I am actually being quite generous by giving this business 2 stars. Came in on a Saturday, typical day for people to clean stuff out and have garbage and bottles to turn in. This is the first time that i've been here in about a year, due to the last experience, being not very great. We went in first to ask if it was okay for us to bring in our many bags of bottles, we were told to bring em in. As we're bringing them in, we heard the clerks complaining about what we were bringing in and said, that's why we should have a three bag max. However, at this time, there is no three bag maximum.And we were not told, we could not bring our bottles in due to the amount. Unfortunately, I did have to get into it a little bit.So they would stop being really mean to me. The extra star is because one of the employees was extremely nice and even joking around with me a little bit about some of the bottles and cans that I was dropping off. He had a genuine smile and I could tell he was trying to calm the tension. Another of the clerks was quite nice as well so this review is basically just for the little old lady that clearly shouldn't be working anymore with that attitude. Its too bad, she is the only reason for the bad review and I am actually increasing my review to be 3 stars, 1 for the establishment and convenient location and 1 star each for the exceptional employees that deserve a much better place to work.

My family and I ended up turning in some bottles and from what my adult counted and the guy counted they were way off. We didnt get the right amount. The people were nice and we're trying. But could use a little cleanup

Went to this place today and got ripped off...never ever will go back....dishonest people!!!!!
