Jim is extremely thorough. I appreciate his time. Parts aren't crazy and labor is reasonably priced. Sourced OEM exhaust manifold for me even though Mazda isn't so common around the Berwicks.

I continue to get my car serviced by Jim. He is great to work with. I always know my vehicle is in good hands. My old Mazda 3 is over 200k miles and running strong as the day I bought it at 37k.

I had problem with my wheel bearing and 02 sensor. Switched out fine front wheel bearing that was nearly brand new, when bolth of my rear bearing were the issues. Turns out they also tried to weld my pipe to rusted out part of the undercarriage, couldn’t, and just attached it to undercarriage with clamps and left 02 sensor just hanging and made no comment of the “repair” told me everything looks good and that replaced one my lights that was out “no charge” and I paid $490!!!!!!!
Jim Libby is my go to guy for regular maintenance and emergency services. He is trustworthy and he is able to explain the details of the services that he recommends and performs.
We just moved to the area, and I have had my car worked on by Jim twice so far! Each time he does excellent work at a very reasonable price. Always super friendly, fair, and timely. I would definitely recommend Libbys!

Took my car in last week to have an exhaust leak evaluated. The gentleman who inspected and fixed my car couldn't have been nicer! Not only did he fix my car's problem but he also provided me honest and professional service and at an incredibly unbeatable price. I was truly relieved to have taken my car here!
Always friendly and professional service at very fair prices! I have been extremely pleased every time I have used Libby's auto for my vehicle repair and maintenance. An appointment can sometimes be a week or two out, but as long as you don't procrastinate as badly as I do, that should not deter you: they are worth the wait. I trust completely that they will take care of my vehicle and not take advantage of my very clear ignorance of it's inner workings. I plan on continuing to bring my car here for hopefully years to come!
Finding a mechanic thats honest and does quality work has been hard expecially because i am a woman and no nothing about cars thankfully i found this place! Jim is VERY honest, does quality work and is professional!! Highly recommended to anyone who needs there vehicle fixed!!!
Libbys bailed one of my drivers out yesterday morning. One of our NH Tool & Supply vans had a flat tire and was taken care of as soon as they opened and was sent off in 20 minutes for a more than fair fee!
The guy is honest in his work. He's not out to gouge you, very fair price/rate. He got me in the next day after calling and the job was complete sooner than expected! My car was ready to go that day, before noon! (depends on the repair/maintenance). Very candid and fair. Just might be my new garage go to!
We have being going to Jim for a number of years now with all our cars. It is so nice to have someone local who we can fully trust with the work he is doing. With the price of blinker fluid on the rise again.. Why not go to a mechanic who's prices are very fair, who's TRUSTWORTHY and just an all around solid guy!! Libbys is the place to be for all your auto repairs!
I called Jim on Wednesday to let him know my car was due for an oil change. He said, “Can you come in tomorrow?” What kind of auto repair shop offers that kind of prompt service? He even figured out that my tires were due for rotation and fit that in while I was there!
Jim was incredibly kind, honest, and professional. He took me through everything step by step, happy to answer any questions. So grateful he managed to work me into his already busy schedule.
