A few months ago I stopped in and the owner gave my son a hot wheels car just because. My son never forgot about that kind gesture, he mentions it all the time. I was in there again yesterday bc I thought I had an oil leak… I had no idea how to check if I needed any. I was going to buy it but the kind man at the front (Perry) came out and checked it for me. . Turns out i was fine. This store has exceptional customer service. Happy Holidays To you Perry and everyone at Napa. Customer for life over here !
Habe always had great experience with Willie at this store. He is always very helpful and friendly with suggestions and his expertise. Their service sets them apart from everyone else!
Not certain why there are any bad reviews. I’ve found this store and its employees Very helpful over the last few months. If they don’t have it, they can order it. Very knowledgeable and always courteous. Customer service with a smile! Can’t beat it!
Nice people working in there very helpful. Bought headlight and was told don't touch the bulb nice to know thanks cashier reassured him wouldn't be me touching it lol
The best reason to go in is the knowledgeable staff. If one guy doesn’t know the answer, generally he is in earshot of someone else who does. Naturally just about anything for your car is available at a Napa
Helpful set of folks. muffler had come off my bike. helped me create a new gasket for it and found some nuts to keep it on. Always been a pleasure to do business with.
