called looking for one used wheel. The person on the phone did not want to help with that. they clearly wanted to get off the phone and had a bad attitude. I would not do business here.

Drove up to pull something that was “sitting right there” wasn’t even the same year/motor vehicle they said it was on the phone and had listed online. The lady was unpleasant. Additionally I’ve learned they sold broken parts and only offer credit for returns. They actually have some parts I could use but I’m not going back

Bought car from them They never gave title and stop answering phone when called. Maine dmv is tring to help . Stay clear. Basically robbed me

Great place that knows what they have. We have gotten like new tires from here for a fair price. Just the other day we got a tire for $40. We've come here many times for tires and have never been disappointed. The customer service is great and you can bicker down prices if you need to. They definitely won't steer you wrong.

I had arranged several times for the vehicle sitting in my driveway to be picked up by this company. While I admit the first two times were my own mistakes, we arranged for several other times for them to pick up my vehicle. Over a month after I had originally called for them to pick my vehicle up, they still had not taken the vehicle. They were also very poor at calling me to notify me they were not coming. I had to call them each time. It got to the point where I had a different company come get the car from my driveway. Semi-pleasant, but very disorganized and under achieving staff.

Absolutely the most immature people I’ve ever dealt with. Sold a poorly maintain 4.0 engine to a customer of mine with pounds of sludge then told me it was normal and wouldn’t refund money because I disassembled engine by removing valve cover. I tried to call and talk with the owner only to get yelled at and hung up on. Don’t spend your money here.

Called 4 days in advance, they had part. Went and took it of myself. Helpful people working there, took part to put on car, but found out that damage to car was much worse and not worth fixing so took part back to get only 2/3 of what I paided for it. That's what I asked for, not wanting all of it back, found out then, no refunds of any kind. Only store credit. Just remember that when you go there.

lets see, called twice yesterday (monday) and went to a voicemail that's FULL. called this morning went to the same FULL voicemail. finally got a call back and have been waiting all day for the salvage guy to come get my husbands vehicle. been told numorious times that they will be right out. total bs. now here it is past 5 and no sign. very disappointed.

as of 11/9/2016 I have been told for 10 days straight that these fools would have a back window out of a gmc pickup total drunk show with Bob the owner as the lead drunk in charge. "I don't have anyone working today" or "I'll call you when. It's out". DO NOT give Bob a dime of your money. Terrible shops like these make it impossible for honest people to trust small shops at all its a shame.

This place will not refund you for bad electronics they dont test. I called and asked before doing business with them and I won’t be back. The lady also seems like a speed head.

Three weeks to get a blower motor from feb. 17 its finally there for me to pick up. After losing my order and charging me twice. Its highly unlikely i will be back to do business.....edit to add>>picked up my part and they ordered the wrong piece. At this point its spring and I dont need it. I am amazed j&j is still in business.

we are trying to change how things are done here after getting rid of numerous employees. we try our best to please everyone. not always possible. I can guarantee u will get the part u pay for andnpromise u will be treated with the same attitude u give.

Horrible!! Was told 5/6 times that they had the part and called daily and "they didn't have it out yet" and was told they would call me back never got a call back once. I'm shocked they are in business.

Terrible shop!! My truck had gone there after an accident and the job was only supposed to take nine buisness days. It toke them a month and a half to get my truck back and on top of that when I brought it back to be fix properly they didn't even fix it!!!! Now im stuck pay in other shops to fix it right the second time.

i have been waiting darn near 3 weeks for a motor i have not recived yet do not buy anything from this man i am making a complant with the D.A s office for fraud in his town i have filed a complant with the trades commission i will do what ever it takes to put this man out of business i have asked for a refund which i have not got if you have been wronged by this man call the D.A and file a complant

Ordered and paid for a part, the wrong part was delivered 2 times over the course of a month, finally got the right part... and it's broken. Hoping to receive a refund. If this matter is made right then I will change my review.

The lady was nice and helpful had the part i needed for my headlight 70 at advanced 25 here. Im happy.

Can't find the car, can't find the guy that is supposed to walk out with me to the car, I just left. Wasted time walking through the mud back and forth twice, obviously they don't want to sell parts!

Closed before the posted time on a Saturday. Drove all the way there for nothing.
