Very polite got me in quick for quote but the quote I got was 5 times higher than the last quote I received somewhere else. I never used them so can't speak on the work... But I appreciate the customer service it was good.. The price was horrible.
Great experience from start to finish. I am thrilled with the amazing repair job they did. They are incredibly skilled. It looks like there was never any damage. And Susan was so helpful and kind through it all.
If I had anything bad to say I would. An I wish I were lying because some people wouldn’t believe the service anyway. A $1200 repair, quoted for 5 days. Took them less than that, car looks better than it did before the damage. The real icing on the cake was that they basically detailed my car. I’m unsure as to how you got some of those spots off the paint. I’ve tried like hell for years to remove them. Wonderful work, super fast, amazingly friendly staff. You feel right at home there, highly recommend.
Just getting an estimate for insurance repairs — very clean, quick, knowledgeable, friendly, etc. Good location, but a bit confusing on its entrance. Traffic on 36 is aggressive IMHO.
I had a great experience. Susan was very understanding, communicative, and helpful in all aspects. She helped me deal with the insurance company and walked me through the whole process. They painted the entire right side of my car. I dont know the name of the painter but he/she did an amazing job. The paint looks better than the factory paint. They detailed my car before returning it and it looked amazing. All around great experience.
Vehicle was in shop for a repair and repaint of bumper. Instead of repairing the primary damage they just painted over it. Upon noticing the problem I informed them that this was not an acceptable repair. 2 men from the shop came out and looked over the vehicle. The both saw the problem and refused to fix it. They proceeded to act like it was my fault they didn't repair the bumper properly. The women in the shop were great to deal with and I'm sorry they were stuck in the middle of this situation. The bill was reduced to reflect the lack of repair. Now it has to be redone elsewhere. To add to this disaster, they must have used steel wool to clean my windshield because it now has scratches all over which is highly annoying dueing the day. This shop has a good reputation but I unfortunately cannot recommend after my experience. Wish it was a 5 Star experience but it honestly should be a 1 star after dealing with the guys in the shop. The women in the office are the only reason I can give 3 stars.
Highly recommend! Someone hit my very first car and dented it pretty bad. Took it to Jenkins and they fixed it in a day. They vacuumed my car as well and my car looks brand new. Very professional & fast!
I dealt with two women about my truck after I was in an accident. Nancy and Susan both began our conversations with stating they are glad I wasn't hurt and that is what matters. Made me feel at ease and were fast but professional. Exactly like you wish to be treated. I left there with no questions, and had the answers that my husband followed up with afterwards. Customer Service is very important to me, Jenkins has two employees of the month with those two workers. I recommend them if you find yourself needing their type of services.
Went to get an estimate on repairing my truck. Susan did the estimate. She was congenial and perky. She took what could have been a stressful situation and made it a happy experience.
