i was driving down the road and my car starting shaking and my check engine light came on and my first thought was to go here and one of my friends tony works there and he immediately came out and started looking under my hood and hooked up the thing to my car to see what the check engine light was he checked my spark plugs my oil and everything possible that could’ve caused it he suggested this part and it was a lucky guess because it fixed my car. i appreciate tony so much for his help and fixing my car it ment so much to me is customer service was immaculate he was so kind and helpful he answered all the questions i had to ask him i don’t know what i would’ve done without tony being there to put that part in my car right in the parking lot taking time out of his shift to stand outside and put the part in my car and check all the possibilities it could’ve been i appreciate him so much he should get a raise. thank you tony haas!!

Hmmm where to start? April 15 2024. My rear brakes where gone. Needed a complete brake job on the rear end. Also an inspection. Calipers rotors and pads on the rear. I called and told them I need a complete brake job on the rear. I told them the parts needed. I told them I know you don’t have them in stock. They argued with me and then agreed. They don’t have the parts I stock and need to order them. Great! They ordered the parts. When I showed up some guy named Jason was all excited. We got everything for your front brakes. What? I told you it was the rear?! “ oh my bad” can you come back in two days. Me “ok” things happen. Now we are the end of April inspection needed. I bring it back for the brakes and they tell me I need a ball joint for inspection. Ok. I asked for an inspection when I told them my rear brakes are gone. And they checked nothing after ordering the wrong parts. So they fix the brakes. Fantastic. I am holding this kids hand behind the counter now. Ok child. I need an inspection. What do I have to do to have it inspected ? Ball joint and that’s it. Ok great! Do it. Two weeks later and two weeks into the month where my inspection is over due. I bring the truck in for the ball joint. They tell me I need exhaust work as well for inspection. Here’s how it ended. They replaced the ball joint. Could not align my truck at all. I am tearing off my front tires right now. It gets better. They where very gracious. They only charged me for the part and no labor. And gave me an inspection sticker. I asked for a print out of the alignment. Mysterious the printer broke for the alignment computer and it’s on a separate printer system. I asked if I could take a picture of the screen and was told no. I asked how can the vehicle pass inspection with exhaust work needed and the man behind the counter just kept saying we are not charging you for labor and the inspection is free. 5 weeks. From the start. I was there one day for five weeks. For a break job, a ball joint and exhaust. Not once did they have the proper parts. Not to mention the time off work.
I needed windshield wipers. So I stopped into O'Reilly's. They were more than happy to help. They installed them for me too. What great customer service 😁 Thank you
Excellent service went in today to buy something completely minor a t for a gas line on a wheeler project I'm working on and the Asst. Manager Darren not only helped me in locating the t's but also inspected the gas line i had to make sure it was the right type cause it looked a little off. Really appreciated the extra help and taking the time to help me locate a $3 part when he could have kept dealing with more important matters Awesome management there!
I needed a new gas cap and some antifreeze because my check engine light came on. Brandon sold me the cap and the antifreeze then went and installed the cap and added the antifreeze for me. No extra charge. This is excellent service and greatly appreciated! I will be recommending you to everyone. Thank you!
I arrived at O'Reilly's 10 minutes before they closed with a flat tire. I spoke with Candy and she made sure to take care of me. She provided amazing customer service, creating a great experience in a stressful situation. I usually purchase my Auto parts in Camden because it is close to work. I now will only purchase my parts from O'Reilly's in Belfast.
The serpentine belt snapped. I was 238 miles from home. They couldn’t get me in that day but they set up an appointment on Sunday! - the next day. Very kind people. I asked the gentlemen to show me what the serpentine belt was and he took the time to do so. I so appreciated that! I’ve been to garages in the past where mechanics were rude and dismissive - NOT so here. This fella was excellent! The lady at the counter was top notch, friendly and knowledgeable as well. So appreciate how they helped me out and got the car taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
Never in my life have I seen such unwillingness to help... a store full of inept lazy employees who just wanna sit in the air conditioning and punch keys....seriously ridiculous ill never give them another penny

I stopped in for some new windshield wipers, as the clip on my old ones had broken. The manager (Dave, I believe) helped choose some & installed them, without even asking if I needed help. Excellent customer service :)
Customer Service is very friendly and helpful with accurate information about automotive questions. They also have a system in which they allow you to borrow certain tools for the repair if needed.
