So close and easy access. I live in the dorms and do not have room for storage. I bring a bag every week and you all are so helpful. The guy counting is really friendly and I wish he still had his dog. Clean place and easy to get to.

I went to this location last week and I knew that I had $9.30 in bottle returns. But when they counted them, they actually said it was $11.50. I appreciate their honesty because I was just gonna tell them $9.30 and assumed they would give me the amount I told them. I’m glad they were honest with me. I like honest businesses, and will definitely return to them every time. The Brewer location is great also. But this one is so much closer

Glad you guys purchased the location and reconfigured it so that it is much more open and precise for getting things counted quickly and neatly the old fashioned way, and not a high counter that isn't easy to watch, or forcing us to use those machines like other places. Nice crew, signs with hours very visible, still a great location. Will be a regular.

Just go to Old Town Redemption. I've tried Stillwater redemption twice now and have been ripped off both times. This time worse than the last. I usually try to see the best in people, and want to give my business to a new place, but it's so glaringly clear you're being ripped off that it's difficult to comprehend. I got 44$ for 8 LARGE trash bags full of bottles, not trash can bags, not contractor bags, but in the middle, and they were full of 50% liquor bottles and regular cans and bottles. How do you figure you can talk your way out of this one guys? You are either in the wrong profession and cannot count, or you're skimming people to get more money in your pocket. I'm assuming it's the latter since I've given you 2 chances. Yeah, you lost my business, I just hope other people see this and you lose them as well, because you're forgetting that WE pay that deposit when we buy the beverage, and you're stealing it from us when doing this crap. Just. Be. Honest.

They Will no longer be getting my business. I’ve returned bottles there before. But today I was yelled at for parking there for 5 minutes . I was way on the outside of the parking lot I wasnt in anyone’s way. it was an incredibly awkward and rude encounter. He could have spoke nicely to me but chose not to. Never again. Mind you they put up Cones to block off part of their parking lot and other vehicles were parked all kinds of different ways actually blocking things. So ridiculous way to welcome yourself to the neighbor hood

I stopped by with 4 bags of bottles today and just want you to know that your guy at the front counter was extremely quick, polite and upbeat - kudos to your employees and your business!

It'd be nice if they were concerned about traffic. Their big floppy signs up front are blocking people's views from being able to turn. Everybody knows you're open like we have to pull way up past the line just to see past your signs I hope nobody gets hit because of it because they want to block people's views for seeing if traffic's coming

Not to be a "Debbie Downer" (I haven't used their business yet), but I sure hope they're more reliable with their days and hours of operation than Mahan's was. The times I've driven by, the parking lot has been empty. I was just over there with some returnables and the door was locked, nobody home (mid-afternoon on a Thursday). No "closed" sign in the door. Their phone has no mailbox set up. Please, people! Do a good job with your hours and you'll continue to get positive reviews like the ones you've had so far. (At least you have a nice colorful trailer.) The four stars are in the hopes this happens.
