We had a great experience with Cool Runnings tire & towing. We worked with them on a technically difficult transfer of a couple of pallets of super heavy windows from a container truck to their flat bed tow truck. And then to the job site. There was nothing easy about this. They handled everything with great care and professionalism. O’Neil and Craig were really great to work with. I can’t recommend Cool Runnings highly enough!
I’m really disappointed with the service I received. I went in to have two tires changed, and the whole process took almost two hours, which felt excessive for such a simple job. The next day, one of the tires was completely flat. When I called the shop for help, they simply told me they weren’t responsible for the issue, which was incredibly frustrating.
I expected basic quality and attention to detail, but that clearly didn’t happen. I now have to spend more time fixing a problem that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this place based on my experience.
This place does way more than just towing and roadside service. They’re a full blown operational garage with the most friendliest people and hardest working crew around. Best prices in town fast service, friendly atmosphere this place will put other garages out of business guaranteed!!! O’Neil is the man !!!
Beware! They towed my car at my request and damaged the front end. There was 6,000.00 in damage . At first they were great and accepted responsibility, and filed a claim with insurance. I went to 2 different shops to get the lowest estimate I could find in hopes of not driving up their premium. Now that the car is getting repaired they have become non-responsive to both their insurance carrier and myself attempting to collect the 500.00 deductible prompting legal action. I had to pay their deductible to the repair shop, for damaging my car! They almost had me fooled. I was going to give them a 5 star rating for owning up and taking care of the situation. Their honesty and integrity get zero stars!
I highly recommend Cool Runnings! They have saved me and my employees multiple times. Today, I needed an alternator installed and they were right on time, very friendly, professional and got the job done quickly! I have had brakes done, rotors, oil changes, we have had very difficult vehicle tows provided, emergency gas and battery services and I have currently booked for their tire services. If you want professional, affordable and reliable service, this is the place to call!
I needed a tire change last week when I blew the sidewall of my rear tire crossing the bridge from ME into NH. Since it was a fleet vehicle I used the road side service they provided and they sent Cool Runnings Towing…..good thing. Glen was there quicker than expected and had me back on the road in no time. Glen was very professional and knowledgeable as I was in a tough location that was on a slight incline in the median of the ramp. Bravo Zulu Cool Runnings Towing!

Accidentally locked my keys in my car and tried calling multiple towing services to pop open my drivers door. All were busy and rude but when I called cool runnins they were super nice and got to my car within 30 minutes Very good prices! Will definitely use them again if needed.

I had a couple of my car tires slashed and Cool runnings towing helped with towing my car to a nearby garage. It was around 9pm at night, so Oneil suggested a nearby garage which offers overnight drop off of vehicles. He carefully loaded my car on to the tow truck and delivered my car to the garage. He even sent pictures of the car at the garage and dropped in an envelope with my details for the garage employees to review and contact me in the morning.
