Don't bother bringing your vehicle here if it is more than a couple years old.
I came in for a alignment and inspection and was told they couldn't put the car on the lift because of the rust to do the inspection.
Apparently if they can't inspect it, they don't do the alignment, which is weird.
The car would go on the 4 post lift that they do the alignment on, but I guess they couldn't be bothered.
It doesn't seem like they want auto repair business, just auto sales business.

I have been in many shops all over the state as I used to deliver auto parts. Only the rookies lift cars by the rocker panels. And no, not all lifting points were crumbling in. I can jack the car up no problem, from the side.
Thank you for not charging me for the inspection, but I gladly would have paid if it meant I would have gotten the alignment.
Recently brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a 70,000 mile service. I had all the fluids, filters etc. replaced/changed, oil change and so forth. I couldn't believe the total for the bill. To say this place offers quality service at an excellent VALUE is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Thank you Mike's Car Services for making auto maintenance AFFORDABLE for the working man! I walked out of there as usual a satisfied customer. I will continue to use Mike's Car Services and you should too!
I took my car in for a front end noise, it needed a lot of work. But, due to rust it would not pass inspection in a month. He was very honest with me, and didn't want me to sink all that money in it for nothing. Really great guy. I will definitely go there any time I'm in the area & need service! Thank you!
Came here in a real jam. They quoted us a better prices than others, and then upon further inspection, quoted an even LOWER price! Work was done quickly and done well.

The wipers on our Dodge Ram would not turn off. We stopped at Mike's to inquire at the cause. The mechanic went right to work, troubleshooting the issue. He identified the culprit, let us know our options and let us go with a friendly hand shake. Super nice fellow.
Took my car here for shaking when driving on the highway and bad brakes. They had my car for 2-3 hours did not even bother to check my brakes and told me the car was “rusting bc I let it sit.” I told them I drive it every day to and from work, run all my errands everyday in it, and my bf also drives it around. Their response “well how far do you drive bc your problems are due to rust? We chipped off a lot of rust and test drove it and the shake improved. Should be safe to drive and driving longer distances should help.” They lied about test driving it which I knew bc my miles till empty did not change even one mile from when I dropped the car off. When I tested it after picking my car up absolutely nothing changed. Took it to a different shop to find out my car was very dangerous to drive in town let alone at high speeds and there was over $1600 worth of work that needed to be done. Most of which had to do with the brakes being in terrible condition. The new mechanic told me I’m very lucky to not have gotten into a serious accident due to the extent of the damage. The people that work at Mikes car service are negligent and clearly did not bother to listen to my complaints abt the car. 100% do not recommend. Would give zero stars if possible.

I love Mike's Car Service! They are super honest and super cheap, and they do good work. Incredibly low prices here! I know they are honest because I once told them to do a tire rotation only if needed. They looked at the tread wear on the tires and told me I didn't need a tire rotation. Also, they tell me when they don't recommend that I repair a particular issue - proof of their honesty. Once my battery voltage was dropping and I thought I needed to replace my alternator. Dennis took a look at the car, told me I didn't need to replace the alternator, and didn't charge me anything.
I have gotten many things done here for about 1/2 to 2/3 the price of what it would cost to get it done at other places. Plus, they have always gotten things done for me within a day, and usually within half a day. They are friendly in here and treat you with respect. Go to Mike's if you don't want to get fleeced!
In April of '21 I bought a used Chevy Cruze from them because of Mike's excellent reputation. The car came with a 3 mo/3,000 mi warranty, but I haven't had to make use of it yet! It's a great car, and I plan to get it repaired at Mike's!
I had a nightmare exhaust setup no garage would touch it! Broken studs in the head welds all over the manifold and stripped out head holes. I was fully prepared to buy a new head for over $300, but Dennis treated me Well and got the car fixed within 5 hours INCLUDING Bleeding the brakes, fixing broken bolts on my calipers, drilling out studs, cleaning threads AND bolting up my new manifold! Great mechanic 10/10 going here from now on!

UPDATE: I've been here a few times now, once for major work, and once for work I thought I needed, but rather than grab the easy cash, they explained why I didn't need it done yet. I won't be going anywhere else again unless I move.
To be fair, I've only been here for an inspection and to have a hitch assembly put on my vehicle, but they have kept to the timeframe they promised and with the hitch, there were no surprises on the bill, or in the quality of work. They even took one extra step that they didn't have to do. So far I'm very impressed.
Have used Mike’s for two vehicles and both come back every time in great shape. Oil changes and brake replacements you can trust. Good pricing, enough so that I don’t DIY like I used to before I found this garage. Spot check the work every time, never disappoints. They tried to charge me 100$ an hour until I asked what that was all about. They originally told me it was 60 which is too expensive for their lack of understanding. I thought it would save me some time from my usual mechanic. But something they quoted me on ended up being "120$ more expensive than they thought". I had looked up the price of the part... 8$. Do not give them the crazy amount of money they think they are worth. They are crooks.
Mike's is the only place I go when I need serious work done.
Labor rate is great, they are honest, and will explain why or why not certain parts are a good guy, etc.
Ever wonder if that lifetime warrantied part for 20% is worth it? George and Dennis will have an honest conversation about their experience with that part with you so you can make a more informed decision. Can't go wrong with these guys, go see them
Mercedes Center tried to charge me 900$ even they wasn’t telling me what’s actually problem and i took my car to this shop and Mike did an amazing job fixed my car 4 time cheaper and my car is running like brand new

I used to go to Mike’s car because it is close to my home. Usually I go at morning to do oil change or any service. Always they asked me to come at 8:20 am and then I would be able to wait in office until the service would be done. Unfortunately, they open their store at 8:25 or 8:30 and I have to wait in my car. Last time I went at 8:30, they told me that I am late and I have to have another appointment, there wasn’t anybody waiting in the office but they pretended to be accurate !
They always have treated me fair in the past. Always seem willing to go the extra mile and prices are reasonable. I plan on taking my vehicles to Mike's in the future.
Mike's is an awesome garage. Awesome mechanics. They work on all my cars. I have a BMW and I am charged just like my Chevrolet. I am always treated fair and they never try to sell me something I do not need. Keep up the good work.
Absolutely terrible. If you want to get ripped off and be lied to your face, this is the place to go. I bought a car from them for $5,200 and they insisted that absolutely nothing was wrong with it and that it was in great condition. 9 months down the road I have had to put $3,000 in repair into the car and it still needs more, and it's not regular repairs. I have babied the car and have had it maintenanced it very well, premium Mobil 1 Oil changes, premium filters, fluids replaced, and any problems taken care of promptly. I have almost lost my life because of the vehicle they sold me. It wouldn't run in the rain, and just recently, it wouldn't run at all because the PCM is shot. I've had to replace the radiator, fuel pump, other things, and now the PCM and it still wont ride. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to get taken for a ride.
These guys are great. They are honest and have always done well by my family members and me on all the cars we have had serviced with them. Can't recommend them highly enough.
The work at Mikes was top notch. They did a great job on my Daughter's Honda Civic installing a new Water Pump, Timing Belt and New Radiator and hoses. The price was good considering all the work they had to do. WIll use them again when I need to.
