I had to find multiple things in the store. Orange hand soap, tire pump that plugs into cig outlet, and power cord that plugs into cig outlet. Leo was very helpful, kind, courteous, friendly, and smiled the whole time. Definitely need more people like him in the world today. Made my day more pleasant. Not impressed at all. I went to grab oil for an oil change, and got there around 6:00pm and the open sign was off. Despite their website claiming they’re open until 8:00pm. When I called to make sure they were open I received attitude from the customer service representative on the phone, saying “yes we’re open, that’s why I answered the phone.” After I hung up I went inside grabbed my oil, went up to the counter, and while standing in line heard the representative bad mouthing the manager, and informing a customer they had put in an application somewhere else. To say the least I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism.
They are absolutely not open at 8 am on Sunday. They should change the website. We drove out of our way to get oil because it said they were open. Lies..... .
I needed new wiper blades and due to military injuries, I couldn't install them myself. The counter guy cheerfully took care of it for me. Kudos to the crew at O'Reilly's, Old Town, ME (love this place!)
Disappointed in the tire service place that's attached to it. I had tires put on my car and afterwards my brakes were pushed into my rotors so hard I have to buy a new brakes and rotors because they did something to my car or they sabotaged it
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with an employee of the Old Town O'Riley Auto Parts (I unfortunately did not catch his name). I am not at all knowledgable when it comes to vehicles, and I accidentally bought the incorrect windshield wipers using the online ordering platform-- One needed to be slightly smaller and I bought two of the same size. The employee caught my mistake and had the courtesy of helping process a return and found me the correct product. He went above and beyond by helping me install the wipers and did not make me feel badly for my mistake. This experience will bring me back to this location for all of my vehicle maintenance needs!
Shane at VIP/ O'rilleys was so helpful. The other staff there were also friendly and ready to help. Would recommend for parts.

Attentive VIP employee & genuinely attentive Hollis helped me and my boyfriend get the right flange for the car while afternoon customers started piling up. I didn't feel Hollis was trying to rush at all but help all customers out to the best of his ability in a timely manner :)
I needed to have my tires re-tourqued after recently purchasing them at my car dealership. O'Reilly's did this for free!! Thank you so much, O'Reilly's!!
Went to O'Reilly's to replace one for light and one driving light brought them to the counter and Dan behind the counter noticed one set needed alot more power and would have melted my wires knowing is half the battle
I recommend that you dont bring your vehicle here to get work done. Labor over priced and their techs are unqualified. Thier o reily parts are defective half the time too.
