They don't even know what their doing ,at least the guy on phone. Tells me can't issue check for car cause title says former owner on it ,only meaning we hadn't registered since we bought it..titles clear but this guy had no clue. Beware of these companies being run fromother states someone who doesn't have a damn clue. NO SALE ILL RAT IT FIRST GIVE ME LOCALS ..REAL LOCALS

Very simple to sell my car for a reasonable price.

Your company scheduled to pick up the vehicle with me for my day off so i could be home, unfortunately you lied to me and pick up never occurred. After doing some digging of my own, i learned that instead of Friday, as planned, pickup was scheduled for the following Monday. Which is not possible. You also offered me a very low ball offer. I learned after accepting your offer that i could have easily gotten $200 more for the sale. The obviously lack of consideration for the seller that you have showed makes me not want to ever sell you vehicle again. I hope my review provides some insight for other potential sellers who are considering using you. I do not recommend unless you don't work and can be home every day despite making a specific appointment.

Hard to trust anything online nowadays but this was a pretty streamlined process. Disappointed with my car’s surprise engine trouble, but it had plenty of great parts and features so I’m happy that it’s either going to be fixed or parted out. Got a decent offer and they showed up within two days with a check in hand. Hope I don’t use them again any time soon but I’d definitely recommend cash for cars.

Cash for Cars was really easy. The person that I dealt with was really nice and helped me through the process. A couple days later a tow truck came by and picked up my car and gave me a check for the amount we discussed. That was it. Super easy.

The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was not against Sujay, rather the local dispatch who we conference called with, that did not call me and let me know that no one was coming on Thursday and I waited around all afternoon.

Called to sell my vehicle. Spoke to gagana who was my representative when called. I gave her the stats on my vehicle. She came bsck within our 10 minute call with a fabulous offer. I called back a few days later and accepted. She arranged for free pickup. Within 2 days tow came to my house. I gave him keys and signed title. And he gave me a check for agreed offer amount. I hoghly recommend cash for cars it was a pleasure to deal with them.

Quick and easy. Just remember is you talk to a national office you make sure they provide in their notes full detail. I'm glad I told the subcontractor to bring a flatbed and not a tow along.

Had a scheduled pick up for Monday 5/16 was told between 8-5 no one showed up or even called. I had even pushed back some thing I needed to get done just so I would be home and not miss them.

After being transferred twice, they just hung up on me. So good luck getting a price. During the process, with all the recordings, it had a telemarketer feel to it.

So if you buy a car that is junk and the title is transfered to you they won't lift a finger. That's ridiculous. Already got burned with the vehicle, now spend more money on it so we can give you 300 bucks. Yeah right
