel line, cut and crimped, and just told me the engine must be messed up after my wreck. They are shady, "offered" me to just bring my title instead of a $600 tow bill. Then charged me $700 and would only take cash and told me I would have to wait for a receipt to be emailed to me. GFY!!!

2 gentle helped tow me but most importantly fixed my minor car issue free of charge. THANK YOU GENTLEMEN (EMT & helpful Mechanic) for helping a frightened lone travel nurse heading back home to California ?? God bless you all & GO RAVENS ?

We had a totaled car in our driveway that we had been trying to find a salvage yard to take for a few days. I called JTC and they took it at no cost within 20 min of hanging up the phone. Fast and efficient! They’re a credit to the area! Thanks again!

My car broke down and I got a tow from them, a man named Bull helped me out, very nice and helpful I would definitely use this company again

They take way too long and I used AAA. They make AAA look horrible. Took them way to long to arrive and they repeatedly lied to AAA about their arrival time and it kept getting later and later. We had to sit on the side of the highway for hours.

My fiancée and I were very pleased with the service offered by this towing company. They were by far the fastest option for us in Cumberland, MD. Not only that, but they were able to get us in touch with a mechanic to help us get our flat tire fixed same day (a Sunday evening)! I highly recommend their service and hope that AAA continues to keep them in their list. These people were polite, friendly, and professional. If I ever break down in the area again, my first call will be to them.

Highly recommend! We were traveling in bad weather and got stuck in the snow. They were quick, professional and reasonably priced and helped us get safely to our destination. Strongly encourage you to give them a call!

My husband and I were traveling from Harpers Ferry, WV to Hurricane, WV when our truck broke down in Friendsville, MD. JTC was initially dispatched with AAA, but they didn’t have a truck to accommodate myself and my husband in the cab of the truck. After being hung up on by AAA three different times trying to get updates on a new tow truck, I called back JTC to see if there was anything they could do. Within 10 minutes, JTC was able to get a tow truck big enough for my husband and I to ride along in and get it approved through AAA. Even though we had to wait another hour for the tow truck to arrive, they towed us home to Hurricane, WV. Without these guys, my husband and I would have been stranded in Maryland with no way home. Thank you all so much!

We had agreed to turn over our title and keys so that we could get our personal belongings and tags back out of the vehicle after it had been towed and stored. We gave the title and keys at the shop and they sent some young kid with us to the tow yard to get our items. Everything was gone from inside the truck except for some garbage. The tools in the back (that the owner even mentioned when I called about the truck) and all of that was gone and we got none of it back. When we called back about the items they said maybe someone else had gone into it and stolen them since the cap wasn't locked. Poor security at your open tow yard isn't the customer's fault. I'd highly recommended steering clear of this shady company.

Wow, if you want to wait, first 2 hours, next another hour and then another hour, By all means ...they gave AAA a real bad reputation and should be removed from AAA list. 20 minutes away from us....lol. Yep...called at 2 pm... AAA CANCELED THIS JTC CUSTOMS INC at 5:32 PM. Why? They wanted us to wait for another hour. These creek rats needs a lesson on common curiosity and being truthful. Keep it up JTC....Rt. 36 Towing was a better service than yours. Unfortunately, they are out of business. Reputation plays an important part in one business. Check the statistics!

You never want to need a tow, but if you find yourself stranded in Western Maryland reach out to JTC. Chuck and his crew rescued me last month while completely stranded at the Sheetz in Frostburg during my long distance move from Baltimore to Saint Louis. The JTC gentleman went above and beyond to help me out and made me laugh at the unfortunate situation rather than cry publicly (which is what I really wanted to do).

Holiday weekend, late at night in a storm - my good friend blew a tire 100 miles away from me. JTC was 15 minutes away. Called them, charged a little more being a holiday (not nearly what I thought they would charge). He got to her in 25 minutes and had her on the road soon after. Poor girl was crying and had no idea who could help her. Thank you JTC Customs! She and I could never be more greatful for your amazing service.

JTC made running out of fuel almost an enjoyable experience. Not only was the owner of the company one of the nicest men my husband and I have ever met, they were super quick getting to us and prices were more than reasonable. Thank you guys again!
